Remember when the biggest problem we had was the coronavirus? Now America is on fire. Shop and bank windows are getting beaten in. Cars and trucks are tipped over, people are hurt and killed – you name it. All because a bunch of slobs have been convinced they are authentic ‘protesters.’ But they aren’t protesters. They are simply more anarchist ‘shoppers’ with no money carrying sledgehammers. Some are young adventure-hunters who don’t have a nodding acquaintance with any righteous cause. Others are paid to disrupt our country and have no real connection to the act they are allegedly protesting.

Now everything is more out of control than America has ever seen

I was amazed as the virus kept spreading, and nobody much called upon God. A lot of the Christian church was entering into scientific debates with nonbelievers. The rest of the Christian church seemed to be looking to politics to clean everything up. And just as that mess was beginning to look like it might stabilize, some evil demon dressed in a uniform satisfied his twisted anger on a defenseless black man. He had no idea what would ensue. Yet the devil who egged him on knew precisely how strategically this insanity would work in his favor.

Now everything is more out of control than America has ever seen. Don’t try to compare this mess with King’s march from Selma to Montgomery in ‘65, or even when Obama flexed his mob’s muscle in Charlottesville, right after Trump won. It was such a shuck when AG Lynch stepped to her microphone and applauded the Charlottesville debacle as “Americans peacefully exercising their First Amendment rights.” And nobody got it. That was just hours away from the Super Bowl where our black president applauded scantily clad, ‘New Black Panther’- uniformed babes shaking their booties to hot rock. And that was the best our nation could do under his leadership—more senseless trendy conformity.

Now a lot of American cities are being flipped upside down. Most country towns (I am in one of them) have had pitiful little handfuls of ‘protesters’ standing on corners holding up signs and joining in the ‘big city’ festivities. All this nonsense is just as ridiculous as when ‘Billy the Kid’ (Dennis Hopper) said to his buddy, ‘Captain America’ (Peter Fonda) in the now freeze-dried movie, “Easy Rider”—“World aglow, man! World aglow!”

He was on acid at the time. And most all of us kids—we called ourselves ‘hippies’, back in 1969 when that came out—left the theater to go home to a sweet little house our parents had secured for us to grow up in. I had an apartment that could not be beat. I had a job, so I could afford that. And the following morning we all woke up and went back to our lives as usual. Eventually, we got married, had our own kids, and so on. And while we hippies were chasing sex, peace and street pharmaceuticals combined with rock concerts, budding monsters like Hillary Clinton and, later, Barack Obama, were silently looking on and saying to themselves “They’re losing their minds! And I can USE all this!”

It is real easy to see that—in all the mobs of what the media is calling ‘protesters,’ there is not a shred of authenticity in these crews of fist-swinging ‘shoppers’ who are simply stealing from America. And the celebrities and politicians who are lending their support are merely, once again, riding whatever momentum they can find in the fray.

Okay, so 2016 gave us a president who (if people would open their eyes and notice) the ‘big six’ network news media along with the ultra-money entertainment empire are out to kill. If we owe ‘reparations’ to anyone, it is to our President Trump who has had his entire time in office hamstrung by a bunch of liars with cameras representing a completely entrenched and working worldwide ‘voice’. But you can’t blame anyone but us baby boomers who (present company excluded) allowed a television set to raise their children. And now their children’s children, who were weaned on the likes of HBO, Cinemax, alleged ‘Adult’ viewing, and bedtime stories by Howard Stern as parents were still out partying. So today, the surviving George Bush proudly strides and smiles warmly with the rest of his powerful, like-minded friends who see people as nothing more than numbers in a tumultuous sea of human backs they can ride upon in achieving their dreams. Dummies. Not a legitimate protester in the bunch.

Obama became our first black president, simply because he was black. He was barely qualified to deliver pizza. Nevertheless,  somebody had groomed him for what he is today. And when you criticize anything about the man, you are now instantly labeled a ‘racist’. How stupid. But, get used to it. The once-crucial terms we toss around today have all been thoroughly redefined into nonsense. And the nonsense stands because a very real devil, through a warm television/Internet, has raised up a generation of morons who don’t see straight—even when it means gambling with a life-and-death matter like what we see evolving around us. I mean, everybody was decrying safe borders, until we discovered the worst sorts of diseases could come through those wide-open borders and, just as easily, also came members of drug cartels and criminals seeking new opportunities to grow their businesses in a ridiculously subsidized and law-protected environment.

