This might seem like another in a long series of deaths caused by unvetted illegal aliens in the USA; however, the nature of this murder hits the key demographic of white, uppity suburban women, with a cold dose of reality.
In our ‘slowly at first’ (SAF) reports and discussions we have been talking about the logical consequences of allowing millions of unvetted 18-to-35-year-old antisocial males into the country. The general reporting puts the numbers around 7.2 million; however, DHS is only counting the documented illegal alien border crossers released, all of the getaways are unrecorded.
Any reasonable minded person reviewing the scale of the influx of illegal aliens would anticipate a substantive increase in violent crime, specifically violent crime targeting vulnerable women. The common antisocial behaviors and cultural differences are part of the issue. These examples will increase in frequency with the media likely continuing the pattern where they try to ignore it.
(Via Daily Mail) – Jose Antonio Ibarra, 26, is originally from Venezuela and crossed into El Paso, Texas, in September 2022.
He was released into the United States by Customs and Border Patrol because the worsening migrant crisis means they have insufficient facilities to hold all border crossers that they intercept. Cops don’t believe Ibarra knew his victim.
Laken Riley, 22, was found dead Thursday afternoon after her roommate reported her missing, saying she had not returned from her jog.
Ibarra has been charged with malice murder, felony murder, aggravated battery, aggravated assault, false imprisonment, kidnapping, hindering a 911 call, and concealing the death of another.
UGA Police Chief Jeffrey Clark told reporters at a press conference tonight that officers have searched Ibarra’s apartment in Athens and evidence shows that he acted alone. The UGA murder victim was killed by ‘blunt force trauma’ police investigating her death said. (read more)
We are beyond the point when the unsecure border is the issue. With tens-of-millions of unknown migrants seeded throughout the nation, we are now in the consequence phase. So many people cannot fathom what those consequences will mean.
Entire sectors like housing, education, healthcare, social services, transportation, infrastructure, law enforcement, public order… LOCALLY FOLKS, like in your back yard, depending on your proximity to the predators….. are going to be stressed to the point of failure. Our concept of “safety and security” needs to be re-evaluated.
The consequences, the all hell breaking loose part, is not a matter of if, but when. We are in the slow, consistent beginning phase right now, but it will escalate quickly. Slowly at first, then all at once. That’s the design of extremism when seeded as a change mechanism. This is also why there is so much leftist agitation and emphasis on keeping the DOJ, FBI and all other federal law enforcement agencies focused on the wrong threat. This is the cultural aspect, the politically correct aspect, and it is part of the design.
How many times have we repeated, “trust your instincts”? History has shown us that political correctness manifest, a man-made purposeful manipulation intended to override natural instinct, drove masses of mutually aligned people to get into cattle cars. The outcome was horrific, and we stand in hindsight saying, why did they comply?

Once upon a time, in the United States, we, the people, began our classroom day with the Pledge of Allegiance:
“I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible,
with liberty and justice for all,”
Those days are gone, and we can no longer depend on the Courts and the legal systems for Truth, Fairness, and Justice for all, which we were told was the American Way! How many millions went off to war and died to defend that principle they have torn to shreds in New York City? The American Way of Life is dead. The Democrats have allowed our nation to be flooded with people who do not share our culture, our philosophies, or our history solely to ensure they win at all costs.
This is no longer any difference we have with Russia and China and how they treat the people. The United States now has more people in prison than China, which has 1.5 billion people compared to our 300 million. You have a 500% greater chance of going to prison because there is no more liberty and justice for all.
The Courts have turned into Totalitarian Dictatorships devoid of any accountability, and the proof of that is the mere conviction rate proving that we are the enemy of those in power. Data published by the Pew Research Center in 2019 highlighted how federal prosecutors have a 99.6% conviction rate. To put those numbers in perspective, U.S. Attorneys filed 79,704 cases in 2018. Of those, only 320 resulted in acquittals. As Pew Research wrote: “Nearly 80,000 people were defendants in federal criminal cases in fiscal 2018, but just 2% of them went to trial. “ Any criminal lawyer in New York will tell you to plead and take a deal because you CANNOT win in New York.
