Philadelphia Returns to Mandatory Indoor Mask Mandate Starting April 18

Anthony Fauci gave a warning yesterday that this was going to be the future for all of the United States.

Just in time for the Pennsylvania primary election (May 17th), Philadelphia returns to a mandatory mask mandate.  According to Philadelphia officials, effective April 18th masks “will be required in all indoor public spaces, including schools and childcare settings, businesses, restaurants, and government buildings.”

(ABC Philadelphia) – Philadelphia has become the first major U.S. city to reinstate its indoor mask mandate, following an increase in COVID-19 infections, in recent weeks.

Beginning April 18, masks will be required in all indoor public spaces, including schools, child care settings, businesses, restaurants and government buildings.

“I sincerely wish we didn’t have to do this again. I wish this pandemic was over just as much as any of you, but I am very worried about our vulnerable neighbors and loved ones. My hope that our actions today will slow the spread of COVID and help us avoid seeing our ERs, once again, gets so crowded, that people can’t get timely care when they need it,” Health Commissioner Cheryl Bettigole said during a press conference on Monday. True the Vote, Catherine Engelbrecht and Gregg Phillips, Outline Details of 2020 Ballot Harvesting Process

Catherine Engelbrecht and Gregg Phillips from ‘True the Vote’, sat down with Charlie Kirk for a lengthy interview and discussion about the 2020 ballot harvesting process that took place in multiple states.  {Direct Rumble Link Here}

True the Vote worked through a painstakingly massive data file (2 petabytes) of cell phone use to identify “ballot mules,” people who were paid by political activist groups to gather massive numbers of mail-in ballots, take them to a central facility and then drop them off in various ballot collection boxes in specific states, specific counties and approximately 71 specific precincts.  The trackable cell phone data was then matched with CCTV records to identify and document the ballot harvesting activity that took place.

The results of the data were shared with various public officers, state and federal law enforcement in an effort to document the potentially unlawful activity.  Unfortunately, the political clubs (RNC and DNC) have largely ignored the story and avoided participating in any process that would use the information to bolster security efforts for the 2022 election.  It’s a lengthy discussion with detail, but well worth the time.  WATCH:

Take out your cell phone. Go to where you would make a call.  Type in *#06# and watch what happens.  That’s the individual cell phone data, the tracking information, that was purchased and utilized by True the Vote to create the mapping of activity.  A fascinating interview.

Another interesting aspect within the interview is the strong likelihood that after the 2020 election, federal law enforcement went through the work of obtaining cell phone tracking data of Trump supporters, then set up an electronic perimeter, a real time surveillance and monitoring system for the January 6th DC protest.  Any pre-selected cell phone that tripped the created electronic fence, would then ping the feds.  The cell phone would be matched to the physical identity of the owner, and that explains the speed of the feds to identify their J6 targets.

ANSWER: It is a joke. Biden ruled out everyone other than a black woman, which is in itself racist. This is all propaganda. In NYC, I have watched judges. A black judge will typically impose a harder sentence on someone who is black because they view that they have suffered prejudice because of them and the criminal can never claim racism. I saw a Jewish guy sentenced to an extra two years because the Jewish Judge went to the same school that he disgraced. I saw a black defendant who thought he would be treated fairly because he had an all-black jury. They found him guilty of everything because they do not like the young blacks shooting up their neighborhoods. I seriously doubt Justice Thomas would rule in favor of a black man simply because he was black.

To think that putting a black woman on the court will somehow support black women is just absurd. As I have stated before, just because a Republican president appoints a justice does NOT mean they will always rule in favor of Republicans. Justices do not always vote on Party Lines.

Roberts v Scalia

King v. Burwell upholding Obamacare was a political decision, not law, and it revealed the stark difference between Chief Justice Roberts, appointed by a Republican, and Justice Scalia, who was also appointed by a Republican.

It was Justice Scalia who spoke the truth. He wrote about Roberts’ decisions:

“… this Court’s two decisions on the Act will surely be remembered through the years. The somersaults of statutory interpretation they have performed (‘penalty’ means tax, ‘further [Medicaid] payments to the State’ means only incremental Medicaid payments to the State, ‘established by the State’ means not established by the State) will be cited by litigants endlessly, to the confusion of honest jurisprudence. And the cases will publish forever the discouraging truth that the Supreme Court of the United States favors some laws over others, and is prepared to do whatever it takes to uphold and assist its favorites.”

