QUESTION: Mr. Armstrong; Merkel has come out and said that “Nation states must today be prepared to give up their sovereignty.” This is what you have been saying that the agenda is to federalize Europe. Would you care to elaborate on her latest statement?

ANSWER: Merkel has stepped down as leader of the CDU. She knows that she is on the way out. She hopes to cling to her position of power until she is dragged out by the hair. This statement is indeed the behind the curtain view. But she qualified that statement insofar as yielding sovereignty to Brussels over especially migration. This is a shot across the bow at the rising nationalism. You must look at the entire statement she made in order to expose the thinking process.
Merkel condemned any notion that Germany should join a fast-growing number of nations pulling out of the migration agreement. Even Australia pulled out of the UN migration agreement. She said that “there were [politicians] who believed that they could decide when these agreements are no longer valid because they are representing The People”. What is interesting is how she is splitting a democratic form of government which represents the people and one of an anti-democratic position because politicians know better than the people. She continued to remark that “the people are individuals who are living in a country, they are not a group who define themselves as the [German] people.” She holds the position that migration is inevitable, necessary and desirable. She refuses to admit that allowing in the refugees was a mistake.
Her reasoning states that nationalism “is not patriotism, because patriotism is when you include others in German interests and accept win-win situations.” The fact that is an anti-democratic position behind the curtain is evidenced by the fact that the FrenchPresident Emmanuel Macron, also recently stated that “patriotism is the exact opposite of nationalism [because] nationalism is treason”.
Macron travelled to Berlin and addressed the Bundestag that France and Germany have “obligation not to let the world slip into chaos and to guide it on the road to peace.” He added that “Europe must be stronger… and win more sovereignty” in order to suppress in truth the riots seeking to remove him in France. Both Macron and Markel are pitching that all EU member states should now surrender national sovereignty to Brussels over “foreign affairs, migration, and development” in addition to “an increasing part of our budgets and even fiscal resources.” Macron has sought and obtained an exemption to run a higher deficit than the EU rules allow because of the tax protests in France.
What is going on here is a tag-team. Merkel and Macron are advocating the surrender of sovereignty because they then can blame Brussels and not shoulder the responsibility for the economic disaster Europe is heading into for 2020/2021. We have two politicians whose days are numbered advocating the federalization of Europe that they previous swore would never happen.

Now NASA has come out confirming what our computer has been forecasting. They have reported that as the sun is experiencing a rapid decline in sunspots, it is also dimming in brightness or energy output. NASA’s Spaceweather station has recorded during 2017, 96 days (27%) of observing the sun have been completely absent of sunspots.
While NASA has now confirmed that the outer atmosphere is getting cooler. In fact, one of the top NASA scientists has broken camp and warned that the surface temperature of the sun has collapsed so much, he fears a new Ice Age is upon us. Meanwhile, this has been the COLDEST Thanksgiving in 150 years! Interestingly, however, is that this sudden sharp decline in the energy output of the sun coincided with the 2015.75 turning point of the Economic Confidence Model.
I have previously warned that if this trend continues during the next winter, then we have exceeded any short-term reactionary trend and the weather appears poised to continue to get colder going into the distant future. Socrates was projecting that the peak on this cycle aligned with the ECM 2015.75. This is a Longitudinal Cycle, not Transverse. That means peak to bottom varies. This short-term wave should be a 13-year decline from 2015 making it 2028 initially. After that, if we see colder winters beyond 2028, then the next low will be with the peak in the ECM 2032. There is a SERIOUS RISK that we are looking at the final low coming in during the period of 2046.
It appears we are plunging now into a deep mini ice age. There is just no way we can reverse this trend no matter how much the government regulates or increases the taxes. For the next 20 years at a minimum it’s going to get colder and colder on average. There is a very HIGH PROBABILITY that we are declining for 31 years from 2015.
What people fail to understand is that the entire weather system of our planet is extremely dynamic. Research has traced the north-south shifts of the northern-most edge of the tropics back 800 years, which was conducted by the University of Arizona-led international team. They have mapped out the fact that the Tropic Belt is also subject to cyclical movement. I have reported that in ancient times, the region we call the Sahara Desert was lush and green and there were cave drawings showing herds of animals in the region. The research has revealed that indeed the Tropic Belt has moved upward and downward over the centuries and the research has documented where it has moved for the last 800 years.
The University of Arizona wrote: “From 1568 to 1634, the tropics expanded to the north, the team found. That time period coincides with severe droughts and other disruptions of human societies, including the collapse of the Ottoman empire in Turkey, the end of the Ming Dynasty in China and near abandonment of the Jamestown Colony in Virginia…”
The Tropic Belt has been gradually moving northward since 1970. There is debate over what is even causing that. The data we hope to also run through our model to see if that also aligns with the future forecasts on climate change our model has been projecting. This too may be yet another confirming link in the outcome we must face.
The major influential German news weekly, Der Spiegel, has suspended two of its senior editors following the scandal involving a reporter Claas Relotius admitted faking stories for years. Relotius, who is 33, resigned after admitting that he had made up stories and invented protagonists in more than a dozen articles in the magazine’s print and online editions. Relotius was also named journalist of the year by CNN back in 2014. This has provided another whole dimension to the Fake News issue. Here, instead of institutional bias such as CNN, Fox, New York Times, and the Washington Post, we have an individual just creating news. He managed to get away with it for so long because the readers wanted to believe what he wrote.
As the fake academics keep pushing the Global Warming scenarios because that justifies more taxes and they are rewarded with endless grants, I have warned that it is Global Cooling we should be concerned about. Particularly the elderly should really try to relocate to warmer territory. The death rate caused by the extreme cold that has been taking place since 2015 is now officially twice that of the year before. In Britai9n, they call it winter deaths and in Wales, the death toll has DOUBLE during 2017-18 – rising from 1,850 the year before to 3,400 and winter is not finished yet.

