Under Deposition FBI Admits Giving Targeting Instructions to Tech Giants and Social Media Companies for Blocks and Content Removal

It is very well known by now that FBI agents worked within social media networks like Facebook, Twitter and Instagram through direct portals connecting the government to the backdoors of the networks. The Dept of Homeland Security (DHS) continue to operate in partnership with various tech systems and platforms to monitor content.
During a deposition this week the FBI admitted to giving instructions to tech companies like Google, Apple and Microsoft to block URLs without a basis in legality. Essentially the ideology of the FBI and DHS determines the targets of the content removal, blockage and/or censoring.
To repeat, these are not FBI and DHS instructions based on defined criminal activity, these are government instructions based on disagreements over ‘information’ as espoused by the content provider.
Information the government agrees with is safe; however, information the U.S. government doesn’t agree with is targeted. Obviously, a person of reasonable intelligence can see the problem with allowing law enforcement to determine which information is valid and which information is invalid.
(Fox News) – On Tuesday, lawyers from the offices of Attorneys General Eric Schmitt of Missouri and Jeff Landry of Louisiana deposed FBI Supervisory Special Agent Elvis Chan as part of their lawsuit against the Biden administration. That suit accuses high-ranking government officials of working with giant social media companies “under the guise of combating misinformation” to achieve greater censorship.
Chan, who serves in the FBI’s San Francisco bureau, was questioned under oath by court order about his alleged “critical role” in “coordinating with social-media platforms relating to censorship and suppression of speech on their platforms.”
During the deposition, Chan said that he, along with the FBI’s Foreign Influence Task Force and senior Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency officials, had weekly meetings with major social media companies … Fox News Digital also learned that, according to Chan’s testimony, the FBI regularly sends social media companies lists of internet URLs and social media accounts that should be taken down because they are “disinformation” from “malign foreign influence operations.” The FBI then inquires whether the platforms have taken down the content. On many occasions, the platforms take down the accounts flagged by the FBI.
“Since filing our lawsuit, we’ve uncovered troves of discovery that show a massive ‘censorship enterprise,’” Attorney General Eric Schmitt told Fox News Digital. “Now, we’re deposing top government officials, and we’re one of the first to get a look under the hood — the information we’ve uncovered through those depositions has been shocking to say the least. It’s clear from Tuesday’s deposition that the FBI has an extremely close role in working to censor freedom of speech.” (read more)
[DISCLAIMER: CTH has a heightened awareness on this issue because I received a congressional subpoena based entirely on a Tweet that was discovered to have been attributed to an account set up by a Twitter employee to create CTH as a target. What we discovered was that Twitter employees have the ability to manipulate the platform to create real world outcomes. A variation on “swatting” by Twitter. As a result, knowing that FBI and DHS officials target user accounts based on content, and knowing that Twitter employees have the ability to create content with false attribution to targeted user accounts, it’s worth an even larger pause when considering the relationship. /SD]

Elon Musk Releases Documents Showing U.S. Government Instructed Twitter Platform to Remove Political Content, a Clear First Amendment Violation

Twitter CEO Elon Musk selected Matt Taibbi, one of the rare independent voices in media, as the vessel to review and share a litany of internal documents from within the social media platform showing details of how the federal government and DNC officials gave instructions to Twitter personnel to remove content.

Elon Musk followed up the current release with a statement saying, “Twitter acting by itself to suppress free speech is not a 1st amendment violation, but acting under orders from the government to suppress free speech, with no judicial review, is.”

Imagine That – Wall Street Journal Finally Admits Energy Inflation Will Keep Retail Food Prices High, Regardless of Commodity Price Market

