The push for the 15-minute city is underway. Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) are becoming increasingly popular as cities across the globe are rezoning neighborhoods to permit additional properties to be built on the same land as existing homes. Some are now referring to these units as “backyard homes” as they are becoming a normalized part of life amid the housing crisis.
In January, Freddie Mac reported that 32% of people were interested in potentially building an ADU on their property. At the time, 71% of respondents were not familiar with the concept. In April, the company released a three-year plan to make these units widely available. They are marketing it as an attempt to help the poor, especially minorities, obtain home ownership. Will asking people to live on land they do not own really “eliminate disparities among Black and Latino communities?”
It remains to be seen how these ADUs will impact overall prices in a neighborhood, but one would imagine overcrowding would decrease overall desirability. I reported that BlackRock is the largest landowner in the US, holding over $120 billion in real estate. “Our focus is on building single-family rental housing that can be managed and operated similar to multifamily properties with dedicated property management, leasing and amenities,” the company’s website states. “Additionally, BlackRock invests in multifamily properties, apartment complexes, and other residential real estate.”
BlackRock is a World Economic Forum partner working to usher in the new age of 15-minute cities where the masses are confined to designated areas. Absolutely nothing is being done to address the housing crisis that has made the prospect of homeownership a far-fetched dream for the next generation. Instead, the top is siphoning the power to control shelter and shelter costs. You will own nothing and be happy.

Ukraine is so dishonest a government and it is always seeking unlimited money from the West, we really need to overthrow all Western leaders who support Ukraine. There are so many who KNOW that Ukraine blew up the Kakhovka hydroelectric dam because it would cut off the water supply for Crimea. Just like Nord Stream, when that was blown up, they claimed Russia did it, when in fact all Russia had to do was turn off the valve.
Every single source I have said the same thing – UKRAINE did it! There is nobody in that government that will EVER tell the truth. Now Turkey is proposing an international investigation into the action. Of course, Ukraine rejects any investigation into anything including where the money is going or the fact that American weapons are all over the place in the black market.
All my sources have said from inside Ukraine that the Ukrainian losses have exceeded 200,000 troops. Biden finally admits that Ukrainian forces have suffered “significant” casualties as they battle to break through Russia’s defensive lines.
Ukraine has launched a land grab and pretending that the Donbas should be theirs when they hate Russians, and outlaw their language and their religion, is just shocking. Everything East of the Dnieper River was the old Russian Empire of the Tzars. That is why there are Russians living there for centuries. This would be like Mexico invading Texas and ordering everyone to speak only Spanish. The border was simply drawn by Khruschev for administrative purposes during the Soviet Union. It was NEVER Ukrainian people in that region. They never had their own country.
This entire nonsense is a proxy war against Russia and the Russian people. This will only end in World War III and as I have said, ALL of the neighbors of Ukraine do not trust Ukrainians who have always been a ethnic group of pure-blood elitists.
The West is using this as a cover because the monetary system is collapsing. They borrow year after year and have ZERO intention of ever paying off the debt. They are deliberately creating WWIII so they can all default, and shift to this one-world digital currency by the IMF which was announced on the precise day of the Economic Confidence Model confirming that is a major agenda.
England will provide thirty individuals £1,600 per month to study Guaranteed Basic Income, also known as Universal Basic Income (UBI). The pilot program will monitor these individuals for two years to see how they put the money to use. As I noted in the blog post about the Cloward-Piven study, there must be no conditions for true Guaranteed Basic Income to work. That means that those chosen will effectively receive a “free” government handout at the expense of the working taxpayers.
The working taxpayers in lower earning brackets will likely look at those receiving free handouts and wonder how they too can get in on the scheme. “This is a substantial amount. Universal basic income usually covers people’s basic needs but we want to see what effect this unconditional lump sum has on people’s mental and physical health, whether they choose to work or not,” Will Stronge, the director of Autonomy thinktank, told the Guardian. “Our society is going to require some form of basic income in the coming years, given the tumult of climate change, tech disruption and industrial transition that lies ahead. This is why building the evidence base and public engagement now is so important, so the ground is well prepared for national implementation.”
They are already setting the precedent for a need for a welfare state. They’re purposely using a small sample size of 30 so that they do not need to show the drain the welfare system causes on the system. Those behind the social experiment claim UBI could eliminate poverty and create a perfect utopia. There is not ONE example in history where socialism has worked. Global governments have exacerbated inflation and the cost of living, and now they want you to rely on them for your needs solely. Socialism is never free. They will need to raise taxes and take from others to redistribute wealth, providing no incentive to work or for innovation to take place. As Margaret Thatcher said, “The trouble with Socialism is that eventually, you run out of other people’s money.”
Some people have been sending hate mail claiming I am a Putin supporter. My advice to you is to grab a gun and go volunteer to fight for Zelensky. ALL my sources have been screaming from the beginning that this Ukrainian war has been instigated by the US which has been taken over by a silent coup of the Neocons. Then some just hate Trump and are so blinded by it that they are walking into their doom.
Ukraine is out to create World War III. Russia has NOT been using military aircraft in Ukraine. They have only used missiles and drones. Ukraine has NO NEED for F16 jets other than to launch a war on Crimea to try to destroy the Russian fleet and they will use them to attack Moscow directly. They want the F16s from Briden but the long-range missiles from Germany. ANSWER: That would be the only way I would see DeSantis as having any real influence. As I have said, I was asked if I would talk Trump out of running and join the advisory team for DeSantis last year. I declined. I replied that everything has changed and that they would just eat him for lunch as they did to Trump when he first walked into Washington.
Washington has declined so much so, that the fools on the Hill now think just switching to a Republican will make it all better. The Biden administration has inflicted so much political damage as well as division among the people, the USA must fall. It cannot stand as one nation with such division. And it is not even Biden – who is the real symbol of the Fool on the Hill. He is only the puppet just like the last emperors of Rome.
I do not care that the propaganda claims the election of 2020 was not rigged. Of course, it was, but not by the Democrats. They too are naive. The Deep State is in full control. Perhaps you will remember in January 2019, Iran shot down an American drone. There is no question that John Bolton, Trump’s national security adviser at the time, was provoking Iran-U.S. tensions. He wanted another war. Quite frankly, Bolton would invade Canada to hunt down a Russian. Trump fired the Neocons, and rightly so. The World Health Organization (WHO) can make recommendations after the declaration of a global emergency. It has no definitive control over any nation’s decisions. However, as we saw with COVID, countries bow to the WHO and that included the Biden Administration. The left zealots love to scream loudly that conservatives falsely claim that amendments proposed by the Biden administration to existing global health regulations, and a new WHO pandemic treaty, will threaten U.S. sovereignty. They are actually correct, but not that the WHO will have absolute control. That would be UNCONSTITUTIONAL. But the Biden Administration wants to push for “voluntary” compliance and surrender our policy to conform to that of the WHO.
Trump was correct – NATO and the WHO should be defunded. They are both power-hungry organizations that exert only their own self-interests. When Communism fell, there was no longer a need for NATO. The days of Kruschev were gone. Putin, Yeltsin, and Gorbachev were never interested in invading Europe to spread communism. That boast died long ago.
The American NEOCONS adopted the opposite view that they would conquer the world and spread their version of “democracy” which is really their pretend version of a free government since they are never elected. NATO had no purpose but kept the idea that Russia wanted to conquer the world. They have always promoted war – never peace.

