A Washington DC District Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly has temporarily blocked Biden from firing unvaccinated Federal workers. The judge found that the order was unconstitutional as it has failed to acknowledge employees seeking religious exemptions. “None of the civilian employee plaintiffs will be subject to discipline while his or her request for a religious exception is pending,” Kollar-Kotelly declared. US military members may not be prosecuted for their sincerely held beliefs. “[A]ctive duty military plaintiffs, whose religious exception requests have been denied, will not be disciplined or separated during the pendency of their appeals,” the judge noted.
Finally, someone is standing up to the Biden agenda and defending our liberties. If only more judges and people in positions of power were willing to stand up for We the People who they have sworn to protect.
The plaintiffs’ attorney Michael Yoder told Fox News that his aim was to defend the Constitution. “Thankfully, our Constitution protects and secures the right to remain free from religious persecution and coercion,” Yoder stated. “With this order, we are one step closer to putting the Biden administration back in its place by limiting government to its enumerated powers. It’s time citizens and courts said no to tyranny. The Constitution does not need to be rewritten, it needs to be reread.” Agreed — say no to tyranny.
The October 20, 2021, release of the Federal Reserve’s Beige Book revealed that the central bank is worried about American’s mental health, and with good reason. “Worries about employee mental health, burnout, safety, and vaccine mandates impacting company culture were mentioned,” the report noted. “Mental health disorders account for several of the top causes of disability in established market economies, such as the U.S., worldwide,” according to John Hopkins Medicine. The National Institute of Mental Health Disorders, part of the National Institutes of Health, originally reported that one in five adults experienced some form of mental illness, but that number has risen to one in four.
Before March 2020, 8.5% of American adults exhibited signs of depression, but that number has skyrocketed to over 27.8%, as reported by Medical News Today (MNT). Researchers noted that mass trauma events such as 9/11 have produced an uptick in depression, but nothing close to the downward spiral that resulted from COVID-19 restrictions. Unfortunately, MNT reported that people do not feel optimistic about the future, even with lifted restrictions.
Crumbling economies, fear-mongering from all media stations, continually changing rules, social isolation, unemployment, lack of exercise, school closings, separation from loved ones, and lockdowns are among the many factors that have deteriorated world health. Both in-person essential workers, who were told they were constantly at risk of contracting the virus, and telehealth workers reported severe distress in the workplace. “Telework can increase the risks of working long hours and burnout – managing the balance of work and life has been particularly hard for working parents juggling professional responsibilities along with increased childcare and home schooling burden,” the OECD reported. The EU voted on new policies to prevent worker burnout, following countries such as France, Italy, Spain, and Luxembourg that have adopted “the right to disconnect,” which states disconnecting from work, primarily electronic, is now a human right.
In America, we are still 5 million workers short of achieving maximum employment. Before the pandemic, the CDC reported that “depression interferes with a person’s ability to complete physical job tasks about 20% of the time and reduces cognitive performance about 35% of the time.” This means about 27.8% of Americans are struggling to actively perform their jobs. “Only 57% of employees who report moderate depression and 40% of those who report severe depression receive treatment to control depression symptoms.” As anyone who lives in the US knows, medical care is a luxury, and mental health treatment is an expensive indulgence out of reach for many.
Another reason unemployed Americans have yet to return to the workforce is due to the toll the pandemic took on their mental well-being. The Pew Research Center conducted a study that found nearly 49% of unemployed adults are pessimistic about finding employment again. Numerous studies have shown that unemployed individuals experience higher rates of depression and may lack the energy needed to continue working, especially after prolonged unemployment. In order to reach maximum employment worldwide, the mental health crisis needs to be addressed. Our leaders in government must understand how their policies have crippled the world’s health, and time will tell if their actions can be undone.
COMMENT: Marty, Re: Biden’s Abuse of the Military My biggest concern right now is that if we do foolishly purge our military degrading readiness, does China’s President Xi take advantage and seize Taiwan amid the chaos in our ranks much like how the Germans took advantage of a Soviet military purge to time their invasion during WWII. REPLY: The Biden purge of the military over this pandemic is political to get rid of non-Democrats so they hope the military will defend them against the right. It is history repeating. They were even purging National Guard troops who voted for Trump for fear they were inside Pelosi’s wall. Just talk to some of the National Guard and how they were treated in Washington by Pelosi.
From a strategic position, if I were Xi, as civil discontent rises in China, the best way to deflect that historically is always to point to an outside enemy. That is why the sanctions against Putin were foolish. He could always point to America as the source of their economic troubles and that is exactly what took place. Putin rose in polls in Russia – he did not decline. I would expect that if China is going to invade Taiwan, the best time is now under Biden. His administration is so focused on Build Back Better and his own Party is deeply divided, by the first quarter of 2022 would be ideal. What is Biden really going to do? Europe is virtually defenseless. He has insulted the military and the Progressives want to take the military funding and move it to AOC’s New Green Deal. The West is so divided and messed up, it is now or never. There is no way the United States could EVER defend Taiwan on any conventional basis and nukes are offline. China’s supply line is endless. Ours could easily be cut off. Japan does not want to get involved.