The system is so bad that Judge Rakoof was thoroughly disgusted and wrote a book on his experience on the bench in New York. The title is “Why the innocent plead guilty and the guilty of free.” I cannot express strongly enough that you have virtually no chance of a fair trial EVER in the United States. And if they cannot put you on trial, they will kill you and swear it was suicide. Nothing but nothing someone is charged with should EVER be taken as truth. Even Madoff quickly pled guilty to save his family, yet his son still committed suicide. There, too, the banks claimed they had no idea. That was a lie and ABSOLUTELY impossible.
I was interviewed by a journalist when they saw the bank was illegally trading in my accounts, like MF Global. They asked me if they were laundering money for the Russian Mafia “AS THEY WERE DOING IN MADOFF!” I said I had no idea. I only saw all the bogus trades that were then backed out as errors when I assumed they were parking things in my accounts. Yet, of course, if the “error” came from one account and was taken out to another, then it was money laundering. The newspaper would not allow her to publish it. The forensic accountant told the court they never shall so many “canceled trades,” but the court also covered that up. I believe I refused to invest $10 billion in their Russia scheme, so they were using my accounts for money laundering involving the oligarchs and the attempt to seize Russia.
The Elections are rigged, the Courts are corrupt, and the government is rapidly becoming the enemy of the people. All of these male illegal immigrants of military age will be compelled to sign up for the military to get citizenship and be sent off to fight in World War III.
Trump’s civil fraud trial in New York will expose just how corrupt this whole prosecution has been. In a 92-page decision, this morally void Judge Arthur Engoron ordered Trump to pay a massive $355 million fine, plus more than $98 million in prejudgment interest no less. Engoron’s extraordinary ruling strategically prohibited Trump from serving as an officer or director of any business in the state for three years, giving the judge the power to appoint a prosecutor to run his company and destroy it in no time. Even George Washington University Law School professor Jonathan Turley took issue with this, saying that “[e]ven the New York Times agreed that it could not find a single case in history where this statute was used against an individual or a company that did not commit a criminal offense, go bankrupt, or leave financial victims.”
Engoron found Trump was found liable for overstating the values of his assets on bank loan applications. That is a common negotiating practice, like haggling in a biazare in Iran. It’s expected and an insult if you do not. Considering that New York City is the world’s financial capital, the city’s bankers walk on water and are among the most sophisticated on the planet. Developers always inflate property valuations, and banks have their own appraisers who simply adjust them down. According to Turley, during the trial, “witnesses [loan officers] testified that they wanted to do more business with Trump, who was described as a ‘whale’ client with high yield business opportunities.”
It is the same when trading. The banks try to guess if you will buy or sell and will move the quotes in the direction they anticipate you will trade. It is always a negotiation. That is how high-stakes finance deals are done.
The reason I recommend that Trump file for bankruptcy IMMEDIATELY in Florida is because NY law is also rigged, and this is why the Judge did what he did. Under New York law, Trump is not allowed to even appeal his ruling without depositing the full amount in a court account, and he has only 30 days to raise that, which is CASH! If he cannot, then they will seize his property and sell it for pennies on the dollar to their best friends, who are already licking their lips and rubbing their hands. Judge Engoron has just denied former Trump’s request for a 30-day stay of judgment after defense attorneys protested the attorney general’s “rush” for enforcement. Now, they want to prevent Trump from leaving NYCso they can imprison him to stop the election.
If Congress does not intervene – we are screwed as a nation.
New York State Attorney General Letitia James is an elected Democrat. She made it clear from the outset that her goal was to destroy Trump. She actually said:
“This illegitimate president [Trump] — I look forward to going into the office of the attorney general every day, suing him, and then going home.”
