Attorney General Held in Contempt of Congress

The Rule of Law has been torn to pieces. The entire Justice System in the United States is rapidly becoming a joke internationally as we border on becoming indistinguishable from the Banana Republic, where the pretense of law is only the self-interest of those in power. In Plato’s classic work, you will find the debate between Thraysmachus and Socrates. More than 2000 years ago, Thrasymachus observed what we see going on right now. JUSTICE is the same in every form of government, be it dictatorship, monarchy, or pretend democracy. JUSTICE is always the self-interest of those in power, and NOTHING has ever changed.

Once power is handed to the government, they will expand that power until they terminate all LIBERTY. That is what the CBDCs are all about – total control. If you protest, your bank account will be seized, and you will starve to death, just as they did to the truckers in Canada. It was this very Biden administration that has thrown Trump’s advisors in prison in contempt for asserting Executive Privilege, as in the case of Steve Bannon. Bannon was convicted of contempt of Congress in 2022 after failing to provide documents and testimony to the House Select Committee that investigated the January 6th, 2021, US Capitol attack. He was sentenced to four months in prison. The two MOST corrupt courts in the nation are New York and Washington, DC. They have their own agenda and will never apply the law fairly.

While the Justice Department (DOJ) has turned over transcripts and notes from the interview, The House has maintained that they need the tapes to verify the transcript’s accuracy and to confirm that Mr. Hur’s observation was justified. Attorney General Garland of the Department of Justice will not release the actual video and audio tape because transcripts never give the nuances of human speech. A lawyer will always tell you never to joke in court. If you said yes, I killed JFK as well. When read in a transcript, those words appear to be a confession. Without the audio/video, you would not know if it was a joke or not.

Martin Luther King said, “I have a Dream.” He is not the only one to DREAM. This brings tears to my eyes, for the once great nation, the founders’ DREAM, is crumbling to dust before my eyes, and I fear what I will leave behind for my grandchildren. There was a time when men rose against oppression, and their voices resounded in history. Their words were inviting and hopeful of a new land of honor built upon that DREAM of freedom and liberty.

We have reached a time when it all has gone wrong, bribed by money and only the DREAMS of the elite of endless power above the people. I studied history and the evolution of law, and I once naively believed that this DREAM of liberty and freedom would never die. We embossed our currency with the phrase In God We Trust and once believed in a merciful and forgiving God who has no longer been worthy of a place in our society. Those DREAMS of the founders we may attribute to a young nation naive with hope, standing unafraid on the battlefield against oppression and tyranny. Those days of noble DREAMS are now only relegated to the unread pages of history books. Our currency is to be relegated to digital entries on a smartphone. There was no reason for one to use the pretense of inclusion and equality to strip the rights of individuals behind the facade of caring for some minority. That unity that produced a nation has been torn apart, pitting one group against another to ensure that by dividing the people, they can conquer the cycle of time and seek to retain perpetual power unassailed forevermore.

Freedom of thought, philosophy, and religion was to be carved on a Stella that stood tall and made of white marble for eternity. But that Stella has been discolored, stained with time, and toppled to the ground ignored by those with power. Its edifice no longer shines or glistens in the sunlight. The Age of Wisdom has been overshadowed by the Age of Darkness, engulfed in corruption, and the thirst for ultimate power has ensured that history will complete its wheel of revolution. There are DREAMS of the perfect land that simply can never be.

The Supreme Court – Ballot to Immunity

I have listened to the oral arguments and have considered this entire 14th Amendment nonsense. Some have tried to argue that it is self-executing, meaning that Congress does not need to write a statute. That is really absurd, for we are talking here about trying to overthrow the entire foundation of democracy when pretending to be defending it. That is like pushing the button to attack Russia because I knew they wanted to do so; therefore, I was acting in self-defense by pushing the button first.

States have the right to control their local elections. However, they cannot interfere in federal elections. To do so would mean that they are depriving the rest of the country of their right to vote, for a federal election cannot take place if some states remove a candidate and others do not. This is a justified argument for separating the United States.

While nobody raised the Commerce Clause refers to Article 1, Section 8, Clause 3 of the U.S. Constitution, the Founding Fathers may have never anticipated a rouge action like Colorado and Maine in banning Trump from the ballot. Still, they did address this issue of one state interfering with the rest of the nation. The Commerce Clause PROHIBITS any state from trying to impose a ban on the exports of another state to boost its own production. The Commerce Clause gives Congress the power “to regulate commerce with foreign nations, among states, and with the Indian tribes.”