Tonight I saw Justin Trudeau joining the protesters in criticizing the best president America has ever had. And doubtless he is doing that because his anarchist buddy, BH Obama, and his crew, are looking to drive a stake into the heart of limping America. He needs another cute face to help sell this emerging ‘democratic’ (leftist) takeover. The bottom line is that it is of course a stinking rotten shame that three or four worthless cop uniforms can kill an innocent, gentle black man. And the devil who had them do that knew that this current chaos would absolutely follow (providing the right lies were told and the tempers of a bunch of ignorant minds were stoked into flame just right). Silence and peace are the number one enemies of the devil who knows his time is short. And bloody chaos and fear are precisely the distraction he needs in order to allow evil to thoroughly take root and flourish in this, his last moments in time.

God managed to corner me on the campus of the University of Texas in 1974. I’d had a near death experience as a result of doing speed for a couple of years prior. I don’t know about other people, but it took death for me to process some serious questions and decisions about a future I suddenly realized was not guaranteed. After I had met the real, yet invisible, risen Lord Jesus Christ—-who, 2000 years earlier, gave us an aerial snapshot of all this mess (see Luke 21 and Matthew 24) I was taught about the reality of the spiritual world through an experience with a bona fide satanic cult.

A lot of social club churches have been plastering “2nd Chronicles 7:14” (dust off your Bible and learn how to use it) on their program covers. And we’ve definitely seen that verse in a few Christian magazines or in memes that Facebook will keep in front of their ‘religious crowd’. But the dying souls who are genuinely lost in the confusion going on around us now won’t pay any mind to the outstretched hands of God. And that’s because second-rate comedians and sold-out ‘scientists’ have helped to drive home the atheist Darwinian lie. And that’s been done well enough to ensure the absolute worst behavior of the several millions of us who no longer know anything about godly fear or how to think logically. Everything is done emotionally nowadays. And rule-keeping, taxpaying conservatives helplessly stand in awe. Our country is now being ripped apart by people who receive their training and orders from the droning trash dribbling out of televisions and computer-fed programming by demonic thieves.

Anybody truly want this stuff to stop? Get on your knees and cry out to Jesus for His help. Do you really want America set right side up again? Then prayerfully pry your lazy self out of your recliner, and get to the polls and vote for the people promoting what is right. This blip in time in which we, for a moment, exist will continue just long enough to get all the people who will, to come into the ‘ark’ of the risen Savior. You should not have to wind up in hell in order to know it is a real place. And the people who have convinced themselves that all people are ‘really good’, and that we should spend ourselves, our talents and our resources for the ‘betterment of our planet’? Well, get used to disappointment. We all should first worry about the wrong that’s in our own hearts. That’s what got us here today.

President Trump, The Real Comeback Kid

In the 1992 presidential campaign, candidate Bill Clinton referred to himself as the “comeback kid” after his second-place finish in the New Hampshire primary. Only a slick candidate with the skill of Bill Clinton would be able to turn a loss by 8% into a victory. However, his characterization, supported by the media, gave his campaign momentum and he eventually won the Democratic Party’s presidential nomination and the White House.

Global Pandemic, Economic Shutdown, Tragic Death of George Floyd, Riots across the country

In this campaign, the real “comeback kid” is President Donald Trump. Of course, unlike Clinton, he has had to endure five years of constant negative media coverage and unrelenting abuse from Democrats, the Deep State and anti-Trump elements in the Republican Party. This President never received a honeymoon and was subjected to the Russia hoax, the bogus Stormy Daniels investigation, a two-year Special Counsel witch hunt, the Ukraine hoax, a partisan impeachment process and constant leaks and backstabbing from enemies hiding in his own administration.

The past three months have been dreadful with a global pandemic, an economic shutdown, the tragic death of George Floyd and the resulting riots across the country. The best economy in the world quickly turned sour as the nationwide shutdown led to 42 million Americans filing for unemployment claims and the joblessness rate skyrocketing from 3.5% in February to 14.7% in April.