A slight drop in the overall national pretending index is noted today; actually, more like a twitch toward the reality side of the meter.
CTH has been outlining the supply side inflation issue in the highly consumable goods sector, specifically the foods sector, for almost two years now. Mainstream and financial pundits have denied its existence.
According to the Friedman view of traditional economics, only monetary policy drives inflation. However, Friedman never lived in -nor fathomed- an era when the collective western governments would intentionally shrink the economy in order to save the planet via climate change.
The intentional diminishment of energy production is the #1 source of increasing consumer prices. Inflation is not an issue of high demand for the subsequent goods produced. Raising interest rates diminishes demand for durable goods but has zero impact on the increasingly higher prices of intentionally scare resources like oil, coal and natural gas.
While maintaining the pretending due to the alignment with multinational and corporate interests, the Wall Street Journal starts admitting today that prices are not likely to drop, regardless of commodity prices. Even with abundant harvests, strong grain & soybean production, abundant pork and beef commodities, the costs associated with the production of food products will stop any downward price pressure.
(WSJ) Global prices for commodities such as wheat and sugar have fallen back to where they were a year ago, but consumers are still likely to feel the pinch at the checkout.
[…] Higher energy and power costs are also fueling food-price inflation. “That product on the shelf has a lot of the oil price built in,” said Kathy Kriskey, a commodity strategist at Invesco.
Costlier energy means it costs more to transport and package food, while supermarkets are paying more to power their stores. Higher gas prices also lead to increased fertilizer costs, while wage bills are also rising rapidly.
Supermarkets have more incentive to freeze than to lower prices, Ms. Kriskey added, since that gives them more flexibility if other input costs such as energy rise further in the coming months. (read more)
Now think about the inflation dynamic from a source origination position.
If the variable of abundance/scarcity is removed from the equation and yet high consumer prices remain – then what was the primary originating cost pressure on the end product?
The globalists can keep pretending, which they certainly are, and yet the answer to that question is obvious.
Our current level of inflation is not an outcome of consumer demand and/or monetary supply. The current level of inflation is a direct outcome of lowering traditional energy development, raising the cost of energy production, making oil, coal and natural gas more expensive, and then watching prices rise from the supply side origination.
The scale of inflation is a direct outcome of the scale of energy price increase. As long as energy prices remain high, regardless of the abundance of the commodity the price for the foodstuff will remain high. Food inflation has nothing to do with food scarcity and everything to do with increases in the costs to produce food.
We are in a price plateau right now, waiting to see how much further energy production will be restricted.
This is what western political leaders call “managing the transition”. Put another way, they are managing the overall decline of western civilization.
Florida Governor Follows West Virginia in Pulling State Funds from Blackrock Over ESG Investing

West Virginia Treasurer Riley Moore lead the way earlier this year in removing Wall Street financial firms from holding state funds due to ‘Environmental, Social and Governance’ or ‘ESG’ climate change ideology driving investment decisions.
West Virginia had been the tip of the spear since early 2021 {link} removing Blackrock in January of 2022, and even removed banking contracts from multiple investment firms during the battle and asked other states to join in the effort {link}.
Today, Florida Chief Financial Officer Jimmy Patronis announced the DeSantis administration would be following the lead from West Virginia.
[FLORIDA] – […] State Chief Financial Officer Jimmy Patronis announced Thursday that Florida will immediately freeze about $1.43 billion in long-term securities and about $600 million in short-term overnight investments managed by BlackRock because of the firm’s use of “Environmental, Social, and Governance” standards — known as ESG.
Patronis in a prepared statement said he doesn’t “trust BlackRock’s ability to deliver” and “BlackRock CEO Larry Fink is on a campaign to change the world.”
“Whether stakeholder capitalism, or ESG standards, are being pushed by BlackRock for ideological reasons, or to develop social credit ratings, the effect is to avoid dealing with the messiness of democracy,” Patronis said.
Republican leaders in Florida and across the country have targeted ESG ratings, which can involve considering a wide range of issues in investments, such as companies’ climate-change vulnerabilities; carbon emissions; racial inequality; product safety; supply-chain labor standards; privacy and data security; and executive compensation.
Patronis said the state Department of Financial Services oversees about $60 billion and that the money with BlackRock will be moved “elsewhere.” (read more)
As part of the ongoing 2024 positioning effort, the ConInc influencers in/around Florida Governor Ron DeSantis attempted to claim Florida had led the way on the initiative. However, the reality of DeSantis as a bandwagoneer is brutally obvious to anyone who followed the previous effort and the backlash against West Virginia.
It’s good to see Florida join the effort.
Dutch Farming Crisis