This is what Biden is shooting for. Not the rule of law, but twisting the Constitution to achieve his progressive agenda to turn the Constitution inside out. This is when we really need Will Smith to slap people in the face to wake up in Washington as they keep moving to destroy everything that made America great. There is now absolutely NO guarantee of how Justice Jackson will rule. I did find it disturbing for her to say she could not define “woman.” If we cannot define that, then can a guy go into the lady’s room and look at girls in there, claiming he identifies as a woman? Where does this ever end? What’s next? A pedophile can claim he identified as a child and was just playing doctor? There are basic norms that have always existed in society and I fear they are going out the window with the baby and the bathwater. I hope she does not rule with this inanity.

Two Not Guilty Verdicts and Two Jury Deadlocked Outcomes in Trial of Four Men Accused of Gretchen Whitmer Kidnapping Plot

While we have not followed the case as closely as some, the original framework of the federal case against men accused in the kidnapping plot of Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer seemed seriously sketchy from the outset.  When it was revealed that twelve FBI operatives were involved in the plot {LINK}, well, it looked like a classic entrapment case.

Six total suspects were arrested of the group of 18 total plotters.  Twelve of the eighteen were feds.  Two men took a plea deal for lesser charges leaving four men to stand trial.

After four weeks of testimony, the jury was given the ability to consider an entrapment defense. Four days of deliberations have resulted in a not guilty verdict for two of the suspects and a hung jury on two more.

MICHIGAN – A federal jury didn’t find four men suspected of conspiring to kidnap Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer guilty Friday.  

Brandon Caserta, 34, of Canton, and Daniel Harris, 24, of Lake Orion, were found not guilty of conspiring to kidnap, a potential life offense.  The jury was hung on conspiracy charges against Barry Croft Jr., 46, of Bear, Delaware, Adam Fox, 38, of Wyoming. 

Harris and Caserta were additionally found not guilty on additional weapons charges and will be released from detention. […] The U.S. Attorney’s Office could retry Fox and Croft, who remain jailed, on their unresolved counts. (more)

(AmGreatness) – […] A roster of FBI agents and experts took the stand during the three-week trial, which was temporarily delayed due to one participant’s COVID diagnosis; Dan Chappel, the lead informant and government’s star witness known as “Big Dan,” explained how he brought the makeshift group of alleged “militia” members together after he was hired by the FBI in March 2020. Chappel created encrypted chat groups and organized excursions for field training and surveillance of Whitmer’s cottage. (He, along with other FBI informants, posed as leaders of two “militia” groups, at least one of which was created by the FBI.)

For his work over a six-month period, Chappel, a truck driver for a U.S. Postal Service subcontractor, was compensated at least $60,000 by the FBI in cash and gifts such as a new laptop, tires, and a smart watch.

Prosecutors mostly relied on conversations secretly recorded by FBI assets as evidence of wrongdoing; two men charged in the same indictment had pleaded guilty and testified for the government in exchange for lighter prison sentences. (read more)

Ken Bensinger, from Buzzfeed News, covered the trial extensively, and he has a lengthy outline showing just how sketchy the case was; including the extreme lengths the federal prosecutors took to stop the defense from presenting the most damning evidence of the federal involvement [SEE HERE].

(BUZZFEED) – Despite the government’s extraordinary efforts to muzzle the defense, a jury in Grand Rapids federal court on Friday acquitted two men on charges including conspiring to kidnap Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer. The jury was unable to reach a verdict on the other two who had been charged.

As a result, Daniel Harris and Brandon Caserta are now free men, while Adam Fox and Barry Croft return to jail and await a decision by the Justice Department on whether to try them a second time.

The outcome of the trial is a stunning rebuke to the prosecution, which at times appeared to view the case — one of the most prominent domestic terror investigations in a generation — as a slam dunk. The split verdict calls into question the Justice Department’s strategy, and beyond that, its entire approach to combating domestic extremism. Defense attorneys in the case, along with observers from across the political spectrum, have argued the FBI’s efforts to make the case, which involved at least a dozen confidential informants, went beyond legitimate law enforcement and into outright entrapment.