This has been a biased prosecution with the sole intent of prosecuting Trump to interfere in the 2024 election – plain and simple. Because BViden controls the Justice Department, they will never prosecute anyone for doing this.
She has turned this law upside down. It was intended to protect consumers. In fact, no one was defrauded. All of the loans were fully repaid. Still, this judge and prosecutor conspired to violate everyone’s right to vote in the 2024 election. Any business can now be torn apart using this. They claim that you overvalued your assets on a loan the bank never used in its decision anyway.
I have not heard from one institutional client inside or outside the United States who thought this was reasonable. The overwhelming view is that this was a deliberate political hit job, just the latest blow in the Democrats’ relentless campaign against Trump to ensure their insane agenda continues, and the Republicans on Capitol Hill are not defending the Constitution or the people.
This judgment sent a shock wave around the world, and the rigged system that allows them to seize Trump’s assets in 30 days is a warning you better get the HELL OUT OF NYC ASAP! This was the last straw. Get out of all stocks with a New York address and sell NY state and city bonds ASAP. This judgment is so outrageous, and they intend to confiscate Trump’s properties NOW just to destroy him completely to interfere in the 2024 election.
Governor Hochul was so stupid during an interview on a radio talk show with John Catsimatidis on “The Cats Roundtable” on WABC 770 AM that she tried to reassure business owners that it’s safe to do business in the state. Her remarks made the case that this was political and that Trump was targeted because he was the Republican candidate. She said :
“I think that this is really an extraordinary, unusual circumstance that the law-abiding and rule-following New Yorkers who are business people have nothing to worry about because they’re very different than Donald Trump and his behavior.”
Hochul admits that this was political, or every New York developer who has ever overstated the value of a property on a loan application is now at risk of being bankrupted and all their assets seized by making the fine so large it cannot be paid in 30 days.
The Democrats have weaponized the legal system everywhere against Trump, and their idiot base is cheering for the demise of the nation. The New York Post said it best:
“Democratic elites will chuckle into their martinis this weekend at the verdict, but your victory is pyrrhic. You’ve made Donald Trump a political martyr.”
My family has fought in every war since the American Revolution. Everything they fought for has been torn to shreds. I am surprised that anyone would now fight and die for a country that no longer respects the rule of law, the Constitution, or civilization. The clock is ticking. It will be time to turn out the lights by 2032.
I can now see why the computer is projecting a landslide for Trump. The Democrats have gone way too far. They are no longer supporters of the American Way of Life, and the computer projections for 2028 look even worse.
NYC is totally out of control. These bogus charges were never brought against anyone, and there was no victim. This definition of fraud can be applied now to anyone in NYC. This is obviously an attempt to interfere in the 2024 election, for if Trump had not run for president, there would have been no such charges.
New York is just so UNAMERICAN you can’t make this up. This radical Attorney General not only has Trump BARRED from running his own company, but they also appointed a former organized-crime prosecutor to manage the Trump Organization who has no business capability. The state is attempting to seize total control of the financial assets of Trump without a jury trial to shut him down to prevent him from running for office. Trump was denied the right to defend himself before a jury. They did that to my company, fired all the staff, and then moved to shut it down. Then their appointed receiver became a board member of Goldman Sachs while running my company from their boardroom. This was also all without any right to a jury trial.
This is so outrageous; I fear that Trump’s case will be the catalyst for the decline and fall of the United States. We cannot possibly stand united as a nation under such an outrageous legal system. When the rule of law collapses like this, no nation has ever survived long throughout history. We now can see 2032 coming and why the computer has forecast that there may not even be a 2028 election. They need to stop Trump because they are taking us to War, canceling the paper money, and taxing everything we do for climate change. At the same time, the WHO orders lockdowns and mandatory vaccines as they surrender our sovereignty.