The Commerce Clause expressly forbids a state from interfering in national commerce. That jurisdiction is reserved strictly to Congress. I cannot imagine how any state can claim such a power to interfere in the federal election for the national office of the Federal Government that is not a local state office.

If the Supreme Court upholds Colorado’s decision, then it is time to break up the UNION, for it is no longer viable. I fear we will see violence regardless of how the court rules.

Trump Immunity

The District of Columbia Court of Appeals rejected Trump’s Absolute Immunity claim, saying: “We cannot accept that the office of the presidency places its former occupants above the law for all time thereafter,” the judges wrote.”

The Constitution does not directly discuss presidential immunity from criminal or civil lawsuits. Instead, this privilege has evolved over time through the Supreme Court’s interpretation of Article II, Section 2, Clause 3:

The President shall have Power to fill up all Vacancies that may happen during the Recess of the Senate, by granting Commissions which shall expire at the End of their next Session.

It is generally accepted that the President is absolutely immune from civil liability for suits arising from actions relating to official duties. This includes all acts in the “outer perimeter” of those duties. However, the President is not immune from actions arising from unofficial conduct. In fact, nobody was actually given immunity by the Founding Fathers. It has been the course have have credited immunity – not the Constitution.

“Prosecutorial immunity” is also a judge-made doctrine that cloaks prosecutors in near-absolute immunity from suit. Under this doctrine, prosecutors cannot be sued for any actions related to their job as a prosecutor, no matter how egregious the behavior. For example, prosecutors cannot be sued for knowingly prosecuting an innocent person, withholding evidence of innocence, or even fabricating false evidence of guilt.

Prosecutors can do whatever they want, and you have ZERO rights, even human rights, against those in the Deep State. This entire question of immunity to me defied the Declaration of Independence, and this is the intent of the Constitution to restrain government. With ABSOLUTE IMMUNITY, they can fabricate evidence, put you on trial, and execute all knowing that you were innocent. This defies everything that the Constitution intended.

In 1768, two citizens of Annapolis, Maryland, were murdered by Marines from a British ship. Even though there was overwhelming evidence against them, the Marines were acquitted.

Trump Does he have Immunity

I doubted that the Washington, D.C. Court of Appeals would ever rule in favor of Trump. They have their marching orders. To me, either nobody has absolute immunity, or everyone does. There is NOTHING in the Constitution that grants such immunity to anyone! That very proposition stands in direct confrontation with the Declaration of Independence. If this disgusting Jack Smith, who indicts Trump in Washington, which he can control for a crime he has to prosecuted in Florida, shows that he is violating the very intent of the Sixth Amendment. But he is ABSOLUTELY IMMUNE for anything he does to the nation or Trump. That is wrong!

They had President Nixon hands down, and yet they pardoned him to save dividing the nation. Those ideas no longer exist, and the entire problem here is these prosecutions have torn the nation apart and polarized the people. They have set in motion the ultimate division of the United States – it cannot stand as a united nation when one side tries to impose a dictatorship, their ideas offending even the religious beliefs.

In Greek Democracy, it is true that women had no right to vote. What is overlooked is the fact that they did not need one. This was all before SOCIALISM, and there was not even an income tax. The head of the household voted like a congressman for everyone in the house. But those were questions like war. Even if someone killed another, the victim’s family is prosecuted – not the state. The ONLY crimes where the state became evolved were those directly against the state of offending the gods, as was the case with Socrates. With socialism, then laws were made directly against behavior, and income tax was applied to everyone. Thus, everyone then had a right to vote. This is what is tearing the country apart – this belief that one side gets to dictate behavior. What if Muslims gain political control and then dictate you have to have four wives? What if Mitt Romney were president a issued an executive order allowing multiple wives? This is the whole problem that is terminating the union.

So, unfortunately, this entire immunity question is NOT law – it is the discretion of judges, and therein lies the crisis. The Founding Fathers relied upon the definition of law articulated by Lord Coke and Blackstone. Nobody seems to care anymore.