This week, the left-wing media has been focusing on anti-police protests across the country and highlighting the President’s so-called “dictatorial” actions. A new Fox News poll showed the President losing to former Vice President Joe Biden in three battleground states, while his overall approval rating had dropped to 40%, according to a new Reuters poll.

With a pandemic still concerning millions of Americans, Democrat Governors refusing to fully reopen states and a series of appalling riots across the country, most analysts like Democratic political consultant James Carville have been predicting a massive Biden victory in November. According to Carville, “If we go and take it to him and talk about what a massive fat figure he is, we can run away with this thing. The idea is not to defeat Trump, we have to defeat Trump-ism.”

As usual, the pundits have underestimated Donald Trump

Despite Biden’s horrific performance in recent interviews, his frequent gaffes and unsteady appearance, many Democrats are confident of an overwhelming victory in November. They believe that the poor economy, coupled with a health crisis, racial issues, police protests and unrelenting media criticism of the President will help them win in November against a candidate who cannot even unite his political party.

As usual, the pundits have underestimated Donald Trump. In 2015, so-called experts believed his candidacy was a joke and he would never be a serious candidate. In 2016, they first claimed he could never win any primaries and certainly not the nomination. When he became the GOP presidential candidate, the talking heads on television laughed about his chances to win against Hillary Clinton.

When he defied all of the experts and actually won an electoral vote landslide, his adversaries said he stole the election with “Russian interference” and attempts were made to influence the vote of the Electoral College to deny him the presidency. When his victory was confirmed, his opponents made it their mission to destroy him.

His presidency has been a constant battle from the first day. As we near another presidential election, the political left and their allies in the media have created tremendous instability in the country. With all the troubles throughout the nation, the President was seemingly in a precarious political position. Then, the May jobs report was published on Friday, and it was astonishing to say the least.

The wild card in this election will be the continued anti-police protests throughout the country

Instead of the unemployment rate increasing to almost 20%, as experts had predicted, it declined to 13.3%, with the addition of 2.5 million new jobs. Clearly, despite the warnings from health experts and the continued lockdown by Democratic Governors, the American people are ready, willing, and able to get back to work.

This economic boost will lead to more gains in the months ahead as the economy starts to fully reopen. The unemployment rate will continue to fall, and economic activity will continue to increase.

Today, the real “comeback kid” is President Trump, who is facing challenges experienced by no other political leader in American history. He has been discounted and underestimated since the start of his political career five years ago. However, with the pandemic easing and the economy starting to recover, his political fortunes should improve as the election nears. As Carville noted in the 1992 election, “It’s the economy stupid,” since most voters will disregard other issues and vote their pocketbook.

The wild card in this election will be the continued anti-police protests throughout the country, but the President will stand for protecting Americans and “law and order.” This position will remain popular with most Americans who view the rioting and looting from groups like Antifa with disdain.

Of course, much work needs to be done to continue to improve the economy in the months ahead, but the electoral prospects for President Trump have suddenly improved. It would be wise for Americans not to discount the chances of the real “comeback kid” to win another term in the White House.

UN Human Rights ‘Monitors’ Lecture the United States


They do not need the help of UN human rights “experts” from countries with far worse systems of government and economies than the United States

Alarge group of United Nations human rights “monitors” decided to exploit the horrific killing of George Floyd at the hands of a former policeman by accusing the United States of “systemic racism that produces state-sponsored racial violence, and licenses impunity for this violence.”  These self-righteous blowhards asserted in their “Statement on the Protests against Systemic Racism in the United States” that “the problem is not a few bad apples, but instead the problem is the very way that economic, political and social life are structured in a country that prides itself in liberal democracy, and with the largest economy in the world.” They might as well have been on Joe Biden’s payroll as they accused President Trump of “using language directly associated with racial segregationists from the nation’s past” and threatening “more state violence.”

Sadly, every country has its share of racists including, no doubt, the UN monitors’ own countries of origin. The United States is no exception. However, there is no “systemic racism” in the United States. Far from it. Americans elected an African-American as president twice with the strong support of white Americans. Major U.S. cities that have experienced both protests and riots in recent days have black mayors or police commissioners.