New York City is Completely Out of Control
The integrity of assets is seriously under question. My sincere advice to Trump is to sell all of your NYC assets and get the HELL OF NYC! Nobody should invest in anything in New York City, for there is no rule of law and, even worse, no separation of powers. It is a political dictatorship that you cannot fight for. NO judge in New York City will defend the Constitution and go against their peers.
While truckers known as Chicago Ray started calling on truckers to boycott NYC, all they have to do is target someone, and they will routinely use taxes to go after innocent people as well as journalists if they do not cooperate. Chicago Ray has backed down yet, claiming, “No one’s got to me … I heard what drivers were saying, and I’m hearing some of that today; I ain’t scared of s–t.” I met a former executive from the NY Post who they put in prison because he would not yield to the Deep State. He explained they call with a “favor,” and if you do not comply. They come after you personally. In his case, they claimed he hired people who did not show up to work. New York City is beyond hope.
SELL NEW YORK NOW
I warned that Trump would NEVER get a fair trial in New York City – I have NEVER seen anyone EVER get a fair trial in New York City. When my case began, they brought it to New York when the accounts were in Philadelphia. They claimed there was the COMEX for the venue, so that was good enough even though currencies traded in Chicago. When my lawyer heard they filed the case in New York City, he said of shit. I asked what was the problem. He said you don’t understand. New York practices law differently. Boy, did I find out.
Judges can alter the transcripts and change the words you speak in court. The Court of Appeals ruled they did not have the power to order the judges to obey the law (see UNITED STATES V. ZICHETTELLO 208 F3d 72 (2d Cir 2000) at page 97). A federal statute 18 U.S. Code § 1519 defines that as a felony with 20 years in prison. I forced Judge Oweb to admit he was altering my transcripts, and the DOJ would not indicate him; the Court of Appeals lost my appeal THREE TIMES and then said I was out of time. The ONLY reason they released me was because the Supreme Court agreed to take my case. So they released me and told the Supreme Court the case was moot.
Remember MF Global. That is when Judge Martin Glen seized the assets of all clients to protect the banks that Corsine was trading with. The trustee overseeing MF Global’s liquidation eventually confirmed that the amount of customers’ funds from the failed brokerage was at least $1.6 billion. This was the biggest financial crime, perhaps in history, far worse than Madoff. This is the outright theft of client funds sanctioned by the court, which protected all the bankers. Nobody was being called to account because MF Global, which was headed by former Goldman Sachs CEO, Senator, and New Jersey Governor Jon Corzine, was also protected. The client’s funds were illegally seized by the NY court and were used to cover the losses to the bankers completely in violation of the law.
The collapse was the eighth-largest corporate bankruptcy in U.S. history. The US Regulators investigated only whether MF Global tapped into client money from clients’ accounts as its financial condition worsened. They are ignoring the fact that it was trading with client money before the last few days. Brokerage Houses are required to keep customer money separate from the firm’s money, but that was simply not being enforced in the instant case.
As an astute lawyer wrote in about New York, he correctly pointed out that there is no rule of law, for it is a corrupt city with a “connection-based society,” not a “contract-based society.” Contracts mean nothing in New York, and this is why no bankers ever go to prison there. The courts will always rule against people for political objectives.
In 1951, NY executed an innocent woman they KNEW was innocent. It was April 5th, 1951, when Julius Rosenberg (1918-1953) and his 35-year-old wife Ethel (1915-1953) were sentenced to death using this Espionage Act. Today, everyone concedes that his wife’s crime was simply being married to Julius. The prosecutors charged her, thinking it would force him to give up his contacts, which he never did, most likely because he had none.
A co-defendant of Julius and Ethel Rosenberg, Morton Sobell (1917-2018), admitted for the first time that he was a Soviet spy on his deathbed at 91 after serving 30 years in prison but also made it clear that Ethel was innocent. Sobell passed military secrets to the Communists in World War II when the nations were still allies, he told the New York Times. Sobell, who served 18 years for espionage, said Julius did pass secrets, but Ethel, executed with her husband in 1953, was guilty of nothing more than being Mrs. Rosenberg.