Another Epstein Distraction – The Truth Will NEVER Surface

The turmoil of 2024 will be unprecedented. Scandals are certain to erupt after January 1 after a judge ruled to unseal court documents that will reveal 177 high-profile associates of Jeffrey Epstein. Judge Loretta Preska ordered the documents to be “unsealed in full” to reveal first and last names, along with previously unreleased documents regarding their association with Epstein.

Jeffrey Epstein has been dead since August 10, 2019, and the elites are still shielding his client list. Ghislaine Maxwell is serving a 20-year prison sentence and no longer holds loyalty to Epstein. She recently claimed meeting Epstein was the “greatest mistake” of her life. However, she still insists that she is an innocent victim of “cancel culture.” “All this is a fictional version of me,” she said. “It has been created to fit the storyline. It has absolutely nothing to do with who I am… I find it curious that so many people choose to contribute to the fake, created version, sort of like a Disney character, the Wicked Witch, if you will. The real people who know me and still love me have never spoken.”

Maxwell Ghislaine

The FBI and CIA have been sitting on a mountain of evidence for four years. Not a single person, besides Maxwell, has been arrested or prosecuted. We know of numerous high-profile members of Epstein’s inner circle already but they have neither been canceled or investigated. The government is deliberately releasing information incrementally to distract the public from bigger issues. These news stories reach every outlet GLOBALLY, but nothing ever comes of it.

I believe Epstein was running one of the largest honey pot schemes in modern history. He likely offered two big services: one being the most detestable crime known to man and the other would be offering the service of blackmail. He used his money and connections to grow his successful operation and was protected by his powerful clients. The blackmail he compiled on countless elites is now in the hands of the US government.

CIA

Director of the Central Intelligence Agency William Burns met Epstein thrice in 2014. Burns even visited Epstein’s personal residence in NYC. That means the nation’s top intelligence agency was likely using Epstein’s services and protecting him from prosecution. Numerous people with ties to the Clinton, Obama, and Trump Administrations also solicited Epstein.

Kathryn Ruemmler, a White House counsel under President Barack Obama, later became the top lawyer at Goldman Sachs. She met him dozens of times, and he introduced her to his good friend Bill Gates. According to a Goldman Sachs spokesperson, Epstein even asked Ruemmler if she would be interested in representing the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. He also helped her network with Ariane de Rothschild, now chief executive of the Swiss private bank Edmond de Rothschild Group. There are countless examples of people meeting with Epstein to propel their personal careers.

Epstein was registered as a sex offender in 2008 for sexually assaulting a 14-year-old. “Most of those people told the Journal they visited Epstein for reasons related to his wealth and connections. Several said they thought he had served his time and had rehabilitated himself,” the Wall Street Journal reported. Yet the elites continued to fly out to his island and use his vast network to their advantage.

He donated, or rather bribed and bought, countless organizations. Epstein provided millions to institutions like Harvard, MIT, and Bard College. “We looked him up, and he was a convicted felon for a sex crime,” the president of Bard College said in an interview. “We believe in rehabilitation.” This was the sentiment among those in his extended network until his story gained more traction. But these people were the low-level clients on Epstein’s list.

Maxwell Robert

Remember that Ghislaine Maxwell is the daughter of Robert Maxwell, who was a member of “The Club” before his untimely death. Epstein was a nobody until he met Ghislaine, who was born into wealth. Robert Maxwell was deeply involved with Salomon Brothers and also worked with Goldman Sachs. He found himself amid a scandal after stealing hundreds of millions of pounds from his own companies’ pension funds to prevent them from falling into bankruptcy. Britain’s Department of Trade and Industry said investment bank Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. had “substantial responsibility” for allowing Maxwell to manipulate the stock market prior to the collapse of his businesses; behind the scenes, there may have been trading losses with “The Club,” and again, if there had been a trial concerning the missing $700 million, then all other parties would have been exposed.

Robert’s protege is William Browder, who began Hermitage Capital Management with Edmond Safra in 1996 amid the privatization of Russia after the fall of the Soviet Union. Browder has deemed himself Putin’s top enemy and yields massive power. When Russia attempted to investigate Browder in 2018, the US government stepped in to protect him. Browder is not even a US citizen.

Epstein’s web is extremely intricate. His black book was revealed years ago, as were his flight logs. The celebrities and low-level millionaires or even billionaires who make the front pages for visiting Epstein Island were merely pawns. Major banking institutions and governments are involved and potentially helped run the operation. This could not be the work of one man acting alone. Epstein was disposable to “The Club,” as was Ghislane. The truth will never be revealed.

