Europe is trying to impose a cap on Russian oil at $60 a barrel. Russian authorities rejected a price cap and threatened to stop supplying the nations that endorsed it.
Australia, Britain, Canada, Japan, the United States and the 27-nation European Union agreed to cap what they would pay for Russian oil at $60-per-barrel. The limit is set to take effect along with an EU embargo on Russian oil shipped by sea.
In all honesty, this is the most braindead decision up their with trying to peg currencies. These people constantly reject any understanding of a business cycle and follow in the footsteps of Karl Marx believing that they even have the power to regulate prices of anything. Bretton Woods collapsed because of this same stupid reasoning of fixing the the dollar to gold at $35 per ounce. They capped the price of gold to dollars but never limited the amount of dollars they created. A 3-year old with a pocket calculator could have figured out that system would collapse.
So here we are with world leaders once again engaging in absolute stupidity that will come back to to rue the day they ever came up with this idea. If the price of oil rises to $100, they will prevent their own economies from acquiring energy. That would push the price of oil up even higher if they can only then buy non-Russian oil. Crude closed 2021 at $75.21. In their mind, they are trying still to destroy the Russian economy. This trick will only backfire.
Then this high-heel dancing head of Ukraine, President Volodymyr Zelensky, meanwhile, actually revealed the Ukrainian hatred of Russians and why Russia came to the aid of the Donbas because they would massacre every Russian they get their hands on as they did in Odessa as the West was silent for Russians are not entitled to human rights. Andriy Yermak, the head of Zelensky’s office, wrote on Telegram, staking out a position also favored by Poland which has also lost its mind, which will further create World War III since that is what has already been announced against Russia.

Granted, Russia’s crude has already been selling for around $60 a barrel, which is a deep discount from the international benchmark Brent. Whatever these people can do to create chaos in the world markets and bring the world to the brink of a major international war, they are doing it brilliantly.
BTW, our model called the low in 2020, had a Directional Change for 2022, and the next key turning point is the strongest on the Array in 2023. So thank you, braindead politicians. I am sure they will blame Putin and argue he is using energy as a weapon when, by their own statements, that is what they are doing to bring down Russia.
These world leaders are trying to cap the price of oil below market value and then this evil leader of Ukraine, Zelensky, wants the cap to be $30. I warned that Zelensky will be the man, or whatever pronoun he/she prefers, that will create World War III just as the Serbs began World War I. A low in 2023 will most likely see a slingshot up into the years ahead.

ANSWER: We all are human and as such we make mistakes. I understand that the big picture with war and events seems to be never wrong. That is Socrates – not me. I have been wrong in regard to my interpretation at times, but the cycles are always correct like the ECM.
I was one of the first International Hedge Fund Managers. I had even warned Congress back in 1985 that they should merge the CFTC and SEC because complying with one meant you went to prison with the other. They forced funds management offshore. We are all connected. You cannot have gold rise to $10,000 and the dollar turns to dust and nothing else happens. The world economy is like a set of dominoes. If you get the first one right, all the rest will follow.
These people who try to forecast one market can NEVER be correct for the wildcard always comes externally. Right now, the Ukraine war is impacting the global economy and markets. You could not asses the impact by simply watching the Fed. If it were not for (1) the stupid lockdowns of COVID disrupting the supply chain, then (2) this proxy war against Russia and imposing the absurd sanctions on them when they are a key supplier around the world in many areas, then inflation would not have risen and the Fed would not be raising interest rates. Those in power simply only look in front of their nose. Every action has a ripple effect that impacts long-term events. We cannot escape that. I have designed Socrates to survive me. It is not my opinion and when I do express my opinion I state the difference. Even my interpretation of an array can be wrong, not the array.
Everything is connected. We cannot escape that. Without Socrates monitoring everything around the world and writing its own reports on over 1,000 instruments globally, there is nobody who can possibly compete with a personal opinion. The world is far too complex for an individual to see everything from a personal gut feeling.

