Shelter costs have continued to rise in the US. Recent data provided by Redfin shows that the national average increased by 11% YoY this August. Costs are expected to decline as people simply cannot afford to pay more. Additionally, the supply is expected to increase as there are around a million rental units under construction. Yet, construction has been slow due to supply chain shortages mixed and inflation.
Some areas experienced a larger increase in rental costs. Cincinnati, Ohio, saw prices rise by 26%; Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, rose 22%; Indianapolis, Indiana, rose 21%; Nashville, Tennessee, rose 20%. Rental pricing in areas of New York and New Jersey saw 18% increases.
Not all finger-pointing can go to the landlords as they are struggling to survive this inflation too. Maintenance and utilities have gone up in price. Property taxes continue to increase, as does insurance. The increased value of properties has become a double-edged sword for many landlords. Landlords lost money during the rent and eviction moratoriums and are making up for it now. So many tenants fled and never paid back rent. The government created this problem.
Countless landlords are turning to Air B&B and other short-term ventures. Landlords are forced to raise prices to make a profit, but at any moment, the government can put another moratorium in place and leave landlords high and dry. The government must address outrageous property taxes and encourage, if not incentivize, builders. If costs continue to rise, then we will see a rise in homelessness across the nation as the average person can no longer afford shelter.
Canada is finally ending the absurd COVID vaccine mandates. No, Trudeau did not come to his senses. The truth of the matter is that the majority of people dying from COVID are the triple and quadruple vaccinated. In fact, they account for 90% of COVID-related deaths in the past three months.
There is true mass psychosis surrounding the vaccination. It does not prevent transmission or infection. Despite that being a known fact, politicians are eager to promote the vaccine, along with the media that continues to push boosters on every platform available. People are bringing their babies and elderly loved ones to get the latest vaccine with lines out the door. What happens now when the mask falls and people realize the truth? There are people crying online that it is “too soon” to remove the vaccine requirement. It is cognitive dissonance. They cannot allow their brains to process that they were lied to for years. The vaccine only weakened people’s immune systems and made them more susceptible to COVID.
IT WAS NEVER SAFE AND EFFECTIVE.
I congratulate the Canadian Truck Convoy and all others who risked their liberty and lives to protest this false narrative. The silent majority has won, but at what cost? Countless lives were destroyed over this mandate. People lost their livelihoods and homes. Some who I personally know were forced to flee Canada as they were not willing to risk their health. Businesses were ruined. Families were separated as the demonized unvaccinated could not even enter Canada. Lives were completely uprooted due to this vaccine mandate imposed by the Trudeau Administration.
And now they want to pretend everything is ok and sweep it all under the rug. No. We should remember what Trudeau and the globalists did to the people. The unvaccinated were gas lighted and banished from society for years. The people were threatened in every way possible until they agreed to submit to the government’s order. We now see how much control the government has over the people. Public confidence will never be the same.

Biden/Harris admin paint a rosy picture of a rebounding economy, secure borders, and freedom. But Americans live in the real world: struggling with inflation and basic needs. Soldiers going on food stamps. Historic illegal immigration. People unsafe in their own community. This is the real America those in power created.
New York State Supreme Court Judge Lyle Frank ruled that it was unconstitutional to fire police officers for refusing the COVID vaccine. The Police Benevolent Association (PBA) sued the state of New York and won – all police officers who were fired for refusing the vaccine will be rehired.
The PBA represents 50,000 retired and active police officers in the NYPD. Disgraced former mayor Bill de Blasio imposed the vaccine mandate at a time when 68% of the force was unvaccinated. Mayor Eric Adams was no better as he fired nearly 1,500 city workers over failure to comply. That includes workers in short supply such as school teachers. Adams intends to keep the requirement in place for public workers, but organizations are fighting back.
“This decision confirms what we have said from the start: the vaccine mandate was an improper infringement on our members’ right to make personal medical decisions in consultation with their own health care professionals,” PBA President Patrick Lynch said in a statement. “We will continue to fight to protect those rights.” Others now want the same protections. “It’s a double standard to not apply the same to our cops, firefighters, teachers and sanitation workers,” Republican Rep. Nicole Malliotakis stated, citing that Biden himself said the pandemic was over.
Private sector employees in New York are free from vaccine mandates. Children may now attend school without the useless vaccine. It is only a matter of time before the public sector follows as the government has milked the COVID cow dry.
The left is so afraid of a red wave this November that they will do anything to allow illegals to vote. California’s Gavin Newsom, who admitted his party is “getting crushed,” signed into law an act that will permit illegal immigrants to obtain an official government-issued ID. “We’re a state of refuge – a majority-minority state, where 27 percent of us are immigrants,” Newsom said after signing the legislation. “That’s why I’m proud to announce the signing of today’s bills to further support our immigrant community, which makes our state stronger every single day.”
“I mean, if we are going to be realistic, they pay you to be homeless here.”
In addition to providing illegals with government IDs, Newsom is campaigning for votes in other states. His campaign has placed billboards in seven states, urging women to move to California where abortion is legal (a bit odd since women do not exist in woke America). Newsom placed billboard and newspaper ads across Texas to criticize the state’s gun laws, claiming California is so much safer. He has even run commercials in Florida to beg people to move to California.