Sunday Talks – Mitch McConnell Fully Supports Biden Request for $106 Billion in Aid for Ukraine, Israel and Hamas Humanitarian Assistance

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell requested for CBS to travel to his office in DC so that he could visibly show support for the Biden administration spending effort on behalf of Ukraine, Israel and Gaza.  McConnell noted in the interview on the policy agenda for these priorities, he and Joe Biden are in direct agreement.

At the 08:32 moment, Mitch McConnell is questioned about his health and says he is healthy, “in good shape and completely recovered.”  WATCH:

[Transcript] – MARGARET BRENNAN: Senate Republican leader Mitch McConnell has not done many interviews this year, but he invited us to Capitol Hill Friday to talk about President Biden’s request to Congress for $100 billion in aid for Ukraine, Israel and US border security. And that’s where our conversation began.

SEN. MITCH MCCONNELL: We have big power competition from China, and Russia and we still have terrorism problems, as the Israelis have certainly experienced in a brutal way in the last week. So I think that requires a worldwide approach rather than trying to take parts of it out. It’s all connected. The Chinese and the Russians said they’re now friends forever. Iranian drones are being used in Ukraine and against the Israelis.

MARGARET BRENNAN: There’s resistance among some Republicans, including here in the Senate, about bundling things together. Is it possible to pass Ukraine aid if it’s not tied to Israel?

SEN. MCCONNELL: I just think that’s a mistake. I mean, I know there are some Republicans in the Senate, and maybe more in the House, saying Ukraine is somehow different. I view it as all interconnected.

MARGARET BRENNAN: And you’ve said that you believe there is enough oversight of aid to Ukraine. Why hasn’t that persuaded some members of the- of the Republican caucus?
SEN. MCCONNELL: If you look at the Ukraine assistance, let’s- let’s talk about where the money is really going. A significant portion of its being spent in the United States in 38 different states, replacing the weapons that we sent to Ukraine with more modern weapons. So we’re rebuilding our industrial base.

MARGARET BRENNAN: That’s what President Biden is seeking to do.

SEN. MCCONNELL: It’s- it’s correct. No Americans are getting killed in Ukraine. We’re rebuilding our industrial base. The Ukrainians are destroying the army of one of our biggest rivals. I have a hard time finding anything wrong with that. I think it’s wonderful that they’re defending themselves- and also the notion that the Europeans are not doing enough. They’ve done almost 90 billion dollars, they’re housing a bunch of refugees who escaped. I think that our NATO allies in Europe have done quite a lot.

MARGARET BRENNAN: You sound like you have a lot in common with President Biden, and his worldview, based on what you just laid out.

SEN. MCCONNELL: Well, not on the domestic side, but on this issue that we- we’re discussing today, we’re generally in the same place.

MARGARET BRENNAN: On the issue of Israel, that does seem to be a unifying issue for many Republicans, and I want to ask you about this 10 billion dollar request the President is making. Do you think there needs to be any provisions in there that would account for the risk of human rights- human rights violations in Gaza?

SEN. MCCONNELL: Well, we want to make sure we’re not sending money to Hamas. I can tell you that. But there are genuine humanitarian needs of the people of Gaza who are not Hamas, who’ve been thrown under the bus by what Hamas did. Innocent people. But we want to be careful about how the money is spent, be sure it actually gets where it’s supposed to get.

MARGARET BRENNAN: For any military aid that’s going to Israel right now, do you think there needs to be- need to be strings attached?

SEN. MCCONNELL: Israel is our strongest ally in the world. We trust them, and we have a very tight relationship with them both on the intelligence side and the military side. So I don’t think the kind of oversight we’re talking about for Ukraine, for example, would be necessary for Israel.

MARGARET BRENNAN: You know, to do all of these things you need a partner in Congress. Senator Welch said, you are the only Republican negotiator right now, because of all the disarray in the House. How can you deliver on this at a time when you’re saying it’s essential?

SEN. MCCONNELL: Well, I hope we’re going to have a speaker sometime soon and we–

MARGARET BRENNAN: Before November 17th, when government funding-

SEN. MCCONNELL: We need one. We need one because the House can’t do anything without a speaker. And it’s a- it’s a problem, but I hope it’s gonna get solved pretty quickly.

MARGARET BRENNAN: Is there anyone in the House who can lead the Republicans?