Interest Rates peaked the very day at 1981.35. The end of that wave was 1985.65 the month of July. It was the beginning of a Private Wave which will end 2037.25.
We published charts back in Barron’s during the early 1980s showing gold in dollars compared to a basket of currencies. We ended up with the largest institutions in the world because our reports went out on telex and the communication costs per market were $225 per day. Only the biggest institutions could afford our services. Then came fax, and then email which has expanded our reach to everyone these days. But make no mistake about this. People may criticize me and others are desperate to try to prevent people from using us. It is either because they cannot compete and pretend this is my opinion rather than a computer, or they want to manipulate the markets and we just get in their way.
The West Simply Wants War With Russia

If you dare suggest peace, you suddenly are painted as a Putin Supporter. The West simply wants war and this is really about Climate Change. Even the propaganda pretending this is all Putin and if somehow he was removed, the world would be better is utter nonsense. We may see the reality of that come April/May 2023. The West is perfectly fine with sacrificing the Ukrainian people for their agenda. They are just collateral damage that they are willing to sacrifice until the last Ukrainian dies.
There are people who know Russia as I do. The press will not air their views or question the narrative they have been instructed to push because it goes against their desired agenda. Former Commander of US Army General Ben Hodges admitted that Putin’s successor will be “much worse.” Hodges said. “We see the North Caucasus and (Chechen leader Ramzan) Kadyrov, who is anticipating Russia’s possible collapse and is trying to protect himself somehow. I absolutely don’t call for regime change in Russia – this is the choice for the Russian people to make, but we must understand that whoever comes after Putin will be much worse.”
What the Western news is presenting is worse than propaganda – it is a deliberate lie. The West is really waging war for Climate Change. This is why not a single Western leader is calling for any peace or negotiation. My mentor in geopolitical analysis has been Henry Kissinger. Henry has publicly stated that EVERY president has always invited him to the White House but not Biden.
On the other side of the world, the US has been supplying military equipment to Taiwan since 1979 under the Taiwan Relations Act. Before Biden, the US has agreed to acknowledge the One China policy that states Taiwan is under Chinese rule. “A direct confrontation should be avoided and Taiwan cannot be the core of the negotiations because it is between China and the United States,” Kissinger stated, going as far as to say neutrality is crucial to “overall peace.”
In pledging to defend Taiwan from any Chinese attack, the president has made war with China much more likely. He has openly reverse policy with China since the days of Nixon. The Climate Change people in his administration driven by the insane Progressive Green Movement, has done everything possible to create World War III with no regard for humanity because the planet takes top priority. I suppose a bunch of nukes flying around is good for the planet if it removes more of we – the new plague of vermin.
Biden Pushes Iran into the Arms of Russia

For the life of me, whoever is writing the cue cards for Biden is clearly either deliberately trying to create World War III or is the most stupid person in the history of geopolitical analysis. Nobody, even in the CIA who analyzes global politics, would possibly be this stupid. Imposing the Russian sanctions has been a warning to the world that if you cross the Biden Administration, you can be removed from the SWIFT System and the global economy. Every nation that has been frustrated with US policy over the decades is now firmly crossing the line.
Sanctions NEVER work! Even in the case of Iran, Turkey was secretly laundering money for Iran, selling gold into the market to allow them to circumvent sanctions. What Biden has done with sanctions on Russia has only warned China to move quickly with their CIPS system to compete with SWIFT. So when Russian forces entered Syria on the ECM turning point 2015.75 to the day, it was an ominous event. Russia was not only backing the Assad regime, but it was also backing the Iranian pipeline. You had to be completely blind not to think Iran would join Russia against Ukraine.
Over the past several days, Iran has formerly informed international inspectors that it will now produce “near” bomb-grade nuclear fuel. They have also done what the US has done and built a facility deep inside a mountain that some sources say would withstand even a nuclear attack. Iran is now clearly expanding its nuclear fuel production at a plant that, over the years, both Israel and the United States have repeatedly sabotaged.
Iranian is now, as I have warned, siding with Russia before they began providing Russia with drones for its war in Ukraine. For the life of me, I cannot understand how anyone thought they could wage war against Russia and nobody else would join the party. Iran has the capability also to begin providing missiles for Russia in Ukraine. Of course, Biden accused Iran of once again violating Iraqi territory to conduct direct attacks against the Kurds.
What is unfolding is that the Biden Administration has created a formidable force along the lines of World War III — China, Russia, North Korea, and Iran, with the potential to bring in Turkey, will be the opponents of the USA, Japan, South Korea, and the EU along with the UK.
A new era of direct confrontation between the Biden Administration and Iran has erupted like a volcano suddenly and without warning because the Biden Administration has been either blind or just stupid. Once Biden imposed the sanctions on Russia and insisted that there would be no negotiations for peace between Ukraine and Russia, using the Ukrainian people as pawns, this emerging alliance was perhaps hidden for a while by headlines covering Ukraine. We are also witnessing rising US competition with China alongside the fact that negotiations with Tehran have simply stalled for 18 months, running out the clock, while Iran improved its nuclear capability.
Sources confirm that at the White House, national security meetings never consider peace in Ukraine, and with respect to Iran, there to they have only focused on creating a strategy to undermine Iran’s nuclear plans, as has been the case for decades. John Kirby, a spokesman for the National Security Council at the White House, boldly simply told the Voice of America:
“We are at an impasse right now, and we’re not focused on that.”
This entire Ukrainian War is really a Climate Change War to destroy the Russian economy, which is the largest fossil fuel producer in the world and accounts for 50% of its GDP. Bombing the Nord Stream Pipeline was not to win this war in Ukraine; it was to terminate the energy sales to Europe and force Germany and the EU into Green.
Queensland Senator Demands National Security Alert over WEF Global Domination