If you’ve been following politics for a while, you know the status of Virginia to both the RNC and DNC clubs. If not, GO DEEP HERE. Virginia is where club insiders play politics; and yes, that includes using old campaign tactics familiar in the era of Clinton -vs- Bush.
The establishment clubs of both political wings of the UniParty use their backyard of Virginia to express their political influence. Supporters of the Terry McAuliffe campaign deployed an old school trick from the well worn pages of politics today, by sending campaign operatives to stir up a racial angle:
The McAuliffe supporters are trying to bring back the Charlottesville White Nationalist narrative by having operatives hold tiki torches and claim to be ‘White Nationalist’ supporters of his opponent Glenn Youngkin at a campaign stop. This is a stupid and transparent political gimmick. Unfortunately, for McAuliffe these campaign tricks are so old and worn out even the former architect of them, Karl Rove, now rolls his eyes.
However, on the positive side, this does indicate a certain amount of desperation from the supporters of Terry McAuliffe. If they were not worried about losing the election, these desperate Hail Marys would not be taking place. One Twitter Account has already identified some of the stupid activists [SEE HERE]
Having people pretend to be racist and support the opponent is really desperate. Even the operatives don’t look like they are having any fun. Can you imagine being given this assignment? It might look good on paper, but in the current era it’s just silly when deployed. This effort is so Clinton -v- Bush era it’s ridiculous.
McAuliffe would have been better off if he just paid the FBI to help him. Of course, the campaign denies their involvement:
Even the DeSantis spokesperson Christina Pushaw watching from a distance can spot the nonsense: “That’s the weakness of communists. They abhor meritocracy and only hire/promote ppl for ideological conformity, not intelligence or creativity. So they think stunts like this are smart for their campaigns. And the media helps them by playing along.“
As we have shared, Virginia is where the establishment political clubs deploy, organize and play against each other; which is exactly why CTH warns about not getting too invested in this race. Virginia is an insiders game and does not reflect the status of grassroots political effort at any level.
♦The Virginia political system is not reflective of the people within Virginia. Repeat that as often as needed. The people living within Virginia are pawns to the political games played within the state. Good earnest grassroots people inside Virginia have a heck of a problem on their hands because of this.
Party insiders control the mechanisms of political rules and processes within Virginia. When the earnest people in Virginia activate to successfully elect a person who does not conform to the party establishment ideology, the system will work to remove that candidate; see Dave Brat for recent reference.
♦Virginia is also where the national party narratives are constructed, so be careful. The establishment Republicans will seek to use a Youngkin victory as a tool to disparage and diminish the grassroots MAGA movement. If patriots in Virginia successfully elect Youngkin, the RNC and club ideology will immediately say the only reason Youngkin won was because he distanced himself from Donald Trump and the MAGA movement.
This is a spin tactic the Republican club insiders are famous for doing. They use victories by their controlled narrative candidates to diminish grassroots conservative efforts. The MAGA movement is currently a target for elimination just like the former Tea Party movement was. Both grassroots movements challenge the club apparatus and both are considered a risk by Democrats and Republicans alike.
To give you a real example of this inside Club activity in action, consider this also from today:
“What passes for an acceptable Republican in Virginia is the Mitch McConnell, Mitt Romney and John McCain brands. There is almost no difference between an establishment Republican and an establishment Democrat in this region. They eat together, hang out together, party together and generally live their best swamp life together. As a result, their election debates are usually on nuanced cultural issues.
In the widely covered current governors race, the difference between former governor Terry McAuliffe (Democrat) and first-time Republican candidate Glen Youngkin, is very small. The clubs keep it that way; and no, they do not care about your opinion. Anyone who challenges the internecine club system in Virginia will quickly see themselves removed, and the club(s) will modify the party rules to avoid any further encroachment.” (read more)
Hopefully Virginia will vote for Glenn Youngkin because at least they will have a fighting chance to stem the bleeding of their freedom, and he’s not a communist. But don’t consider a state-wide race in Virginia, fraught with nuanced shades of purple, to be a referendum on how the nation feels as a whole.
In Virginia, the grassroots -v- establishment divisions are bold; however, the party club divisions (DNC -v- RNC) are almost invisible.
If Youngkin can win, the RNC and Republican Club machinery -writ large- will try to push a narrative that a milquetoast candidate in 2024 is the key to winning the “suburban women’s vote” or “suburban soccer mom’s vote”. They will predictably push this talking-point because what the GOPe fear most of all is an establishment disruptor like Donald Trump.
♦ The RNC and GOPe (headquartered just outside the swamp in Virginia) want a Mike Pence / Nikki Haley candidate in 2024. The Republican Club will attempt to use a Youngkin victory in Virginia to push that national impression.