The good cops who put their lives on the line every day far outnumber the rogue cops. According to data for 2019 as compiled in a “mapping police violence” database, police killed 28 unarmed blacks. Of course, each case should be thoroughly investigated and the officers responsible held accountable for any wrongdoing. However, some perspective is needed here. In 2015, during the Obama administration, the number of police killings of unarmed blacks had reached 78, which is 2.78 times the 2019 number. The number of unarmed whites killed by police in 2019 was 51. In 2015, the number was 91, which is 1.57 times the 2019 number. The trend line is down for police killings of unarmed blacks and whites, but the downward trend for police killings of unarmed blacks is more pronounced. Also, it is worth noting that, according to statistics reported to the FBI, nearly six times as many white law enforcement officers (40) were killed as a result of felonious acts in line-of-duty incidents in 2019 than black officers (7).

“The protests the world is witnessing, are a rejection of the fundamental racial inequality and discrimination that characterize life in the United States for black people, and other people of color,” the UN human rights monitors declared in their statement. But their monitoring failed to distinguish between legitimate peaceful protests, which President Trump has supported, and the violence besetting cities across the United States perpetrated by extremists and opportunistic thieves.

The thugs hijacking legitimate peaceful protests were responsible for killing a security officer with the Federal Protective Service. They killed a retired black police officer who was trying to provide security at a looted store. They have hurled Molotov cocktails in the direction of police in New York. As reported in St. Louis, four police officers were hit with gunfire. An NYPD officer was struck by a hit-and-run driver. Rioters also burnt a police precinct building in Minneapolis. They have looted and burnt down businesses. They tried to burn down Washington D.C’s historic St. John’s Church and vandalized St. Patrick Cathedral in New York. They have beaten up people trying to protect their property from being destroyed, looted or vandalized.

What are U.S. law enforcement officers sworn to protect the lives and properties of innocent Americans supposed to do in the face of vicious attacks that threaten their own lives? According to the authors of the UN “Statement on the Protests against Systemic Racism in the United States,” they shouldn’t look for any assistance offered by President Trump. That would amount to “more state violence.” What is the monitors’ solution instead? “Reparative intervention for historical and contemporary racial injustice is urgent, and required by international human rights law,” they wrote. By “reparative intervention” they mean paying reparations as penance for all the past “sins” of whites against blacks going back to the first white slaveholder in the 17th century. A more accurate name for such payments is protection money: whites must pay up or their so-called “white privilege” institutions will be destroyed and their own lives and property will be in danger.

Tendayi Achiume, the UN’s Special Rapporteur on contemporary forms of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance, is the first signatory of the UN human rights monitors’ “Statement on the Protests against Systemic Racism in the United States. ” Her writings provide an example of the hatred for the United States harbored by UN human rights “experts” who also hate Israel.

Achiume: United States has no right to exclude Third World migrants

In an article that Achiume wrote, for instance, explaining why she thinks the U.S. and other western countries must admit any economic migrants who want to live in their countries, Achiume said: “As a sovereign or super-sovereign within neocolonial empire, I posit that the United States has no right to exclude Third World migrants.” In short, the United States must pay penance for its alleged past sins against not only African-Americans but against third world people everywhere who are bestowed with automatic victimhood status. U.S. borders must be opened to anyone from the third world because, in Achiume’s words, the migrants are “the harbingers of an imperial reckoning that cannot be delayed for much longer, even in the United States.”

Here is my message to Achiume and the other UN “monitors.” Butt out. As the world’s oldest existing constitutional democratic republic, the United States continues progressing towards achieving its aspiration of “a more perfect union” for all Americans. American history exemplifies the obstacles and the triumphs along the way, but the arc is towards more equal opportunity and equal treatment under the law. The United States is perfectly capable of taking care of itself without outside UN interference.

Minnesota’ attorney general, Keith Ellison, who is black, has taken over the prosecution in the killing of George Floyd. The ex-cop Derek Chauvin, who was responsible for killing George Floyd by using his knee to pin Floyd to the ground for nearly nine minutes, is now facing upgraded charges of murder. The other officers who stood by and watched have also been charged with aiding and abetting murder. The Department of Justice and FBI are investigating as a top priority the circumstances of the killing for possible federal prosecutions in the case.

 

Police abuse in the United States is the exception, not the rule. Nevertheless, abuse against any civilian of whatever race or background by any law enforcement officer cannot go unpunished. Federal, state, and local governments must enhance their efforts to address the problem with more reforms, training, and guaranteed accountability.

