Court Filing, FDA Wants to Wait Until Current Generation Dies Before Releasing Documents Detailing Vaccine Approval

A simple question should be posed to the FDA about their vaccine authorization position:

How does a person give ‘informed consent‘ when the information is withheld?

Perhaps the judge in the case against the FDA will ask the question, perhaps not, but the question remains.

The FDA took a grand total of 108 days to decide the Pfizer vaccine was safe, given the data shared with them by the pharmaceutical company.  The same FDA is now saying they need 75 years to provide the public with the same data.  This is not a confidence building position by a federal regulatory agency attempting to instill public confidence.

Aaron Siri, the lawyer suing the FDA to get custody of the documents used by the FDA in approving the vaccine, is providing an update today [SEE HERE].  Mr Siri notes the FDA is now saying they will not be able to complete fulfillment of the public records release until the year 2096.

Aaron Siri – […] “My firm, on behalf of PHMPT, asked that this information be disclosed in 108 days – the same amount of time it took for the FDA to review and license Pfizer’s vaccine.

The Court ordered the parties to submit briefs in support of their respective positions by December 6, 2021.  The FDA’s brief, incredibly, doubles down.  It now effectively asks to have until at least 2096 to produce the Pfizer documents.  Not a typo.  A total of at least 75 years.

Other than producing an initial ~12,000 pages in around two months, the FDA thereafter only wants to commit to producing 500 pages per month.  The FDA also disclosed that it actually has approximately at least 451,000 pages to produce.” (Read More)

Mitch McConnell Constructs Legislative Roadmap for Democrats to Raise Debt Ceiling Unilaterally

December 7, 2021 | Sundance | 213 Comments

There’s a lot of convoluted internal stuff, but essentially Mitch McConnell is going to set up a process for Democrats in the Senate to raise the debt ceiling by themselves.

Mitch will enlist the usual Decepticon suspects to change the senate rules, for one-time only, allowing democrats to raise the debt ceiling without having to enter negotiations and concessions for anything republican lawmakers want (like eliminating the Biden spending bill).

McConnell will need nine more republicans to change the process, but it looks like he’s going to be successful.

This will permit Democrats to raise the debt ceiling by approximately $2 trillion, so they can continue debate on Biden’s Build Back Better bill.   Yeah, Uniparty gonna Uniparty.

WASHINGTON DC – […] The Senate minority leader spent Tuesday selling his members on a convoluted strategy that would require at least 10 Republicans to approve legislation that would later allow Senate Democrats to raise the debt ceiling by a simple majority vote. After a leadership meeting and a Senate GOP lunch, McConnell said he’d done enough work to clinch the deal in a vote expected on Thursday. (read more)

So the Senate DeceptiCons will *claim* to be against the multi-trillion ‘Build Back Better’, fundamental change, spending bill.  Yet they will have facilitated the Democrats not having to negotiate or eliminate anything inside the BBB bill, by removing the leverage of the debt ceiling raise.  Yep, Uniparty gotta Uniparty – all courtesy of the DeceptiCon caucus.  I hate them.

President Donald Trump notes the Mitch McConnell nonsense in a statement:

“I’m watching Republican Senators talk about fighting the horrendous Build Back Better Bill that the Democrats will push forward, made much easier for them by the 19 Republican Senators who voted for the Democrats Unfrastructure Plan, which is only 11% Infrastructure, and also by McConnell incredibly giving the Democrats a two-month extension, which allowed them to get their act together. Now the Republicans start fighting a much harder war, and I told them this would happen. It’s pathetic! Those 19 Republicans, including the Broken Old Crow, should not be forgotten for what they have done and the absolutely horrible ramifications this Bill will have on the future of our Nation. Just like McConnell blew two Senate seats in Georgia, and wouldn’t fight the Rigged Presidential Election, he gave this one away also.” (link)

Keep in mind this is the end of the political career of Mitch McConnell regardless of the 2022 election outcome.  I doubt there’s anything that will shift McConnell’s position, he’s been doing this stuff for years; but only recently did more people wake up to it.

The last federal budget passed under regular order was signed into law in September of 2007 for fiscal year 2008.  Everything after that has been a series of continuing resolutions, omnibus spending, baseline budget expansions and debt ceiling increases.  There has never been a full budget process worked through in the past 14 years.