The notorious DeceptiCon, deep state operative and war-mongering interventionist known by the name Adam Kinzinger has announced he will not seek reelection from the state of Illinois.
Not exactly a difficult decision for the smug and condescending putz, because Illinois lost a congressional district due to population shrinking in the census, and Kinzinger’s Republican District (CD-19) was being carved up. That said, President Trump responds:
The ten House DeceptiCons who voted to impeach President Trump are also the ten members who supported the creation of the January 6th commission. Kinzinger and Gonzalez have now announced their exit due to exposure as part of the House Decepticon Caucus.
As we previously tried to warn readers: Do not be naive in thinking the GOP want the FBI involvement in the January 6 events to be exposed any more than the Republican wing of the UniParty wanted to see the IRS targeting of conservative groups exposed. The vast majority of DC Republicans want to see the MAGA base destroyed just like they wanted to see the Tea Party base destroyed so they could get back to the business of self-indulgence in 2012.

If you’ve been in the battle for a while, you know what to do:
Select a candidate or candidates that you want to support. Then send them money, no amount is too small.
Second, it’s okay if you cannot send them money. Share this link with your friends, family, community and tribe. Distributing the message is just as valuable, if not more, than sending a direct donation.
Post links to the primary challenger you support on Facebook, Twitter and all your social media platforms. Help get out the word. Make a weekly reminder to keep doing this and spread your message out on different days and different times so you catch the maximum visibility.
If you live in the area, donate your time to help the candidate. If you do not live in the area, you may still volunteer your time to do phone calls, emails and Get Out The Vote (GOTV) efforts. Take action.
Be very visible with your support (yard signs etc). If the candidate doesn’t have the resources for signs, stickers etc,MAKE YOUR OWN.
Even if the candidate does have signs etc, remember you can save them campaign expenses if you make your own. Think big and act. Some of the most successful challenges have nothing to do with money, and everything to do with organization and determination.
Remember also, YOU MATTER. No amount of effort is too small. If you are new to the grassroot effort, think like an insurgent. Simple post-it notes left around (gas pumps, restaurants, etc) supporting your candidate are a simple and effective way to send a message. Keep imprinting the name. Simple post-it notes can have a big impact with name imprint: Ex. “Support Joe Kent“, written with a sharpie on a post-it note. That’s it. That’s all it needs to say. It puts the message out.
Keep all messages positive. We are all in the same foxhole. Put your support behind those who are standing up. Do not sit silent while our candidates stand in front of the fury of entrenched opposition. Stand with them. STAND.
If you are in the area of one of these challenges, network with the community and volunteer for anything you are able. No effort is too small, even making coffee or helping run errands can be a big assist. Key point…. keep making the offer even if there is nothing currently available that fits your schedule or ability.
When you turn your thoughts into action, you will be amazed at how positive your frame of mind becomes. Taking action is empowering.

To say the apparatus of the U.S. federal propaganda machine has been triggered by a pending broadcast of a Tucker Carlson documentary would be an understatement. Factually, there are very powerful U.S. interests who stand to be exposed if disinfecting sunlight is poured on an expose’ of the January 6th construct.
Congresswoman Liz Cheney (U-DC) is very much part of the ‘deep state’ system we have tracked, researched and identified as “The Fourth Branch of Government.” Additionally, and not coincidentally, Liz Cheney is about to lose her Wyoming congressional seat as the MAGA grassroots movement is united to see her dispatched into the trash bin of history.
Before going into some very brutal truths about why Cheney’s motives are so intense, let’s first review her fear-based reaction to the Tucker Carlson documentary:

The need for control is a reaction to fear. When the operators inside the Fourth Branch of Government fear they will lose influence, affluence, or worse yet, power, they get very angry and demand more control as they lash out.
Cheney knows exactly who, how and why the J6 operation was carried out. As the daughter of the former VP, Liz Cheney was a first-hand participant in the power shift, a new era where the intelligence apparatus was deployed internally in the aftermath of 9-11-01.