This remains the agenda and they too promote war in hopes of rising in their glory to become the great peacemaker and solidify their power. ANSWER #1: The future is written in the data. Socrates sorts it all out and what emerges is something I believe no human being can possibly forecast because the variables are just way too complex to try to calculate manually. I believe the whispers I hear from behind the curtain were that this was inevitable and quietly a number of European leaders are saying Zelensky should resign. But he is the puppet of the American Neocons. I do not know how that will really work out.

ANSWER #2: You know I love Athens. Yes, everything showed a major political shift in May and there were Directional Changes set up for the election both on a Weekly and Monthly level. This move to the middleright is part of the cycle. The left has gone too far. They have undermined the basic tenets of civilization which functions ONLY when everyone benefits. This is the danger many over the centuries have warned about Democracy that one side can suppress the other. This is what tears civilization apart. They simply cannot stand.
There is no difference if we are dealing with a monarchy or a dictatorship. ANSWER: This is the former adviser to Zelensky, Alexey Arestovich, who quit in protest after he told the truth that a Russian missile that hit a building in Dnipro, killing 44 people, was shot down by Kyiv and was not directed at an apartment building. He has publicly stated that
“The West deceived Russia. They promised not to push NATO to the east, and they did. They turned Ukraine into a huge anti-Russian country. If I was in Russia’s shoes, I would have done the exact same thing.”
I have spoken to some Ukrainians who are fully aware that they have been used as cannon fodder. They are starting to wake up that they are losing everything for someone else’s geopolitical game. Had the government honored the Minsk Agreement, there would have been no civil war.
Back in 1999, it was the Neocons who were linked with the bankers in their attempt to take over Russia. I was asked to invest $10 billion into their Hermitage Capital Management organization and I refused. In this second edition, I have added the info on the Neocons and their antics. As far as actually shooting down a hypersonic missile, we will have to see if this is true or not. My fear is that if this is correct, then removing Putin will open the door to Russia using nuclear weapons if they have no other defense. The computer has been targeting June/July on many levels.