Impactful Video Showcases Hollywood Vaccine Propaganda as Contrast Against Adverse Vaccine Outcomes

Something is not right“… There’s a website tracking professional sports figures worldwide who have died or been seriously injured by the vaccine.  Each instance is cited and recorded and the total number of professional athletes –just this year– who have died or suffered serious vaccine injury is now almost 300 [DATA LINK]

In a similar effort a video has been created to remind everyone how much propaganda effort was put forth as a result of collaboration between the U.S. government and Hollywood [much of this I had never seen]. {Direct Rumble Link Here} The vaccine push is then contrast against the mounting examples of serious injury from the vaccine.  The final video is quite powerful. WATCH:

Devin Nunes Will Depart Congress to Become CEO of Trump Media and Technology Group

Interesting developments that add a more fulsome context to the Axios report about alternative Tech platforms earlier in the day.

Several news outlets are now reporting that Congressman Devin Nunes (R-CA) will exit his congressional seat at the end of this month and take a position as CEO of the newly formed Trump Media and Technology Group (TMTG).

Many people are wondering why hire a congressman and not a technology expert.  To wit, I would say Trump’s not hiring a congressman.  It looks to me like he’s hiring a professional with specific expertise in the intelligence arena.

If you think about the bigger battleground, a technology CEO with subject matter expertise in the U.S. intelligence system is a skillset to be appreciated.

NY Post – Rep. Devin Nunes (R-Calif.), a prominent ally of former President Donald Trump, will leave Congress at the end of this month to head up Trump’s new social media company.

Trump Media & Technology Group announced the appointment of Nunes as CEO in a Monday evening statement.

“The time has come to reopen the Internet and allow for the free flow of ideas and expression without censorship,” Nunes was quoted as saying. “The United States of America made the dream of the Internet a reality and it will be an American company that restores the dream. I’m humbled and honored President Trump has asked me to lead the mission and the world class team that will deliver on this promise.”

Trump described Nunes in the statement as “a fighter and a leader” who “will make an excellent CEO of TMTG.”

“Devin understands that we must stop the liberal media and Big Tech from destroying the freedoms that make America great,” the 45th president added. “America is ready for TRUTH Social and the end to censorship and political discrimination.” (read more)

This announcement follows an interesting sequence of events (citation links in the dates):

♦ October 20 – Donald Trump announces the basic outline of Truth Social, an upstart social media system for MAGA supporters.  The financing would come through Digital World Acquisition Group (DWAC).  Shares of DWAC skyrocket after the announcement.

♦ October 24 – CTH receives a tip that Patrick Byrne is investing $1 million in Locals (launched by Dave Rubin Dec 2019)

♦ October 26 – Rumble and Locals announce they are merging into one company. Rumble purchases Locals.

♦ November 02 – Rumble announces they are relocating the company HQ to Florida.

♦ December 01 – Rumble announces an IPO through Cantor Fitzgerald.

♦ December 04 – Trump Media and Technology Group (TMTG) announce $1+ billion raised in private equity, through Digital World Acquisition Group (DWAC).

♦ December 06 – Axios writes article about rise of “right-wing” social media infrastructure. Focuses on financial aspects.

♦ December 06 – SEC opens an investigation of the equity fundraising through DWAC.  “Trading of Digital World’s shares has driven TMTG’s valuation from $875 million in October to close to $4 billion.”

♦ December 06 – Devin Nunes is announced as CEO of Trump Media & Technology Group.

♦ December 06 – Rumble announces a deal with TMTG through Cantor Fitzgerald.  “Howard Lutnick, the CEO of Rumble’s parent company Cantor Fitzgerald, stated on Monday that they have worked out a distribution deal with Donald Trump’s planned “Truth” social media platform.” … “Truth and the 45th president are going to use Rumble’s infrastructure, their technology, their cloud distribution capability, so they are going to be a service provider, a tech provider to the president’s Truth Social,” Lutnick told interviewer John Bachman on his “John Bachman Now” show.

Great. So in essence, Trump Media will use the tech architecture of Rumble.  There will be a partnership.