It may also leave the two defendants who chose to plead guilty and testify for the government, Ty Garbin and Kaleb Franks, wondering whether they made the right choice. (read more)

From the outset in October 2020, everything around the “plot to kidnap” Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer seemed sketchy, almost silly.   The goofy similarities and suspicions were familiar to those who remembered the sketchy October 2018 “mail bombing plot” that involved Cesar Sayoc.

It just didn’t seem coincidental that both 2018 and 2020 FBI exploits involved weird frameworks, odd suspects and obviously both operations just happened to culminate in October of an election year… Surprise!

Add to that suspicion all that was known about the FBI’s intense political motivations found in their activities over the past several years, including the sketchy attempt to frame candidate Donald Trump for a vast Russian election conspiracy, coordinated with the opposing candidate, Hillary Clinton, and well, suspicious cats were increasingly suspicious of the FBI engineered mess.

By the time FBI Director Chris Wray was questioned about the content of Sayoc’s Acme “mail bombs”, and he said they were comprised of: “energetic material that can become combustible when subjected to heat or friction,” yes, it could have been anything from matchsticks to coffee cream, well, eyes were rolling.  When the DOJ then sealed the evidence against Sayoc and all court documents behind the shroud of super-duper national security secrecy, the FBI political motives again seemed transparent.

That’s the backdrop two years later for the FBI’s vast Michigan militia plot to kidnap Whitmer…. and the side-eye from anyone who has ever paid attention to these matters.  Apparently, the results of the jury deliberations highlight the same likely federal intentions.

Yes, we live in rather remarkable times.

In a stunningly convenient announcement, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has tested positive for COVID-19, thereby postponing her trip to Taiwan after China threatened retaliation for trying to turn Taiwan into the next Ukraine. Pelosi’s top staffer just tweeted that his lord and master, Pelosi, who is fully vaccinated and boosted, is asymptomatic and quarantining, chief of staff Drew Hammill tweeted. This is just absolutely incredible timing to come up with the excuse to back out of Taiwan, trying to make it seem that this has NOTHING to do with China’s warning.

China has bluntly warned that it would take strong measures if U.S. House of Representatives Speaker Nancy Pelosi visited Taiwan. They have warned that such a visit would severely impact Chinese-U.S. relations. There is a strategy here to undermine BOTH Russia and China. Their three obstacles were Trump, Putin, and Xi. Trump was removed and now they are turning to Russia and China. They need to conquer both to reach their goal of a New World Order which they have boldly put forth at the 2022 World Government Summit.

Let me make this VERY clear. The Western Keynesian Economic Model is collapsing. Schwab’s claim that “You’ll own nothing. And you’ll be happy” is not a communist sales pitch. It is far more serious than that. Because the European Central Bank moved to negative interest rates back in 2014 and there has been NO stimulation ever achieved, they have kept European governments on life-support and wiped out all the pension funds that by law had to hold a portion of government bonds.

Governments will have NO choice but to default but if they do so, millions will be storming their castles with pitchforks. Schwab is pulling the LIFE Insurance scam. They sell fire insurance, accident insurance, flood insurance, and earthquake insurance, but they could not sell DEATH insurance so they then called it LIFE instead.  Schwab is clever in saying we will eliminate all your debt makes it sound they are doing this for you when in fact they need to default.

These people are manufacturing WAR for two purposes: (1) they need war to impose more restrictions from digital currencies to IDs claiming vaccines, and (2) they actually think they can force Russia and China to comply with their Great Reset including climate change if not surrender sovereignty to the United Nations.

Let us make no mistake here, the Neocons have laid out the plan of using Ukraine to poke the Bear for two reasons. First, they really do think they can conquer Russia and they know that Putin is NOT the madman and is far more reasonable. They are counting on that assuming he will NOT turn to nuclear weapons and they will take over Russia and then turn on China. Second, this is also about ending energy flowing from Russia to Europe for the pipelines flow through Ukraine.