SEN. MCCONNELL: Look, I’m not an expert on the House. I have my hands full here in the Senate, and we’re gonna do our job and hope the House can get functional here sometime soon.

MARGARET BRENNAN: There is no current U.S. ambassador to Israel right now. And some of your Republican colleagues have voiced concerns about President Biden’s nominee. Do you have concerns about Jack Lew?

SEN. MCCONNELL: He is a very controversial nominee because of his relationship with the Iran nuclear deal, which was opposed by everybody in my party. And by the way, I hope that flirtation with Iran is finally over with regard to the nuclear deal. And Senator Cotton and I also have a bill to freeze the 6 billion dollars that was on the way to the Iranians in relation to the hostage release, so-

MARGARET BRENNAN: Well, it’s in Qatar, the White House says Iran hasn’t been able to make any withdrawals from it.

SEN. MCCONNELL: Yeah, but we’d like to make it law so that it can’t be undone. Look, I think we need to get tougher with Iran. And I do think the weakness of both the Obama administration and the Biden administration, is the thought that somehow we could do business with Iran on something. And I think it’s pretty clear we can’t. I mean, they’re funding Hezbollah, Hamas, creating problems all over the Middle East, and we shouldn’t be doing any business with them.

MARGARET BRENNAN: President Biden said that he’s going to hold Iran accountable. What do you think that means?

SEN. MCCONNELL: Yeah well, I think the proof will be – what are we going to do to hold them accountable? And that’s- it’s got to be credible. You- you can’t on the one hand, be negotiating with Iran on some kind of nuclear deal that you know they won’t keep, and then turn around and declare that you’re going to get tougher with Iran. I think, number one, quit talking to the Iranians about any kind of nuclear deal. Number two, don’t give them the $6 billion. Number three, back up the Israelis in every conceivable way, after this attack by Iran-sponsored Hamas.

MARGARET BRENNAN: You-you oppose all diplomacy with Iran?

SEN. MCCONNELL: It’s not a question of whether you ever talk to them or not. But it’s a question- what do you do? What do you do? And clearly, the nuclear deal that the Obama administration agreed to and the Biden administration tried to reconnect is- is not the way to go. There’s an axis of evil in the world: China, Russia, North Korea, and Iran. And we need to stand up to the axis of evil, not try to do business with them.

MARGARET BRENNAN: I want to ask you as well about the moment here in Washington that we are in. A number of members of Congress, including Representatives Miller-Meeks, Ferguson, Bacon, Ken Buck, have said just this week that they have had death threats against them. How concerned are you about violence against lawmakers working here?

SEN. MCCONNELL: Well, I think there have been more threats lately, and I am concerned about it.

MARGARET BRENNAN: Are you concerned about more political violence? Going into an election year here?

SEN. MCCONNELL: Look, I think since 9/11, and January 6th, we’ve had heightened security here at the Capitol. I’m sure we’re a target for all kinds of evil doers both in the United States and abroad.

MARGARET BRENNAN: People wonder about your health, how are you feeling? How are you doing?

SEN. MCCONNELL: I’m fine. I’m completely recovered, and I’m just fine.

MARGARET BRENNAN: You and your office felt the need to share and disclose some of the details about your health because of some of these public incidents. And the doctor here said there was no evidence of Parkinson’s disease or a stroke or- or a seizure. And I wonder, is there anything the public should know that wasn’t disclosed?

SEN. MCCONNELL: I’m in good shape, completely recovered and back on the job.

MARGARET BRENNAN: So does that mean that you think you are able to continue serving, and you want to continue serving here at a time when we are talking about incredible dysfunction in Washington?

SEN. MCCONNELL: I think we ought to be talking about what we were talking about earlier, rather than my health.

MARGARET BRENNAN: You’ve made clear you have a lot of policy disagreements with the former president, Donald Trump. Doesn’t it trouble you that he is the front runner for the Republican nomination, given the questions he has raised about aid for Ukraine, for example?

SEN. MCCONNELL: I’m not going to comment on the various candidates for president on either side. I’ve got my hands full here in the Senate.

MARGARET BRENNAN: Former Secretary of Defense Gates told us this is one of the most dangerous moments that he has ever seen for our country. And we’re talking about the basic functioning of our democracy being a problem right now. I’ll ask you, again, who can lead the Republican Party, not just in the House, but to deliver on the vision that you are laying out here?