That’s the sequence of events as to how these two networks (Rumble & TMTG) came into the position they are now.  Let me say with clarity and emphasis, I want to see these platforms succeed.  I will support, as we do already, each and every platform against the interests of Big Tech, and I will encourage all Treepers to support each platform.  That said, there’s something in this timeline that looks disconcerting to me:

  • Patrick Byrne invests in Locals.
  • Locals merges with Rumble.
  • Rumble goes into an IPO with Cantor Fitzgerald
  • Trump forms TMTG.
  • TMTG Raises funds from private equity ($1 billion+ DWAC)
  • SEC investigates TMTG equity funds from DWAC.
  • TMTG announces Devin Nunes CEO
  • Cantor Fitzgerald announces Rumble will partner with the newly formed TMTG.

This is the sequence of events.

The Axios article and SEC moves on same day point to someone on the inside of the organizational network (TMTG/Rumble) tipping off someone outside.  And the people they are tipping off are not good characters.  This is someone deep enough inside this newly forming media/tech operation to walk media and government insiders through the plans and funding sources, and trigger those simultaneous responses.

If you see that pattern, stay with me.

The next logical question is to ask who and how?

From my perspective, there is one big glowing worm in this new social media operation.

Byrne engages with NRA, NRA comes under federal investigation….

Byrne engages with Donald Trump Jr, DJT Jr. comes under federal investigation…

Byrne engages with Sidney Powell, Powell comes under federal investigation…

Byrne engages with audit groups, audit groups come under federal investigation…

Byrne engages with TMTG, TMTG comes under federal investigation…

Oddly enough, Byrne never comes under federal investigation; only the people he touches….

Patrick Byrne.

Stop me if you see a pattern.

And let’s not forget the Friday night meeting at the White House (Powell, Flynn, Byrne, Cipollone, Meadows, Guiliani) which surfaced in the New York Times via leaks the next morning (Saturday), and then Byrne using Twitter the following day (Sunday) to post pictures of himself at the White House and frame a story of the meeting.

Consider yourself warned.

Eject the Fed.

I’m sure President Trump and Chairman Nunes are well aware of the potential risks. Also, I have zero insider knowledge and only work from what data points are publicly visible, and Byrne as a DC operative is educated conjecture on my part {supported here}.  That said, this wouldn’t be his first rodeo, and sunlight is the best disinfectant.

Fredo Fired By CNN, Then Releases Statement

CNN has fired 9:00pm anchor Fredo saying: “Chris Cuomo was suspended earlier this week pending further evaluation of new information that came to light about his involvement with his brother’s defense. We retained a respected law firm to conduct the review, and have terminated him, effective immediately. While in the process of that review, additional information has come to light. Despite the termination, we will investigate as appropriate.” (link)

In response the anchor stated: “This is not how I want my time at CNN to end but I have already told you why and how I helped my brother. So let me now say as disappointing as this is, I could not be more proud of the team at Cuomo Prime Time and the work we did as CNN’s #1 show in the most competitive time slot. I owe them all and will miss that group of special people who did really important work.” (link)

It sounds like the MeToo investigation is ongoing.  Fredo is a notoriously unintelligent narcissist; and, well, grandma’s rule applies.

Jim Acosta and Brian Stelter were on air at CNN when the news broke.  Their broadcast video is below:

Rising COVID Cases Among Vaccinated

Armstrong Economics Blog/Disease Re-Posted Dec 3, 2021 by Martin Armstrong

Reports of fully vaccinated individuals contracting COVID are on the rise. Cases are appearing worldwide, but let’s take a look at Australia as they currently have some of the strictest COVID restrictions in the world. A gym in Sydney only permitted fully vaccinated patrons but was stunned when 15 people fell ill with the virus. The owner said he went “above and beyond” to follow the harsh COVID guidelines, and he had only reopened in October after the government forced gyms to close. In Melbourne, 11 people contracted COVID at a restaurant that also only permitted fully vaccinated patrons. The government will likely vilify small businesses with investigations and fines rather than admitting that the vaccine is ineffective.

The Australian government can and will track down anyone who came into contact with the “diseased” and force them to self-isolate regardless of vaccination status. Reuters reported that fully vaccinated Australians must quarantine for 72 hours upon entering their country due to omicron. Plans to allow skilled migrants to enter the country have halted, and the government seems prepared to ruin its economy by implementing additional restrictions for a virus that can never be eradicated. It almost makes sense as to why Australia continues to invest in their quarantine camps — they know the vaccines do not prevent transmission.

