REPLY: You seem to think that the popular vote should pick the president. I am certain if it had been the other way you be against the popular vote. The system was designed to prevent the tyranny of one state dominating the rest, which is what took place in Europe. Merkel unilaterally opened the gates to “Syrian Refugees” and that decision she made herself without a vote, even by the German people. She alone has decided the fate of all of Europe. That is how the political decisions of one state can impose tyranny upon all others in the union.

You are also probably unaware the Hillary also beat Obama in the Democratic primaries. The Democratic nomination for the 2008 election was interesting for Hillary Clinton won the popular vote, but ultimately Obama won more unpledged delegates and therefore the nomination. The delegates made the choice personally, not the people. Did they want to have the first black president or woman? They chose Obama for they believed he would gain them the victory for all the black voters would come out for him but not her.

Even that did not really work for during the actual presidential election of 2008, Obama won only 52.9% of the popular vote. There was no landslide which they were looking for. Obama agreed to give Hillary the State Department, which she turned into a money-making scheme to appease her since she had also won the popular vote in the primaries.

Personally, I prefer a NON-CAREER politician. It does not matter what party they reside in, for it will always be them against us.

Virginia government officials have made extensive preparations ahead of tomorrow’s planned Second Amendment “Lobby Day” protests.  Earlier today a videographer named Stephen B walked through the capitol grounds to highlight the extensive fencing assembled by authorities.  Some slightly salty language:

Additionally, the Virginia State Police are taking the planned protest quite seriously. In a Twitter video below law enforcement show up at a man’s home, 100 miles from the venue, to question him based on a “tip”, and suspecting some thought crimes may be committed.

Virginia Demorats Want to Take Your Guns


Virginia is for Gun grabbers?

Governor “Blackface” Northam and his fellow Democrats in Virginia continue to roll ahead with their Soros and Bloomberg-backed gun control plans, which are a direct violation of our Second Amendment.

I was encouraged that Trump spoke out on the issue and came down firmly on the side of the patriots who want to protect their right to own firearms. This includes semi-automatic rifles, which are not ‘assault weapons’ as the Democrats claim.

Trump tweeted, “Your 2nd Amendment is under very serious attack in the Great Commonwealth of Virginia. That’s what happens when you vote for Democrats; they will take your guns away. Republicans will win Virginia in 2020. Thank you, Dems!”

Perhaps the Democrats want to spark a Civil War in the hopes that public opinion will turn against the president. They are playing with fire. When tyrants create laws to remove our rights, it’s time to remove the tyrants.

Beware Virginia – A Remarkable Confluence of Events…

There is a remarkable confluence of data-points surrounding a second amendment rally in Virginia this holiday weekend that bear a strong note of caution.  Something akin to an astroturf event appears in the background.  ♦ Data-points:

♦ Billionaire Michael Bloomberg is running for President.  Bloomberg has funded the majority of Virginia anti-gun legislators who are now proposing considerable restrictions on lawful gun ownership in the commonwealth.

♦ It is also worth noting in the wake of the astro-turfed Charlottesville narrative, the professional political messaging of the Democrat apparatus, via Joe Biden, proclaimed in April 2019 that Charlottesville represented “the battle for the soul of this nation.”

If there is one consistent aspect to DNC activists (Occupy Wall Street, Antifa etc.), it’s that they use the same playbook.

♦ Provoking civil unrest to achieve political objectives is a well known strategy of the Alinsky wing of the apparatus.  ie. “never let a crisis go to waste”; and they are very good at creating the appearance of an organic crisis.  It’s usually in hindsight when the astroturf originating the crisis is identified.

The reason the Antifa mob was able to attack the peaceful marchers was ONLY because the Charlottesville Police were ordered to stand down by the far-left Democratic Mayor and Governor (link)

As it was noted in the Charlottesville example, the authorities in Virginia purposefully funneled two activist groups together to create the conflict and crisis (‘Unite the Right’ and Antifa).  Consider the possibility of the same play-book being deployed this weekend for the second amendment rally at the Virginia capitol.

Situational Awarness – Take a look at how the authorities in Virginia have literally used chain link fences to fenced-in the current demonstration venue.  One entrance, few exits:

♦ Also, keep in mind how the national media are framing this: “Virginia has become Ground Zero in the nation’s raging debate over gun control.”

Just as the national media did with the “far-right” -vs- “Antifa” for the Charlottesville example, there is a much larger national narrative overlay being deployed.

♦ Also as noted in 2017, getting President Trump involved in the controversy is a way to keep the story on a national scale and politicize the crisis.  This is a presidential election year, and Democrats are attempting to converge a multitude of social issues for maximum electoral benefit.

♦ VA is an easy and convenient state for political narrative engineering.  The geography of Northern Virginia to DC planning headquarters; in combination with a massive media apparatus in close proximity; has made many Virginia events become national stories.

♦ Establish the narrative to be engineered by the Astroturf:

[…]  Virginia’s solicitor general, Toby Heytens, told Richmond Circuit Court Judge Joi Taylor on Thursday that law enforcement had identified “credible evidence” that armed out-of-state groups planned to come to Virginia with the possible intention of participating in a “violent insurrection.” (link)

♦ Identify who in the Trump orbit is telling POTUS to keep tweeting about the Virginia event, (yesterday and today) and there’s a strong possibility that person is a Judas Goat.