Those efforts are already underway. As President Trump said, “Equal justice under the law must mean that every American receives equal treatment in every encounter with law enforcement, regardless of race, color, gender or creed, they have to receive fair treatment from law enforcement. They have to receive it.”

Peaceful protests are as American as apple pie. However, when anger turns from peaceful protest to violence that harms innocent people, including African-Americans who have seen their places of business destroyed, responsible government leaders must draw the line. They do not need the help of UN human rights “experts” from countries with far worse systems of government and economies than the United States.

The Sixth Amendment guarantees the rights of criminal defendants, including the right to a public trial without unnecessary delay, the right to a lawyer, the right to an impartial jury, and the right to know who your accusers are and the nature of the charges and evidence against you. Who will help citizens to uphold this alleged right?

The Colorado Supreme Court ruled that Gary Val Richardson received a fair trial, despite the judge’s wife acting as a sitting member of the jury. Judge Thomas R. Ensor, now retired, jokingly told the other jurors to “be nice” to his wife, juror 25, as his “dinner was on the line.” Both the defense attorney and prosecutor felt that Mrs. Ensor was fit to sit on the jury, but Richardon’s lawyer later said, “I think we’re both afraid to challenge her.”

Despite the conflict of interest, the jury found Richardson guilty and sentenced him to 16 years behind bars. The Colorado Supreme Court upheld that ruling this week in a 6-1 vote as they believed Richardson’s lawyer waived any right to question juror 25 by not objecting during the jury selection.

Justice Richard Gabriel was the only member of the Colorado Supreme Court to question the ruling. “To me, the question is whether Richardson was denied a fair trial when the trial judge sat on a case in which his wife served as a juror and in which the judge told everyone in the courtroom to ‘be nice’ to his wife and then repeatedly reminded everyone of his relationship with her,” Gabriel observed.

The Sixth Amendment should have granted the defendant an impartial jury, but the definition of “impartial” can be manipulated based on the reviewer. The Constitution does not guarantee protection against otherwise basic human rights, further reiterating why the US has one of the highest conviction rates in the world.

FBI Pledge Allegiance to Black Lives Matter, Antifa, Nation of Islam and New Black Panthers Protesters…

In a display of public unity with ‘The Movement’ writ large, FBI officials took a knee to declare their woke allegiance with the protesting mobs.  With that visible display we now have a better understanding of the motives behind a history of FBI failures.

Setting aside the optic that some members of the FBI looking more like ‘meal-team-6’, there was always a suspicion the FBI were more concerned about political correctness than actually doing the work of a federal investigative agency.  Historically the FBI has failed miserably to stop domestic terror threats; and when the investigative failures are researched there’s usually a prior connection between the attackers and the FBI.

The father of the Orlando Pulse nightclub terrorist, Omar Mateen, was a guy named Seddique Mateen (you might remember seeing him at the Hillary Clinton rally).  After Omar killed 49 people it was discovered that Seddique had been an FBI informant for over eleven years (2005 to 2016).

Similarly, after the Parkland school shooting, it was discovered the FBI was fully aware of Nikolas Cruz, yet again they had taken no action.  The exact same scenario had played out several years earlier when the FBI was warned about the Tsarnaev brothers before the Boston Marathon Bombing 2013 and yet they did nothing to stop it.

The FBI is now a political agency with police powers within the federal government.  The activity of Lisa Page, Peter Strzok, James Comey, Andrew McCabe and a host of very familiar names has shown just how important politics is within the institution.  Indeed, as we saw in the ridiculous Hillary Clinton investigation, politics was the prism for every decision; and protecting their ideological tribe was the biggest concern within the agency.

Understanding the sensitivity behind the FBI to the Muslim community; a sensitivity almost identical to the expressed position of the democrat party apparatus; it should not come as a big surprise to see FBI agents ignoring terror threats and simultaneously taking a knee to show their allegiance with Black Lives Matter.

After all, Black Lives Matter (BLM) is an assembly of political grievance activists that includes the Nation of Islam (Farrakhan) and the New Black Panther Party (NBPP).  The overall network is currently working in coordination with the ultra-violent Antifa.

When the FBI takes a knee to support BLM they are openly aligning with Antifa and the violent advocacy it carries; and not being subtle about sticking a finger in the eye of the U.S. Attorney General Bill Barr.