Under our legal system, the Jury can nullify the conviction using common sense based on their own sense of justice. Our corrupt judges will never instruct the jury that they have that power. The JURY can refuse to follow the corrupt law and acquit a defendant even when the evidence presented seems to point to an incontrovertible verdict of guilt. Personally, I think the Jury should be told that they have the power to nullify a conviction as well as to direct charges and reprimand the prosecutor in such a case for his abuse of power.
All I can say is GET THE HELL OUT OF NYC before there is NO BID!

Statistics Canada reported that inflation slowed in January to 2.9%, beating expectations of 3.3%. So why are Canadians still struggling to afford basic necessities like rent and food?
Mortgage interest costs remain the top noted driver of inflation after rising 27.4% YoY, while rentals increased 7.9% during the same period. Bank of Canada governor Tiff Macklem explained that the central bank cannot fix the housing crisis through cuts. “Housing affordability is a significant problem in Canada but not one that can be fixed by raising or lowering interest rates,” he noted at the beginning of February. The Bank of Canada has voted to raise interest rates 10 times since March 2022, with little to no impact on inflation.
The central bank cannot manage supply and demand. Rentals.ca noted that rentals have been rising by C$373 per month since COVID restrictions and lockdowns decimated the global economy. Demand far outweighs supply, and Canada Mortgage and Housing Corp. noted that vacancies are at their lowest level since they began reviewing the data in 1988.
Trudeau’s government only cares about the rising debt-to-GDP ratio, and analysts cling to their failed theories of Keynesian economics. What percentage of interest costs are in that deficit, and what happens when they can no longer sell the debt? These are questions entirely overlooked.
The Canadian dollar is simply worth less than it was before the COVID lockdowns, and the Canadian dollar’s decline is contributing to the rising cost of imports.
The Bank of Canada has the same issue with its central bank as many other nations – the government will not stop spending. Total government spending for the 2023 fiscal year through the end of March 2024 is estimated to be C$488.7 billion.
Yet, the Trudeau Administration announced this week that they will be spending another C$300+ million on ammunition for Ukraine as Canada, like all other NATO nations, has been prioritizing spending on foreign wars while ignoring its growing deficit.
Canada’s deficit is expected to hit C$38.4 billion in 2024/25 and C$38.3 billion in 2025/26. Who is the largest buyer of Canadian debt? Foreign investors from the United States who purchased around $13.1 billion of Canadian debt securities. Canada saw a high in foreign share acquisitions in December 2023 to the tune of C$29.4 billion, with non-US foreign share investment reaching C$6.3 billion.
Investors are mainly seeking instruments denominated in USD that are issued by Canadian banks. Now, Canada must make investment opportunities more lucrative for the US buyer compared to domestic investments. Hence, the BoC is moving in line with the Federal Reserve, but both are utterly helpless as they cannot control fiscal policies.

The Biden Administration has united a deadly duo – MS-13 and the Tren de Aragua gangs. Most are familiar with the MS-13 gang, an extremely violent transnational crime ring that originated in El Salvador and became prominent in America during the Obama Administration. Tren de Aragua is a violent smaller gang from Venezuela that has spread out across America since the open border policies were implemented. The FBI has reported that the two criminal organizations are working together to terrorize America.
🚨 I sent a letter with 13 of my @HouseGOP colleagues to @SecMayorkas demanding answers about Venezuela releasing violent prisoners early and pushing them to join caravans heading towards our southern border.
There have been countless reports of Venezuela opening its prisons and releasing violent offenders on one condition – get the hell out of our country. Obviously this has yet to be confirmed and the Venezuelan government is praising itself for a recently lowered crime rate that correlated with the repeal of US border security. The Venezuelan government could not control the gang, who made headlines for turning a prison into their version of Disney World. President Maduro had to send 11,000 soldiers to a single prison to take back control. Tens of thousands of these men have since entered the US. Rep Troy Nehls first reported the serious issue in September 2022 and has not received an official answer from either government.