SEN. MCCONNELL: Typically, it’s the candidate for president, when you have a presidential election, who becomes obviously the most visible person in your party. And we don’t know who that’s going to be. In the meantime, we have divided government, we have a job to do, the election is not until next year. Dabbling in the presidential election is something I’m just not going to do. I don’t think it’s productive.

The border is literally open to all as it has been revealed that border gates have been permanently welded open. The US government claims this was done in preparation for the monsoon season and to help endangered animals safely pass. In Arizona alone there are 114 gates open areas that attract over 1,400 illegal aliens from throughout the world every single day.

The people breaking the law by entering from the southern border are laughing at us. “It was so easy to get into the US. Nothing like our journey through Mexico. That part was hard,” she added. “I thought there was going to be more security,” one migrant from Cuba told the New York Post. Border agents have reported busloads of people arriving as if they were on a guided tour.

Biden is auctioning off unused materials intended to secure the border. Democratic governors are complaining that they cannot handle the large influx of people but they have not turned on Biden. Senate Republicans are demanding that the Department of Defense (DOD) step in and prevent the Biden Administration from auctioning off the remaining border wall materials for pennies on the dollar.

There are reports of men from China and other nations arriving with what appears to be military haircuts. Biden is an utter disgrace to America, a treasonous crook openly selling out our country. America has been invaded. I cannot comprehend how anyone could still support that man after the chaos he has caused over the past three years.

Here We Go Again – CNN Promotes US Intel Report of Russian Disinformation

Today is a good time to remind everyone that CNN represents the public relations arm of the U.S State Department.

Two overlays: first, most non-U.S. government entities regard CNN as the state run media for the U.S. State Department, because it is. Second, the U.S. State Dept is the umbrella organization for most global CIA operations. In essence, the intel community reports that surface from CNN are from the State Dept/CIA.

In this latest example, the unnamed U.S. intelligence officials are once again promoting the proactive narrative that Russian FSB services are responsible for manipulating smaller networks of U.S. social media accounts, resulting in a disinformation program that flows upwards into mainstream media.

I find it interesting that the State Dept/CIA would push this narrative immediately following the suspicious reports of Yevgeny Prigozhin killed in a plane crash.

Washington, CNN – Russian intelligence is operating a systematic program to launder pro-Kremlin propaganda through private relationships between Russian operatives and unwitting US and western targets, according to newly declassified US intelligence.

US intelligence agencies believe that the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) is attempting to influence public policy and public opinion in the West by directing Russian civilians to build relationships with influential US and Western individuals and then disseminate narratives that support Kremlin objectives, obscuring the FSB’s role through layers of ostensibly independent actors.

“These influence operations are designed to be deliberately small scale, the overall goal being US [and] Western persons presenting these ideas, seemingly organic,” a US official authorized to discuss the material told CNN. “The co-optee influence operations are built primarily on personal relationships … they build trust with them and then they can leverage that to covertly push the FSB’s agenda.” (read more)

Of course, none of the article citations bear any fruit when reviewed.  However, that’s really not the point of the publication.  The point of CNN pushing the narrative is to support a domestic narrative engineering operation that will later surface.

They See It Coming – Fitch Joins S&P to Downgrade USA Credit Rating

Collapse is never a sudden occurrence; it is an outcome of gradual erosion over time. A weakening that takes place almost invisible to those who pass through the construct, until eventually, at an uneventful time in the mechanics of history, the process gives way.

Fitch has joined with the prior position of Standard & Poors to downgrade the USA credit rating. The weight of debt, in combination with reverberations from the continued hammering deep inside the political fundamental change operation, has triggered another flare.

In the bigger picture, this is a self-fulfilling prophecy driven by the latest focus on unsustainable economic policy, aka The Green New Deal. The efforts of the fiscal, monetary and economic policy are all aligned to shrink the U.S. economy, thereby creating the era of “sustainable energy” a possibility. Unfortunately, this is akin to a household intentionally shrinking their income while at the same time taking on credit card debt. The process itself is not sustainable.

(Reuters) – Rating agency Fitch on Tuesday downgraded the U.S. government’s top credit rating, a move that drew an angry response from the White House and surprised investors, coming despite the resolution of the debt ceiling crisis two months ago.

Traders’ immediate response was to embark on a safe-haven push out of stocks and into government bonds and the dollar.