Klaus Schwab has publicly boasted about infiltrating government cabinets around the world. His plans for the Great Reset are public information that anyone can access. The World Economic Forum (WEF) molds its Young Leaders as they see fit and strategically places them in positions of power throughout every global agency and government. The agenda has never been a mystery, as Schwab states his intentions on his website, in books, and in every interview. His ideas seem so outlandish to the average person that they have been dismissed as merely a conspiracy, with Schwab being seen as an eccentric billionaire who wants to better the world.
Senator Malcolm Roberts from Queensland is now demanding answers. Schwab’s growing infiltration of government should have triggered a National Security Alert, Roberts said. No one voted for Schwab or the WEF to lead them. “Parliament belongs to no one but the Australian people,” Roberts firmly stated.
Roberts has been speaking out against the WEF for some time. If the Great Reset is a conspiracy theory, why are governments following the WEF’s policies? “The Global Identity Project is designed to shift the global economy away from private ownership and into what the WEF calls an “access model” where you own nothing but rent goods and services from the world’s billionaires and billionaire corporations,” Roberts explained earlier in the year. He warned that they are using “sustainability” as a lie to turn the public into slaves who have no power over their government and will create a closed-loop economy.
Schwab and his WEF are indeed a threat to national security across the globe. Who are they paying, and how has he successfully infiltrated governments across the world? Leaders like Trudeau, who blatantly follow Schwab’s advice, are not fit to lead and should be investigated for their part in destroying the world economy to Build [it] Back Better.

Zelenskyy Asks for Another $55 Billion to Pay for Budget, Infrastructure, Government Expenses and Pensions of Ukraine

Has anyone stopped to ask why the United States taxpayer is responsible for funding the government operations of Ukraine, to include the paychecks and pensions of Ukrainian government officials, or nah?
As Joe Biden and various Democrat and Republican leaders are gleefully willing to keep pushing U.S. taxpayer money into Ukraine, there does come a time when we have to start asking some questions about the disconnect in regard to the opinion of the American people. Ukraine Supporters & Denial of History

I apologize, the proposal began in 1991 for Russia to join NATO. But the final agreement with respect to Ukraine’s nukes was not in Belgrade but in Budapest. History has been rewritten to support the war against Russia for climate change. I have never seen any account of history that reports NATO invited Russia to join in 1991. Some people are so pro-Ukrainian that it is insane. They are really cheering for World War III and no doubt believed in COVID, Weapons of Mass Destruction in Iraq, and Hillary’s RussiaGate. They refuse to open their eyes to see that they have been played for fools as always to justify war.
So cheer all you want. This war will NOT be confined to just Ukraine you can watch it on TV as if it is some video game. Ukraine was the 3rd largest nuclear power. That was a fact. The US paid them to surrender their nukes to Russia and they in turn provided nuclear power rods for electricity. James Baker warned about loose nukes and Ukraine was one of the three republics that ended up with nukes. The difference was, Ukraine wanted to use them on Moscow. All my sources back then were deeply concerned that Ukraine just could not ever be trusted. It was Ukraine that kept the cold war going. Zelensky has supported the Ukrainian Neo-Nazis who have even bragged that they feed the bones of Russian-speaking children to their pet wolves. I have fact-checked that and it is a true statement made to the press.
My dealing with Ukrainian governments has always been: Just show me the money. Ukraine is a corrupt black hole. History will show who is on the right and wrong side if any side survives.
Good luck with your hatred. Remember, there is a funny thing about what we call karma. What you wish on someone else may be what becomes your own undoing. So don’t worry. Your hatred of Russia will end that nation, but it will be a Phryic War and nobody will survive. So cheer the loss of your future. You will get what you deserve in spades.
The Polish Association of Memory of Victims of Crimes of Ukrainian Nationalists documented 135 methods of torture and murder practiced by Ukrainian Nazis. Poland officially called the Ukrainian actions genocide. The Ukrainians have been protected by the CIA for decades ONLY because they hated Russians. They continue to protect the Ukrainian Nazis only because they are waging war against Russia.
The Ukrainians were unprecedented in their war crimes during WWII and the sheer outright cruelty one would expect only exists in some B-Rated horror movies. This included:
- Running children through with stakes
- Cutting a person’s throat and pulling their tongue out through the hole
- Sawing a person’s torso in half with a carpenter’s saw
- Cutting open the belly of a woman in an advanced stage of pregnancy, removing the fetus, and replacing it with a live cat, before sewing up her abdomen.
- Cutting open a pregnant women’s abdomen and pouring in broken glass
- Nailing a small child to a door.
Ignore all the history you want to keep fanning the flames of war. When you lose everything, remember – you asked for this result.
Associated Press Fires Journalist Who Claimed Russian Missiles Hit Poland, Creating Panic and Calls for War