Once we accept the FBI is a weaponized political agency it makes sense they would only target people adverse to their political agenda; and more harshly target anyone whom they would view as a political opponent (Roger Stone).  Somehow the FBI found the motivation and resources to send more heavily armed agents to arrest 68-year-old Roger Stone than ever stepped foot in Benghazi, Libya.

This also explains why the FBI refused to deal with FBI chief legal counsel Dana Boente when his corrupt activity was discovered within an attempt to overthrow President Trump.

Severe politicization also reconciles how Robert Mueller and Andrew Weissmann were able to instruct over 50 FBI agents to investigate a transparently non-existent Russian collusion conspiracy for over two years; as part of a strategy to help democrats win the 2018 election.

One example within the FBI operation in 2018 was the fraudulent nonsense behind Cesar Sayoc.   You might remember: FBI Director Christopher Wray outlined during his remarks the mysterious devices consisted of PVC pipe, clocks, batteries, wiring and “energetic material that can become combustible when subjected to heat or friction”.

Indeed, in hindsight things make a lot more sense when we see the FBI take a knee to express their politics publicly, and we have two years of FBI Director Christopher Wray explaining how the FBI is an earnest group of employees who just needed a little more “bias training” to ensure their bias did not surface in their investigations.

Understanding the political prism through which all decisions are made in the FBI, also helps reconcile why FBI Director Christopher Wray would choose David Bowditch as his deputy director.

David Bowditch was the FBI official in charge of the 2015 San Bernardino terrorist attackcarried out by Syed Farook and Tashfeen Malik.  14 people were killed and 22 others were seriously injured.  Everything behind the attack was sketchy, and there was clearly a green card scam being run as part of the background operation.

Yes Alice, once you accept that everything the FBI does is based on their politics, then everything starts to make a lot more sense; including how those suspects were able to carry out their operations while under surveillance.

From the recent Pensacola Naval Air Station attack, to the attack in Las Vegas, to the Garland Texas terrorist event everything makes sense from the perspective the FBI are first and foremost a political operation.

Last week Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey allowed the mob to burn the police precincts in an expression of his alignment with their woke demands.  However, the Minneapolis mob was not satisfied with his permission to riot, loot and torch the city, the mob wants more.

Today the social justice warriors demanded Mayor Frey prove his virtue by promising to eliminate all police officers and allow the woke community to take over the organization of their politically correct civic society.  The Mayor could not make the promise…. So the mob turned on him and forced him to do the walk of shame through the crowd.  WATCH:

Mayor Frey’s skinny jeans, antique T-shirt and woke hairstyle could not shield him for the demands of the mob. The crowd shouts “GO HOME JACOB” and then “SHAME, SHAME, SHAME” while giving him the middle-finger salute. Moments later as he walked alone, dejected down the sidewalk, they start throwing bottles of water at him. Jacob has sad.

Denver Broncos Declare If You Are Not Virtuous Enough To Support Their Antifa Politics Then Get Lost…

The NFL has been moving further and further toward the political left for several years.  Many NFL players and teams openly castigate their fans and denigrate anyone who doesn’t conform to their political correctness.  Overall, the NFL has become a toxic stew of identity politics and divisive intolerance.

However, the Denver Broncos are taking division up a notch today by declaring if their fans do not stand with their brand of virtue signaling politics, then you stand against them.

Quite a remarkable position.  Apparently, in the endless quest to be the most virtuous, the team has decided to eliminate over half of their potential support base.  Against the recent pressure upon NFL quarterback Drew Brees to apologize for supporting the U.S.A flag; it appears the NFL is a lost cause.

Let the market decide.

Devin Nunes Discusses The Testimony of Rod Rosenstein – Sketchy Statements Conflict With Evidence…

Devin Nunes appears on One America News for an interview about last weeks testimony by former Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein.  As Nunes notes, Rosenstein is a very “slippery individual” who is professionally versed in obtuse language.

“There is a fine line between disingenuous and lying.”  WATCH:

It is now clear Senator Lindsey Graham is executing the familiar chaff and countermeasure approach to cover-up the former administration surveillance abuses.