The EU has shocked the auto industry and came out based upon this new round of forecasts that humans will be extinct by 2050. Cars must now become considerably more climate-friendly by 2030. The carbon dioxide emissions of new cars must fall by 37.5% compared to 2021. The negotiators of the EU member states and the European Parliament agreed on this compromise on in Brussels last week.
With regard to light commercial vehicles, a CO2 reduction of 31% was agreed upon. For both vehicle classes, however, they also imposed a reduction of 15% must be achieved by 2025 as the first stage. This agreement actually comes as a surprise to many. The requirements are far more drastic than the car industry and the German government originally wanted. Naturally, Germany was not looking for such a reduction and were hoping to cap it at 30%. But all the extinction forecasts led the alarmist to demand 40% so the 37.5% was a compromise that was substantially above the level German expected.

When you listen to the audio recording (embedded below) it becomes immediately obvious what was going on in 2014, 2015 and 2016 as an outcome of policy from the White House. In addition, you discover why this jaw-dropping 2016 leak/story was buried by the U.S. media and how it connects to the prior 4 years of perplexing U.S. mid-east policy.
This evidence within this single story would/should forever remove any credibility toward the U.S. foreign policy under President Obama. It also destroys the credibility of a large number of well known republicans, and explains how the prior action placed President Trump into a precarious position requiring a careful approach.
The key Secretary Kerry moments are at 02:00, and again at approximately 18:30 forward.
The discussion from 18:30 through to 29:00 are exceptionally revealing and should be listened to by anyone who has wondered what was going on in Syria. Kerry even makes mention of the “Responsibility to Protect, or R2P” principle:

“Uh, but so far American legal theory has not gone into these so called “right to protect”, uh, and we don’t even have what we had in Kosovo where we had an, you know, an existing resolution and so forth. Uh, even though we went alone.”

We’ve been fighting in Afghanistan, we’ve been fighting in Iraq, we’ve fighting -you know- in the region for fourteen years. And you can be mad at us, but what we’re trying to do is help Syrians fight for their own country; and we’ve been spending a lot of money, a lot of effort to try and help do this. So, there’s an opposition there; the opposition is doing very well. Russia came in, and that’s a problem I know, because, uh, y’ know, uh, we don’t behave like Russians, it’s just a different standard.”
“So we are trying to see if we can test whether Russia, you see, is serious about a political solution. And if they are not serious, then we will help the opposition more. But I don’t think that’s particularly good for Syrians in the end because it will mean more fighting.”
Secretary Kerry is then questioned by an obvious sympathizer toward the extremist elements (calls pro-assad Sunni faction “Sunni Jews”) about why the U.S. fights the extremist Sunni (ISIS), but not the extremist Shia (Hezbollah). Kerry’s response:
“Well, they’re [Hezbollah] a terrorist organization, we’ve designated them a terrorist organization. The reason for [airstrikes against the Sunni Extremists] is because they have basically declared war on us; and are plotting against us, and Hezbollah is not plotting against us; Hezbollah is exclusively focused on Israel, they’re not attacking now, and on Syria where they are attacking in support of the, uh, in support of Assad.”
“So it a, uh, it’s…”