Fitch downgraded the United States to AA+ from AAA, citing fiscal deterioration over the next three years and repeated down-the-wire debt ceiling negotiations that threaten the government’s ability to pay its bills.

[…] “In Fitch’s view, there has been a steady deterioration in standards of governance over the last 20 years, including on fiscal and debt matters, notwithstanding the June bipartisan agreement to suspend the debt limit until January 2025,” the rating agency said in a statement.

U.S. Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen disagreed with Fitch’s downgrade, in a statement that called it “arbitrary and based on outdated data.”

[…] In a previous debt ceiling crisis in 2011, Standard & Poor’s cut the top “AAA” rating by one notch a few days after a debt ceiling deal, citing political polarization and insufficient steps to right the nation’s fiscal outlook. Its rating is still “AA-plus” – its second highest.

After that downgrade, U.S. stocks tumbled and the impact of the rating cut was felt across global stock markets, which were in the throes of the euro zone financial meltdown.

In May, Fitch had placed its “AAA” rating of U.S. sovereign debt on watch for a possible downgrade, citing downside risks, including political brinkmanship and a growing debt burden. (read More)

I have traded head-to-head with Soros. Many believe that he was also behind getting me imprisoned after his attempt to trade against the Japanese yen in 1999. I defeated and warned all my clients at our March 1999 Tokyo conference how to defeat Soros and the other bankers who were trying to exploit the Japanese for their fiscal year-end on March 31st that year. I was the one who called in when he was targeting the British pound and confirmed that the pound was overvalued and it would crack which made him all his money.

While I cost Soros perhaps $1 billion in Japan, it was the Russian trade I refused to join when asked to invest $10 billion into Hermitage Capital Management. I warned them that Russia would collapse. I warned my clients at our June 1998 conference in London when the London Financial Times published that forecast on the front page of the second section. Soros lost $2 billion on that one. For years, all I have heard is how Soros and the other bankers & hedge fund guys wanted my company shut down.

When you are in the Financial Industry, your phones are recorded to make certain if you said buy, it would not a sell. I had everything on tape and it would have been enough to send a lot of people to prison for a long time and end this crisis that we are now facing where they are using the money to destroy Western Civilization. The government then claimed it was all destroyed in World Trade Center building 7 that every expert says was a controlled demolition. They claimed all my evidence was destroyed in WTC7.

Did they take down that building to save all the firms on Wall Street that were engaged in market manipulation and targeting other countries’ currencies? There were tapes even bragging about paying bribes to Russian officials to recall all the platinum for inventory. Surely, had the truth surfaced, it would have been a serious international crisis, and we would not be in the position we are today with open borders everywhere.

Soros is famous for saying: “The main obstacle to a stable and just world order is the United States.“ If that is not enough for Congress to summon him to uncover this cabal, then how about: “The main enemy of the open society, I believe, is no longer the communist but the capitalist threat.“

George Soros is perhaps one of the three greatest destroyers of Western Civilization with Klaus Schwab and Bill Gates. Soros has long pointed to academic philosophy as his source of inspiration rather than just personal philosophy. George Soros’s philosophy is organized around the idea of the “Open Society,” a term developed and popularized by Karl Popper (1902-1994), a political philosopher of some influence. Effectively, it stands for a one-world government.

Popper was an academic with no actual real-world investigation like Adam Smith – just theory. He was a self-professed critical rationalist, a dedicated opponent of clearly all forms of skepticism, conventionalism, and relativism. He was a committed advocate and staunch defender of the “Open Society”. According to Popper, open societies guarantee and protect rational exchange, while closed societies force people to submit to authority, whether that authority is religious, political, or economic.

Since 1987, George Soros has published 14 books. He has made it very clear that he leans left and his defining intellectual principle is internationalism. Soros’ political goal is to create a political world not defined by national states, but by a global community whose constituents understand that everyone shares an interest in freedom, equality, and prosperity. In his opinion, the creation of such a global open society is the only way to ensure that humanity overcomes the existential challenges of climate change and nuclear proliferation.