Here are four specific reasons that clarity is assured. Ranked in order of brutality:

♦ Number Four:

While there was some cursory inquiry into the reasoning of Rod Rosenstein to authorize the direct targeting of Trump campaign officials, not a single Senator inquired about the specifics behind how the August 2, 2017, scope memo was created:

Who specifically identified the targets; what justification was provided by the special counsel to target the officials; why were those specific persons selected; and under what predicate was Rosenstein authorized to expand the Mueller investigation?

The Senators on the Judiciary Committee, with full knowledge and forethought; and with specific access to the document in question; and with malicious intent to deny justice on behalf of those targeted; totally failed to make appropriate inquiry.

♦ Number Three:

To make matters worse… The Senate Judicary Committee members specifically stated they were aware of the content of the Mueller Report. As a witness, DAG Rosenstein brought a copy of the Mueller report with him to the hearing; and yet not a single member of the committee highlighted the hidden/secret October 20, 2017, scope memo.

There was ZERO inquiry from the Senate Judiciary Committee into a known issue that was/is relevant to the ongoing prosecution of General Michael Flynn; and the underlying evidence, first uncovered within the report; highlighting how Rod Rosenstein authorized a hidden memorandum to target Michael Flynn Jr. as leverage to force a guilty plea from the original target that Rosenstein authorized. This was completely ignored:

The Senate Judiciary Committee’s lack of inquiry was either because they held no awareness of the hidden scope memo; or, more likely, because they needed to pretend they held no awareness of the hidden October 20th scope memo to avoid exposing it.

♦ Number Two:

Despite the former Deputy AG stating twice that he was troubled by the leaking of the highly classified FISA application to the media, the committee intentionally and purposefully avoided asking the obvious question:

If DAG Rod Rosenstein was so concerned about the leak of the Carter Page FISA, then why did the DOJ under Rosenstein’s tenure purposefully refuse to indict SSCI Security Director James Wolfe for leaking the FISA application?

During his testimony Deputy AG Rosenstein testified this specific leak was alarming to him because it identified the innocent target of the investigation, Carter Page. However, Rosenstein was NOT alarmed enough to prosecute Wolfe for the leak. Why Not?

The Senate Judiciary Committee never went near that highly explosive issue.

However, if the purpose and intent of Senator Graham were not crystal clear by those three prior issues that were left undiscussed, the number one proof of his intention is stunning in its brutality.

♦ Number One:

The Senate Judiciary Committee was recently made aware of a letter from the DOJ to the FISA Court written in July of 2018. The letter was/is a specific example of fraud upon the court during the tenure of Rod Rosenstein. It is inexcusable that Rod Rosenstein was not asked about the July 12, 2018, material lie to the court.

Please notice this DOJ cover letter (making the committee aware) was personally sent to Chairman Lindsey Graham by the DOJ as ORDERED by the FISA Court.

The content of the communication was a 2018 letter from the DOJ to the FISA Court. The letter below was sent by the DOJ National Security Division on July 12, 2018.

The purpose of the hearing today was specifically about the FISA abuses, yet the committee did not ask a single question about this letter. Here it is:

This is an incredibly misleading letter to the FISA court because what the letter doesn’t say is that 18-months earlier the sub-source, also known in the IG report as the “primary sub-source”, informed the FBI that the material attributed to him in the dossier was essentially junk.

By July 2018 the DOJ clearly knew the dossier was full of fabrications, yet they withheld that information from the court and said the predicate was still valid. Why?

How is it even remotely possible for Senator Lindsey Graham to conduct an inquiry into Crossfire Hurricane and FISA abuses, and yet completely avoid asking Rod Rosenstein about the content of a letter that was specifically created during his tenure; and goes directly to the heart of his personal involvement.

The content itself is a complete fabrication of information and it was written by Rosenstein’s DOJ a full fifteen months after the DOJ was fully aware the predicate for the FISA application was fraudulent.

This 2018 justification letter was so alarming the FISA Court itself demanded the DOJ send a copy of it to the Senate Judiciary Committee to use in oversight. However, Chairman Graham didn’t ask Rod Rosenstein a single question about it.

There is no way to look at the absence of inquiry without accepting the motive and intent of the committee is to bury information; thereby protecting DC entities.

The hearing was intentionally scheduled to give the appearance of Senator Graham taking action; he isn’t. It’s the all-too-familiar…