Newsflash: people live in other states because they do not want government tyranny and sky-high taxes. Democrats love saying that “Democracy is under attack” while threatening to remove our freedoms. The exodus from California continues as civilians and businesses can no longer handle living under Newsom.
The Italian people have voted for a conservative prime minister, and the globalists are panicking. Giorgia Meloni has long been skeptical about Italy’s place in the EU, COVID laws, illegal immigration, and woke culture. Despite sixty-three percent voting in her favor, the liberal media is up in arms. CNN dubbed her “the most far-right government since the fascist era of Benito Mussolini.”
One would think that the left would celebrate Italy’s first female PM. “I am Giorgia. I’m a woman, I’m a mother, I’m Italian, I’m Christian,” she stated in 2019 during a campaign that came under harsh criticism. Only in today’s modern age could someone be condemned for stating such basic facts. Meloni is fighting to uphold traditional Italian values rather than submitting to the globalist agenda of abandoning ethics for the new world order.
“Our main enemy today is the globalist drift of those who view identity and all its forms to be an evil to overcome. And constantly ask to shift real power away from the people to supernational entities headed by supposedly enlightened elites,” the newly-appointed PM stated. Countless Italians are tired of being under the control of the EU and submitting to a lifestyle that goes against their culture.
A video surfaced days before Meloni’s victory of a mob removing the EU flag in Rome and replacing it with the Italian flag. There is something to be said about wanting to preserve your culture. Nigel Farage touched on the topic during our 2019 World Economic Conference in Rome, where he pointed out that Italy’s Catholic roots were being targeted as the globalists feel they have the authority to tell the people how to live. Italy’s conversion from the lira to the euro pushed the nation into deeper debt as Brussels took advantage of the southern nations. Its location has attracted masses of illegal immigrants who no one will house and has caused a clash of cultures.
This is part of a bigger trend of people straying from what the mainstream media wants them to believe. There is a reason why the only people who have congratulated her in the political world are considered far-right extremists. People want to preserve their culture and can only do so by casting out those submitting to the globalist agenda.
I find it unbelievable that the corrupt media is calling her a fascist. They do not even understand what the word means: i.e. “centralized autocratic government headed by a dictatorial leader, severe economic and social regimentation, and forcible suppression of opposition.” They were calling Trump a fascist which would mean he was surrendering his own company to authoritarian government control. Not even Trump would be that stupid.
Anyone who is not WOKE, living in fear of climate change, and agrees with a one-world government with the UN as the leader, is now a fascist. I think they are looking in the mirror and describing themselves.
One of the reasons why the US dollar remains the reserve currency is because it has NEVER been canceled. Europe routinely cancels coins and banknotes to prevent people from hiding cash. British is canceling the outstanding old paper banknotes of the 20 and 50-pound notes. They did issue polymer notes which are still valid – for now. This is how Europe will also force Digital Currency by eventually canceling all paper money forcing the underground economy to seek other methods.

REPLY: The problem with most people forecasting is they do it as “I think” and then try to pound their chest as if their reasoning is better than someone else. People try to criticize me when they disagree with what they assume is my personal “reasoning” when in fact I have said many times, Socrates has taught me, as well as all my clients worldwide.
You cannot forecast such things from a personal opinion perspective. It also requires centuries of data. Most people have no idea that the British Pound had ever reached $9.97 in 1864. The collapse of the British pound itself still going into 2026/2027. It’s like the gods are selecting the worst possible world leaders in human history.
Once the pound broke the uptrend line, even technically it was in trouble. Then the support was at 129 & 127. When that gave way, the free-fall began. Technically, the real support begins at the 89 level. This is not over. We will not see a straight decline into 2026/2027, but that is where this is headed. The ideal support will be at the 72 to 76 level by then. Breaking the 1985 low of $1.03 will then point to the 89 area.
Keep in mind, that all roads lead to the dollar because of the geopolitical mess world leaders have created in Ukraine, and even in Taiwan. They either want war or are living a dream and expect that Russia and China are afraid of the West and somehow they are all-powerful. There are no peacemakers anywhere! People who try to argue against me with their personal reasoning are fools. This is not me and my personal opinion. Nobody has ever beaten Socrates – and that includes me.
Schwab’s NWO will fail as did Marx. However, these people “think” that they can hide their sovereign default with war and win against both China and Russia to create this global one-world economy. There is no way this will work and the climate zealots are insane. They think that they can end fossil fuels and then come up with alternatives. They know damn well that what they are doing will cause the death of millions worldwide. They also want to reduce the population.
In the process, the rise in the dollar will kill US exports and start the economic decline in the USA as the rise in the dollar also did during the Great Depression. This will create deflation and the rising interest rates may make some people think that the Fed is achieving its goal, but we have also shortages which are the opposite of the Great Depression.
It was the sharp rise in the dollar that led to Protectionism because the politicians did not understand what was taking place. This rise in the dollar was also the reason Roosevelt confiscated gold and raise its value from $20 to $35 to devalue the dollar.
Thereafter, the US had a two-tier monetary system. Gold for international transactions and silver domestically precisely as what took place back in Florence under the Medicis.