The National Guard has been urged to check migrants for Tren de Aragua tattoos that widely vary. Of course, the National Guard does not have time to check the thousands of people entering each day. Reports of arrests (and releases) in Chicago, Texas, New York City, and other US cities are commonplace.
El Salvador solved its gang problem by arresting ALL gang members. So those solo men seeking “asylum” are attempting to run from political prosecution in their own nation that they nearly ruined. The MS-13 gang is larger and more advanced than Tren de Aragua, and new reports reveal that they are taking the smaller enterprise under their wing and helping them set up their headquarters in NYC.
FBI Agent John Morales alerted the New York Postthat the two gangs had begun a crime spree across all five boroughs of New York. The most recent scam involved stealing cell phones from unsuspecting US citizens in broad daylight. Two men will approach their target on a moped while one snatches the phone and keeps it open. They then bring the cell phones to a hacker who withdraws all of the victim’s money from every account linked to their phone, and then they sell the phones for parts.
Countless vetted and confirmed actual asylum seekers fled Venezuela to the US to escape the gangs that took over their towns. Corrupt Soros-appointed D.A. Alvin Bragg is turning a blind eye to the uptick in gang activity, as is the entire Democratic Party. These migrants are receiving thousands of dollars per month of pre-paid debit cards funded by YOU. There are no consequences for committing crimes, as we have seen with migrants beating police officers, only to be immediately released to re-offend.
THE US GOVERNMENT IS DELIBERATELY DESTROYING AMERICAN CITIES. Wake up America! The government could deport these people at any time instead of building them luxury housing, providing them with more money than they ever made in their country of origin, and allowing them to wreak havoc on the public, all in the name of votes.
Protestors gifted trading extraordinaire Nancy Pelosi with 300 lbs of manure to her personal residence in San Francisco, California. No, this was not an act of violence by the radical MAGA extremists but a message sent by Democrats protesting a ceasefire in Palestine. “NANCY PELOSI ENOUGH WITH THIS S—T” and “STOP ARMING ISRAEL. ARMS EMBARGO NOW,” signs placed outside her home declared.
Code Pink, responsible for this “mostly peaceful” protest, is one of many organizations angered over America’s involvement in the Israel-Palestine war. Taking a page from the farmers in Europe, these protestors dumped manure outside her home, but the media has largely remained quiet about the situation because it does not fit the narrative that anti-government extremists wear red hats and exist only on the right.

I do not advocate violence of any sort, but this move shows that the people, not the right or left, but the people of the United States, are completely fed up with their government and want their public servants to fear their constituents.
Some believe this act was staged as the activists placed the manure on a tarp. The protestors in Europe do not make clean-up so accessible. Either way, the message has been sent and a select few are facing charges for their involvement.
The war in Palestine has become a breaking point for many on the far left who otherwise support the overall Democrat agenda of climate change, illegal immigration, and socialistic policies. These very people supported the war in Ukraine and accepted that Russia was the evil force pushing America into a foreign war. They ignored the billions sent to Zelensky and cheered as their own nation fell further into debt and closer to world war.
Democrats’ empathies in the Middle East lie with the Palestinians, at 49% versus 38%, based on a Gallup poll. Younger Democrats under 35 are far more likely to sympathize with Palestine, as a Quinnipiac University poll found that 69% disapprove of how Biden is handling the war. Older Democrats over 65 are much more likely to approve (77%) of Biden’s involvement in this war. There was far more sympathy for Israel when the war first broke out, and Hamas was seen as the enemy rather than all of Palestine.
There are fractions among the left due to America’s unwavering support for Israel. As Biden has said throughout his career, if there were not an Israel, America would need to create one. Israel is America’s stronghold on the Middle East and support for the nation will not wane regardless of left v right. This is one of many stories of protests against Democratic politicians that the media does not want to highlight ahead of elections.