At the Dubai 2022 World Government Summit, they included a panel discussion that included what energy would look like POST-Ukraine Crisis. They also had a panel entitled: Is the World Ready for a Future Beyond Oil? This is all intentional and we must understand that they are manufacturing war and this is all about creating the vision of a New World Order and they really do want to push the world into chaos. The plan is that then the United Nations will appear to be the Great Peace Maker to save humanity. But the herd is culled, tagged, and controlled. We all have our digital IDs, and there is no currency other than a government-controlled digital currency so they can eliminate all crime and any underground economy.

So while Biden is screaming this is a battle between Democracy & Authoritarianism, again it is propaganda for the end goal here is to eliminate our right to vote because they see us as TOO stupid to vote. The fact this is all bullshit since there is no democracy – we all live in a Republic with no right to vote on anything other than a person pretending to represent the people. This New World Order will eliminate any pretense of Democracy and we will not even have Constitutional Rights. War is needed to end our forms of human rights and Germany is about to pass MANDATORY vaccines for anyone 60 or older or you will be starved to death unable to ever leave your home – just die thank you!

So now Pelosi was to go to Taiwan and stir up revolution as John McCain did in Ukraine promising America stands behind them. She was to deliver the same speech that Americans will defend Taiwan against China. They want another Proxy War to start now against China as Pelosi is crossing into the camp of Neocons like Hillary.

Primary Witness to Material Within Hunter Biden Laptop Says Active Two-Star General Has Warned Him About Pending U.S. Government Retaliation

Emerald Robinson has a great interview with Jack Maxey from Switzerland. Maxey was the first person to receive a full hard drive copy of the Hunter Biden laptop from Rudy Guliani. After media, Senate and U.S. government officials refused to take action, Maxey went to Switzerland in order to complete a full forensic audit of the laptop content in a neutral jurisdiction. {Background}

Previously, Maxey outlined [Daily Mail article and Video Here] his intent to share the full contents of the original files, and all of the retrieved deleted files, with the public so that people can see the scale of depravity and Biden family corruption within the evidence.  In this interview with Emerald Robinson, Maxey states the full and searchable email archive will likely be completed early next week.

Additionally, in this interview Maxey goes into greater detail about the larger issues surrounding impediments to the release of information, including how the laptop contained access certificates to enter the Defense Department database.   Maxey tried to get the DoD to address the issue without success, until he found a direct conduit to a two-star general who took the certificate codes, deactivated the access and thanked him for his diligence.

Unfortunately, that same general then told Maxey he needed to focus on securing the safety of himself and his family, as the full weight of the U.S. interests, including the intelligence apparatus and defense apparatus, will likely target him.  Emerald Robinson does a good interview.

Kamala Harris Reacts to Senate Confirmation of Judge Ketanji Brown-Jackson As Supreme Court Justice

Ketanji Brown-Jackson was always going to be installed in the supreme court as part of the overall Obama team’s use of Joe Biden.  Merrick Garland was removed from his position specifically to create the path for KBJ to travel.  Everything about this was planned well in advance of Biden’s installation.  KBJ is to the judicial branch what BHO was/is to the executive branch.

The same motives and intentions were true for the Obama crew selecting Kamala Harris to be Joe Biden’s vice-president.  Harris represents the least qualified person in office and her ineptitude is a specific reason she was selected.  Harris’s inability is the shield that protects Biden from Republican efforts to remove him.  This too is part of the design.

Today the least qualified person ever to hold the VP position, gives her opinion on the most radically qualified Alinsky ideologue ever to reach the Supreme Court.  Eloquence is not her forte’. WATCH:

Folks, the need for control is a reaction to fear.  The people in “fly over” country have joined with the coastal working class.  People are furious right now, from the guy that guides hunters, to the truck drivers, hammer swingers, mayors of towns and cities, and even state senators, legislatures and newly awakened citizens who are demanding action against this leftist onslaught.

The political pendulum has never, in the history of humanity, stayed on one side of a swing. The back lash from overreach has always been proportionate to how far off center it went before coming back … and right now we’re staring at a whole hell of a lot of the country (about 80-90% of the land mass, as well as about 70% of the population) that is fed up.  DC knows they are in a tenuous place, and they do not want that assembly deciding the only way to fix it is to burn it down and start over.  They are doing everything in their power, and beyond, to control and avoid it.