Question: “But how to make the majority of the Syrian people accept this approach, that because Hezbollah or the Iraqi or Iranian groups are not attacking the U.S. now when they are attacking against the terrorism in Syria?”
Kerry: “Well, they, they are targeted by the opposition who we are arming and training.”
What the recording reveals is substantive:
♦ First, only regime change, the removal of Bashir Assad, in Syria was the 2013, 2014, and 2015 goal for President Obama. This is admitted and outlined by Secretary John Kerry.
♦ Secondly, in order to accomplish this primary goal, the White House was willing to watch the rise of ISIS (’13, ’14, ’15) by placing their bet that ISIS’s success would force Syrian President Bashir Assad to acquiesce toward Obama’s terms and step down.
♦ Thirdly, in order to facilitate the objective, Obama and Kerry intentionally gave arms to ISIS and even, arguably, attacked a Syrian government military convoy to stop a strategic attack upon the Islamic extremists killing 80 Syrian soldiers.
Pause for a moment and consider those three points carefully. Because the audio, along with accompanying research now surfacing, not only exposes these three points as truth – but also provides the specific evidence toward them.
The problem in the Obama/Kerry’s secret strategy became clear when ISIS grew in sufficient strength to give the White House optimism for the scheme – however, instead of capitulation Assad then turned to Russia for help.
When Russia came to aid Bashir Assad the Syrian Government began being able to defeat ISIS and the Islamic Extremist elements within Syria. For the hidden plan of Obama/Kerry (and also McCain, Graham, et al), Russia defeating ISIS, al-Qaeda and al-Nusra, upended their objective.
Against the backdrop of this recording we can reconcile so many historic issues. We already know of a Second Presidential Finding Memo authorizing additional CIA covert action in 2012, this time in Syria. However, unlike the 2011 Libyan operation we do not know the operational name of the second action in 2012 Syria.

ANSWER: The entire theory is really pathetic. If this is a natural event, then the government needs to spend money to help people. If it is caused by humans, then they get to tax people to curb their behavior and save the world? This is no different than war. We invade Iraq on pretended weapons of mass destruction because it is profitable to Cheney and crew, but we do not invade North Korea who has weapons but nothing to profit from. Let’s see. Which one will I choose to get rich?
These pretend scientists who are as corrupt as Cheney in my opinion, presume that if the ice melts the sea will rise or they use that statement to make money and scare everyone. They cannot point to anything of that nature taking place in history. They also completely ignore the research of real experts on the oceans and how they function. They ignore the fact that there have been ice ages and warming periods. They fail to comprehend that if the ice melts, that is when it gets colder – NOT WARMER!. The Arctic can then begin to evaporate and that returns as snow building the glaciers. That is HOW ice ages form. These people think that if the ice melts the sea will rise and we all die so raise taxes and they will get endless grants. This is just such an absurd theory it reflects truly childish bedtime stories without a pebble of truth to build a foundation. These clowns have NO idea of how to conduct research. The Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory at Columbia University back in 1956 published A theory of ice ages by Maurice Ewing and William Donn. They were the most influential oceanographers to date, yet the Global Warming people have completely ignored their work and bastardized it for political gain. A warmer Arctic Ocean would mean that water would flow more freely between it and the Atlantic, dissipating the cold making the Atlantic colder. There is the key to an Ice Age. If all the ice melted in the Arctic Ocean leaving open water that was then warmer by mixing with the Atlantic, then a warmer Arctic Ocean surrounded by colder land around it would produce evaporation and that water would then return back to the land in the form of snow. More snow that falls in Greenland and Northern Canada is what makes glaciers grow deeper. When the Arctic Ocean is covered in ice, then there is NO EVAPORATION and thus we do not move into an Ice Age – we get Global Warming which is historically when civilization expands.
It is always the same. There is a natural 13-year cycle in red tides. I simply did 15 minutes of research and asked were there any major fish kills before the United States. Up popped many accounts. So I fail to see how these people think. The first thought that runs in their mind is we caused it. They then claim it must be farmers when there were none in the 17th and 18th centuries using chemicals.
The European refugee issue just will not go away no matter how hard the politicians try to cover-up their mistakes. Now Charles Michel, the Belgian Prime Minister, resigned on Tuesday after his government collapsed in the face of opposition to his signing of a UN migration pact. Michel found himself abandoned after he lost the support of the Flemish nationalist party in his coalition. The opposition fears that this UN migration agreement would open the door to even greater migration. There will have to be a snap election in January. Otherwise, the next Belgium election is due in May.
The Canadian Coast Guard is reporting that the Atlantic Ice in Canada is increasing. The extreme cold temperatures and the high winds have been combining to expand the Arctic ice. There is a natural cycle to this and they have reported that the seasonal “freeze up” is occurring three to four weeks ahead of normal and above the 30-year average. This winter is once again extremely cold. It has only been in the 60/70s here in Tampa and the same is true in Abu Dhabi. If next year 2019/2020 is colder still, this will be the fourth year and at then we would decline at a bare minimum very steeply into 2021/2022, where out models on markets are predicting a shocking event. So while the pundits keep talking about Global Warming and we will all suddenly become extinct, as Todd May is a professor of philosophy at Clemson University wrote in the New York Times:

Happy Holidays. First of all thank-you, you and Socrates are amazing, I have all the wrong instincts as a trader but since I have been following you I have finally turned that around.
Regarding global warming, I only argument I have found effective when trying discussing this topic is: If it was real, then they would do something about the oil tankers and international ships that create more pollution than all of the cars in the world. They even excluded these ships from the Paris accord, showing that its a tax on the people and that they protect the corporations.

REPLY: This is a very good point. I see the same strategy that the Democrats use in taxation. They always claim to tax the rich. They are against any flat tax because the more deductions and exceptions encourage political donations for special treatment. Small business pays and the big business escape provided they donate money