The Associated Press received a lot of international scorn for reporting incorrectly that Russia fired missiles into Poland {Backstory}.
As soon as the AP attributed the missile attack to Russia almost immediately other media outlets began promoting calls for a NATO led war against Russia. Additionally, the G20 summit was taking place and various international leaders began discussing an article-5 convention against Russia.
However, the single source of the AP report was wrong, a senior U.S. intelligence official, if there actually was a source. It was the Ukraine military who fired the missile into Poland, not Russia.
The Daily Beast notes today that the Associated Press has fired James LaPorta, the journalist who made the claim of Russian origin.
(Via Daily Beast) – The Associated Press scared much of the world last Tuesday when it alerted readers that “a senior U.S. intelligence official” said “Russian missiles crossed into NATO member Poland, killing two people.”
That report, which was widely cited across the internet and on cable news, was taken offline the following day and replaced with an editor’s note admitting the single source was wrong and that “subsequent reporting showed that the missiles were Russian-made and most likely fired by Ukraine in defense against a Russian attack.”
On Monday, the AP fired James LaPorta, the investigative reporter responsible for that story, Confider has learned.
The piece, which was originally co-bylined with John Leicester (who is still working at the AP), attributed the information to a single “senior U.S. intelligence official,” despite the AP’s rule that it “routinely seeks and requires more than one source when sourcing is anonymous.” (read more)
Retired US General: Whoever Comes After Putin Will be Much Worse

Former Commander of US Army General Ben Hodges admitted that Putin’s successor will be “much worse.” This is what I have warned, as Putin is surprisingly a middle-of-the-road leader compared to others. Hodges believes that the Russian government is already split on the Ukraine war, as many have personally faced sanctions and monetary losses. People think that the war can end by simply removing Putin, but this is simply not true.
“Alexander Dugin (Russian ultra-nationalist philosopher) openly says that Putin needs to be killed,” Hodges said. “We see the North Caucasus and (Chechen leader Ramzan) Kadyrov, who is anticipating Russia’s possible collapse and is trying to protect himself somehow. I absolutely don’t call for regime change in Russia – this is the choice for the Russian people to make, but we must understand that whoever comes after Putin will be much worse.”
The West began discussing reparation payments from Russia months ago. Consequently, losing the war could mean losing Russia. More than just the Donbas area is on the line as we have seen nations and empires divided after wars countless times. Hodges believes a Russian loss would lead to a complete disintegration of the Russian state.
“Under a Russia break-up scenario, you could have a lot of new nuclear-armed states that were divided amongst one another on ethnic lines,” he said. “That raises fears about conflict, spill-over and escalation and nationalism. How do you manage those nuclear weapons? How do you prevent a sort of statelet from going rogue?” This would only lead to growing civil unrest and wars among newly created states. History will never surprise us — it always repeats.
Removing Putin will not end the war. There are men waiting in line behind Putin who would rather nuke us all into oblivion before watching their nation dissolve. This is why I say that the West must abandon Ukraine and urge peace. Ukraine could not defeat Russia without Western aid, and Russia could not be controlled without the checks and balances of the West. The politicians do not understand that there will be no winner in this war.