Let me be very clear…. connecting the similarities behind the 9/11 aftermath and the J6 event is a big threat to the Fourth Branch of Government.
As CTH has outlined exhaustively, our national Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has been purposefully weaponized internally. This has happened both in real terms and in a psychological warfare campaign where they involve themselves deeply in politics to protect their interests. The FBI is, in essence, the enforcement mechanism to protect the DC political system that facilitates the Fourth Branch, the larger intelligence apparatus.
Was the FBI involved in creating a false flag on January 6th by exploiting and agitating peaceful protestors to achieve a desired result? Yes. Any intellectually honest person who would review all of the known evidence, and lack thereof, would come to that conclusion. It is not an odd conspiracy theory, it is factually what the FBI have done for years as we have outlined {Go Deep}.
Specifically, a solid reference point for how the FBI operates is visible with the internal extremist group known as Antifa.
Antifa could not exist and carry out their activity without the support of the FBI. It would be impossible for Antifa to be so public with their organized violence if the FBI did not support it. Antifa doesn’t hide their agenda, and yet you will never see the FBI label them as Domestic Violent Extremists (DVE’s) simply because the FBI is part of the background network.
The FBI could arrest dozens of documented violent Antifa members at any moment, but they do not. Federal facilities in numerous states have been torched, attacked and subject to the violent actions of the national Antifa extremists, yet they remain untouched and not investigated by the FBI.
Antifa leadership is well know to the FBI, yet the federal law enforcement mechanism does nothing. The financial system and who pays for that violence is also very easy to investigate. The fact that FBI offices never touch the people, groups and organizations who fund the extremist activity of Antifa is another brutally obvious point to highlight FBI support.
In the summer of 2020, Antifa and Black Lives Matter (BLM) torched Washington DC in violent uprisings. The domestic tranquility of the nation was attacked, and yet the FBI did nothing of consequence to hold the participants and leaders accountable. In fact the FBI did exactly the opposite, they visibly showed their support by taking a knee outside the FBI headquarters in DC directly across the street from Main Justice.
As multiple examples throughout history have shown us {Go Deep}, the FBI conducts covert extremist operations inside the U.S. as part of their mission. Consider the case of the first recorded ISIS attack on U.S. soil in Garland, Texas in 2015. The FBI not only knew the shooters (Elton Simpson and Nadir Soofi) in advance, the FBI took the shooters to the venue and were standing only a few yards away when Simpson and Soofi opened fire.
Yes, you read that correctly – the FBI took the terrorists to the event and then watched it unfold. “An FBI trainer suggested in an interview with “60 Minutes” that, had the attack been bigger, the agency’s numerous ties to the shooter would have led to a congressional investigation.” As you can see, the FBI is not a mechanism to investigate and prevent violent activity (the traditional outsider perspective), the FBI is an institution with a goal to shape and control the outcomes of violent activity to promote and protect their interests.
Liz Cheney, and the people within the DC political apparatus who rely on the successful execution of that FBI mission to retain the power structure, are very concerned about the Tucker Carlson documentary series set to begin airing on November 1st.
Let me be very clear, this is a very dangerous time in our nation’s history. There are millions of Americans who are now awake to just how corrupt and controlling our federal agencies have become.
When you accept the Federal Bureau of Investigation is nothing more than a domestic enforcement agency, structurally put into place to protect the interests of the Fourth Branch of Government; and the entire federal apparatus views anyone who would outline that basic truth as a domestic enemy; then you start to realize why fences, barbed wire and mechanized army divisions are stationed around the Capitol.

As the impacts of the various vaccination mandates take shape, it is worth a review of the current status as it impacts you and your family on a local basis.
As noted by a reader in Washington state, the cleaving of society on vaccinated status is having an unusual impact on many regions even within individual states.
As one anecdotal report is told, the eastern side of Washington state is essentially functioning as before the vaccination mandate; while the western side is seeing a substantial breakdown in local civic society.
Mandates by local officials are creating issues for local services. Local police, fire and first responders are leaving their jobs, creating issues for those in the leftist side of Washington state. Meanwhile the eastern, or more conservative side of the state, is relatively not impacted.
In another cleaving anecdote one business owner in southern California has told a rebel alliance member to discontinue the use of services from a vendor who does not share the leftist political perspectives of the owner; while other right-minded business owners (in the same industry) are looking specifically to gain advantage by seeking out vendors who are skilled, stable and independent.
As would be expected, the vaccination cleaving is creating two unique classes of workers and owners/operators. Those with the best expertise, skillset and work ethic all fall into the group who are more independently minded and not prone to the inherent peer pressure created by the vaccine mandate.
While the data is all still raw in this new cleaved socioeconomic environment, it does appear -in the aggregate- the unvaxxed are better workers, better problem solvers and carry a stronger work ethic. The vaxxed workforce, owners and operators appear less than.
This brings up an interesting dynamic that is still unfolding amid various regions. So the questions posed are these:
What do you see in your town, hamlet, city, neighborhood and/or region?
How are the various vaccine mandates impacting your area?
Additionally, what opportunities or challenges do you see currently? Do you see any benefits to the cleaving as it appears to be underway? Do you have any advice for readers who might be stuck behind enemy lines?