DC Democrats Claim Victory Over Inflation With Temporary Two Cent Drop in Gasoline Prices – Their Emphasis Explains Why They Need Omicron

Posted originally on the Conservative tree house on December 2, 2021 | Sundance | 116 Comments

If you were still on the fence about Omicron being created/used specifically because the people behind Biden were worried about gas prices {Go Deep}, you can quit the straddle.

Energy inflation overall, and gasoline inflation specifically, is the Build Back Better communists’ Achilles heel.  The Biden administration is ideologically committed to climate change policy and as a result they have no supply-side tools to stop gasoline prices from necessarily skyrocketing.  They desperately need the fear of Omicron to shut down the demand side.

Ten days ago the communists said they were releasing 55 million barrels of oil from the strategic petroleum reserve {Go Deep}, approximately a three day supply of oil given the current level of demand.  Today the Democrat Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) laughably claim victory over a two cent drop in gasoline price.  Worse still is the gaslighting graph they use to show a downward trajectory on price:

The Y-axis is in increments of half a cent.  The X-axis is showing six days of impact.

Yes, gasoline fell from $3.39/gal to $3.38/gal in the six days after the strategic petroleum reserve release.  We are spared a single penny per gallon in gas price.

Even the leftist media recognize this type of propaganda only makes Democrats look more stupid. A longer review of the Joe Biden price for Gasoline puts that six day Democrat graph into perspective:

Knuckleheads….

All communists are knuckleheads.

That said, what this insufferable effort highlights is how much emphasis the Democrats are putting toward trying desperately to get away from the problem of inflation.

All of Biden energy policy, and all of Biden’s spending around the Build Back Better agenda, is designed to take us from where we are now into some distant place where fossil fuels are not the energy mechanism; that’s the Green New Deal component of this.  However, there is no policy for their transition – they stopped all current energy policy around oil and coal.

Biden halted pipelines, cancelled oil and gas leases, blocked expanded refinery capacity and regulated the entire U.S. oil industry into a place of diminished capacity.  That is why energy prices have, as Obama promised,  “necessarily skyrocketed.”  And, we ain’t seen nothing yet.  Depending on how cold it is this winter, you can expect natural gas and home heating oil to double in the next few months.

The near horizon looks pretty clear.  Gasoline will keep rising fast and will cost $6 to $7/gal before next spring.   There is no way under current Joe Biden policy to avoid this, unless he was to completely abandon his energy policy; that’s not likely.  The climate change ideologues, academics and far-left communists behind the Biden policy are not likely to see the catastrophic economic damage as a bad thing, instead they will likely say it’s the new normal.

With that level of supply side economic chaos seemingly unavoidable, the only way for Biden to try and mitigate political damage is an attempt to halt the demand side.  That’s why the administration needs Omicron.

It is more important for our government to use Omicron than all other governments because we are the spending and ideological center. That is why we are seeing a much bigger emphasis upon the fear of Omicron by our government; and that is why the descending levels of variant emphasis/fear fall in line depending on how closely other nations are aligned as allies.

Meanwhile… China, Iran and Russia (adversaries on an ideological level) know what is happening, and to the extent they can drive U.S. inflation even higher, they will.  Our adversaries know how to use Biden’s policy to make massive inflation hurt the U.S. disproportionately. This is why OPEC is giving Biden the middle finger on his ‘request’ to increase oil production, and this is why China is now triggering shipping quarantines. (more)

Again, as repeated previously, our window to prepare for a massive jump in inflation is slowly closing.  We are down to around 60 days, and then things will get really ugly.  The people behind Joe Biden know this.  Omicron is a tool they are attempting to use to moderate the speed of impact within the inflation window.

Mass Psychosis and Totalitarianism

This is a very good summary of where we are today and a MUST WATCH from Academy of Ideas

“Logic can be met with logic, while illogic cannot—it confuses those who think straight. The Big Lie and monotonously repeated nonsense have more emotional appeal in a cold war than logic and reason. While the enemy is still searching for a reasonable counter-argument to the first lie, the totalitarians can assault him with another.”