I have zero respect for Soros or his son. The EU was formed on this same theory that a one-world government will eliminate war. These people are totally ignorant of the fact that the Roman Empire represented one government, but the myth of the Pax Romana was precisely that because that ONLY applied to international war. There was a civil war when Julius Caesar crossed the Rubicon in 49 BC. Then there was another civil war between Octavian v Mark Antony & Cleopatra in 31BC 18 years later. The next civil war came with the death of Nero in 68AD, 99 years later. The next Civil War came with the assassination of Commodus in 192AD 124 years later. Then with the death of Caracalla in 217AD, the next Civil War unfolded 25 years later. This was followed by Civil Wars in 235, 244, 249, and 253.

Then the Roman Empire split into three parts in 260AD. This eventually led to reforms of Diocletian and the creation of the Tetrarchy in 284AD. That eventually broke down into another Civil War where Constantine seizes control claiming if there is one God, then there should be one emperor by 305AD – another 21 years later. Thus, during a period of 354 years, there were 11 major Civil Wars. So much for this theory of an “open society” creating this sick dream of a one-world government.

There are major cultural differences that cannot be forced into one. Even in the United States, there are four regional cultures. The Midwest is known as the Bible Belt. They clash with California and New York. In France, there is clearly an undertone of cultural discord. Some call this racism, but it is not about the color of someone’s skin, it is always about culture. Soros’ Open Society is the destroyer of Western Civilization. The West will fall and the new financial center of the world will be China. Our Neocons and their hatred for all Russians is an example of how this nonsense of an Open Society is a complete joke.

The Neocons opposed NATO’s invitation to Russia to join. They wanted to rule Russia and completely destroy the country politically. You cannot impose your culture upon another society.

Ukraine has effectively outlawed the Russian language even in the Donbas where ethnic Russians are not allowed to use their own language. Can you imagine what would happen if the USA banned the Spanish language or Canada outlawed French? The Ukrainian provision took effect on January 16, 2023, as stipulated in Article 25 of the law. It requires print media outlets registered in Ukraine to publish exclusively in Ukrainian. Publications in other languages must also be accompanied by a Ukrainian version, equivalent in content, volume, and method of printing.

The state language law requires that Ukrainian be used in most aspects of public life. The law was adopted and signed by former President Petro Poroshenko in 2019, as he was leaving office, with several provisions scheduled to come into force in subsequent years.

The entire Ukrainian War is a land grab, seize the Donbas and Crimea, outlaw Russian, and force their culture upon the indigenous population there and they have gone as far as to even outlaw the Russian orthodox church. They must change their religion to the Ukrainian version of Christianity.

This entire cabal that thinks they can force everyone into a single culture under a one-world government is threatening everything that humanity was all about. We are surrendering our cultures, our freedoms, and all of our dreams to people who think they can reshape the world as they think it should be. Soros said:

If truth be known, I carried some rather potent messianic fantasies with me from childhood which I felt I had to control, otherwise I might end up in the loony bin. But when I made my way in the world I wanted to indulge myself in my fantasies to the extent that I could afford.

Climate Change Lockdowns Are Coming?

QUESTION: There has been talk that Trudeau will use the fires to claim a climate crisis, and that will justify lockdowns again. Is there any truth to these rumors?

ANSWER: There is definitely the idea of using climate change to justify lockdowns. However, this is really not for climate change but for crowd control. They are well aware of the rising discontent civilly, which historically produces revolution. They are pushing for world war III for two reasons.

First, it will be the excuse to default on all sovereign debt as they are also attracted to the Schwab-Soros solution of a one-world government. If that is the case, then all previous sovereign debt will be null and void. The United States did that with the debt of the Continental Congress when they created the United States. That’s why you can collect the revolutionary currency that was never honored.

Secondly, they fear revolution is in the wind. In order to prevent that from taking place, they need to restrict all travel, censor social media, and lock us down using climate change as the excuse.

You may not know it, but at the Paris climate summit, they REFUSED to allow anyone to testify who disputed their agenda. That was the start of this Cancel Culture. The Guardian published the truth, perhaps ahead of schedule. There are those pushing for lockdowns every two years to meet the Paris requirement of ZERO CO2. Everyone’s future is to change, and they never ONCE allowed anyone to ever vote on this agenda. These people understand that civil unrest is on the rise. They desperately need a diversion. Russia is providing that for now.

Are you willing to send your children or yourself to fight for Ukraine over the Donbas, which is the home to Russians, not Ukrainians, for hundreds of years when it does not impact our lives? They know there will be resistance. If it is too great, you will suddenly see the need for climate change lockdowns.