♦ President Trump is being drawn into the engineering.

♦ Former Robert Mueller special counsel lead FBI investigative supervisory special agent David Archey; a man who had to know -by design of the investigation itself- that the FBI was being used for a corrupt political operation; is now the head of the FBI field office in Richmond, Virginia.

A remarkable confluence of events.

Something is going to take place.

What that ‘something’ might be is yet unknown.

However, whatever it is, President Trump is unfortunately now attached to it.

Dangerous Communists Loud-Mouths!


The Democrat Party is A Clear and Present Danger to our Nation

I watched the latest Democratic debate with a bit of weariness. I knew what they were going to say in advance and they all said it. Each of them suffered from Trump Derangement Syndrome—even Amy Klobuchar, who is due back at the Senate for the impeachment trial—and her mind is already made up. They all think the president is a danger to the country. 

Democrat’s Always Project- James Carville appeared on MSNBC’s Hardball and stated:

“Trumpism is the greatest threat this country has faced since the fall of communism” and Republicans cannot ever be trusted to “save the United States.”

If you replace Trumpism with the Democrat party, Carville gets it right.

The 2020 Democrats all agree on the climate change narrative. Even the so-called ‘moderate,’ Joe Biden, favors the Green New Deal. Shutting down the fossil fuel industries would cost hundreds of thousands of blue collar jobs. The same blue collar workers that Joe claims love and support him. A total restructuring of the nation’s economy doesn’t sound moderate to me, but apparently the left is the new moderate in the Democrat Party.

On the far left we have the shrill Elizabeth Warren (aka Pocahontas) who wants free health care and higher wages for all, free college, free day care and prescription medicines and oh—she wants to lower our national debt while doing it.

The old communist Bernie Sanders brings up the far, far left. He might call what he’s pushing ‘Democratic Socialism,’ but his goal has always remained the same. Everything will be free and everything will belong to a gigantic government with a labyrinth of bureaus and ministries, which he and his comrades would control. This is of course a recipe for disaster. If people get free stuff regardless of how hard they might work, well, eventually they’ll stop working hard. To make people work harder, communist governments often resort to force. Stalin used fear, gulags, and executions. Regardless, in his quest for equality, Bernie would make sure everyone is equally poor.

The crazy commie admired the old Soviet Union, Castro, and supported the Sandinistas in Nicaragua. Some of his staffers even think gulags and reeducation camps will be good for Trump supporters. A failed carpenter in his younger days, Bernie worked hard only at running his mouth. Now he leads the field going into the Iowa caucuses early next month. The lure of free stuff remains strong among the ignorant. Someone needs to remind them that nothing is free and freedom must be fought for.

I will fight against Bernie with cartoons. He is a true danger to the country.

The Megan Show!


TIME TO WALK THE DOG! 

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have been in the news cycle for a couple days. There’s nothing that the Fake News media loves more (besides impeachment) than a good Royal Family Feud with or without Richard Dawson.

Seems Megham has big plans for her Royal pet which includes moving to Canada.

The Queen was displeased with the antics and watching her grandson become more and more emasculated by the day at the hands of MM.  Her majesty kept a stiff upper lip and wished them well as the couple decided to ditch the public funded Royal life for a more “independent” existence, stepping down as “Senior Royals”.

There’s more to this than a young couple wanting a different life…  reportedly MM and Woof Woof are staying at the home of a billionaire friend of Bill Clinton. Meghan is being groomed and advised by the Obamas. MM has dollar signs in her eyes and snakes in her heart. Harry is just clueless and is being lead around by the nose by his wife.

The Queen knows what’s going on. She is a survivor and will carry on through this princess’s tantrum.

Harry however has made a fool of himself and his manhood.

US Banks v Foreign Branches of US Banks

QUESTION: Marty, finally we decided to open a bank account in the USA which is not part of the CRS. But now we do not know which US-bank is safe enough and where to go! You mentioned that Goldmann Sachs, Citigroup, Morgan Stanley, Bank of America and JP Morgan Chase have derivative exposure linked back to Deutsche Bank. So those banks are not safe enough. The can fail in a contagion. You said also that Wells Fargo has the least derivative exposure.

In another article you said that the BANK of NEW YORK would be good as a custodian. Would the Bank of New York be safe enough in a contagion? The Bank of New York has a branch in Frankfurt. Could we open an USD-account in Frankfurt and still be outside the CRS? Or would this be a major fault.

Would you please give us a hint how to proceed as this choice is way over our head. Which bank is safe and outside of the CRS at the same time.

ANSWER: Wells Fargo is a bank that is perhaps more accessible. Bank of New York has a big custodian business. Wells Fargo does not have offices outside of the US that provide services to retail or small business customers. Remember that any branches of US banks outside the United States are not part of the Fed system and are not FDIC insured. If you want a retail type of arrangement then Wells Fargo may be better. Bank of America has probably the best facilities for wiring money internationally online.

If you are dealing with a US branch of any bank, it must be FDIC insured and that is per person, not per account or banks. You do not want any account with a US bank’s branch outside the USA for they would be under the control of the local central bank.