This is one of those unbelievable stories of how Climate Change is being taken to such an extreme, we will unleash a serious wave of deaths from both starvation and coming freezing temperatures without fuel. The Dutch government actually is planning to buy out and close as many as 3,000 farms in the country, which set off a major protest with growers stood against their insane leaders’ attempt to now cut the country’s nitrogen emissions by 50% according to the EU deadline of 2030. This is all in the face of a total lack of ANY scientific evidence that any of this has ever changed the climate which has historically always changed.
Nobody will address how all the so-called scientists swore we were headed into an ice age during the 1970s. Then Al Gore singled handedly turned it around and said no – it’s global warming. Then to cope with bouts of cold weather, they called it Climate Change so if it was hot or cold they would NEVER be wrong.
These Dutch politicians have now said that they plan to allocate some $25 billion to buy out farmers stripping them of their farms and livelihood. They want to now purchase between 2,000 and 3,000 Dutch farms stripping them of their property rights and the very freedom that is the distinction between a free society and an authoritarian dream of relentless and endless power.
Where the Great Depression was made really “great” because there was also an environmental crisis known as the Dust Bowl, this time politicians want to create the same crisis all over again. Agriculture accounted for 40% of the Civil Workforce at the time in the USA. This is what drove unemployment to 25%. This time, we have politicians deliberately seeking to create a major food crisis all in the name of Climate Change.
It took the Dow Jones Industrials 26 years to ever retest the 1929 high. The Great Depression upended the civil workforce. It took World War II to create employment and to reduce the world population to enable everything to restart from square one. Ironically, it took the combustion engine to replace the labor in agriculture just to prevent massive starvation. Now that is what they want to destroy in addition to crops.
The Dutch plan to halve its nitrogen emissions by 2030 in accordance with European Union conservation rules, looks to be far more drastic. To meet that target, the government estimates that 11,200 farms will have to close, and 17,600 others will have to reduce their livestock numbers significantly.
What we must understand is that just back in the 1980s, the Netherlands was deeply concerned that they would be unable to feed its 17 million people. They were on a mission to produce twice as much food using half as many resources in a country that is just a bit bigger than the state of Maryland.
Netherlands’ policies to expand food production were accomplished and they became the world’s second-largest exporter of agricultural products by value behind the United States. Therefore, this sudden attack on farming is more than just a U-Turn. With the Netherlands as a major food producer is among the largest exporters of agricultural and food technology, this threatens food shortages spreading as a contagion.
The Netherlands produces 4 million cows, 13 million pigs, and 104 million chickens annually and is Europe’s biggest meat exporter. The EU is out to upend the economy of the Netherlands all for this fictional Climate Change theory. The Netherlands also provides vegetables to much of Western Europe. They have nearly 24,000 acres — almost twice the size of Manhattan — of crops grown in greenhouses that require less fertilizer and water. Dutch farms use only a half-gallon of water to grow about a pound of tomatoes, while the global average is more than 28 gallons.
What is taking place in the Netherlands is a very dark omen for humanity. The most efficient nation on earth for producing food is to be destroyed all for CO2. These people will not be satisfied until the death rate rises and civil unrest explodes as people turn hungry. As they say – even an honest man will become a thief when starving.
Biden Pushes Iran into the Arms of Russia

For the life of me, whoever is writing the cue cards for Biden is clearly either deliberately trying to create World War III or is the most stupid person in the history of geopolitical analysis. Nobody, even in the CIA who analyzes global politics, would possibly be this stupid. Imposing the Russian sanctions has been a warning to the world that if you cross the Biden Administration, you can be removed from the SWIFT System and the global economy. Every nation that has been frustrated with US policy over the decades is now firmly crossing the line.
Sanctions NEVER work! Even in the case of Iran, Turkey was secretly laundering money for Iran, selling gold into the market to allow them to circumvent sanctions. What Biden has done with sanctions on Russia has only warned China to move quickly with their CIPS system to compete with SWIFT. So when Russian forces entered Syria on the ECM turning point 2015.75 to the day, it was an ominous event. Russia was not only backing the Assad regime, but it was also backing the Iranian pipeline. You had to be completely blind not to think Iran would join Russia against Ukraine.
Over the past several days, Iran has formerly informed international inspectors that it will now produce “near” bomb-grade nuclear fuel. They have also done what the US has done and built a facility deep inside a mountain that some sources say would withstand even a nuclear attack. Iran is now clearly expanding its nuclear fuel production at a plant that, over the years, both Israel and the United States have repeatedly sabotaged.
Iranian is now, as I have warned, siding with Russia before they began providing Russia with drones for its war in Ukraine. For the life of me, I cannot understand how anyone thought they could wage war against Russia and nobody else would join the party. Iran has the capability also to begin providing missiles for Russia in Ukraine. Of course, Biden accused Iran of once again violating Iraqi territory to conduct direct attacks against the Kurds.
What is unfolding is that the Biden Administration has created a formidable force along the lines of World War III — China, Russia, North Korea, and Iran, with the potential to bring in Turkey, will be the opponents of the USA, Japan, South Korea, and the EU along with the UK.
A new era of direct confrontation between the Biden Administration and Iran has erupted like a volcano suddenly and without warning because the Biden Administration has been either blind or just stupid. Once Biden imposed the sanctions on Russia and insisted that there would be no negotiations for peace between Ukraine and Russia, using the Ukrainian people as pawns, this emerging alliance was perhaps hidden for a while by headlines covering Ukraine. We are also witnessing rising US competition with China alongside the fact that negotiations with Tehran have simply stalled for 18 months, running out the clock, while Iran improved its nuclear capability.
Sources confirm that at the White House, national security meetings never consider peace in Ukraine, and with respect to Iran, there to they have only focused on creating a strategy to undermine Iran’s nuclear plans, as has been the case for decades. John Kirby, a spokesman for the National Security Council at the White House, boldly simply told the Voice of America:
“We are at an impasse right now, and we’re not focused on that.”
This entire Ukrainian War is really a Climate Change War to destroy the Russian economy, which is the largest fossil fuel producer in the world and accounts for 50% of its GDP. Bombing the Nord Stream Pipeline was not to win this war in Ukraine; it was to terminate the energy sales to Europe and force Germany and the EU into Green.
Sunday Talks, Kristi Noem Implies New Leadership Needed for RNC Chair

In the 2024 GOPe roadmap for 2024, analytically and strategically South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem would be anticipated as the second-to-last entrant, followed by a carefully introduced Governor Ron DeSantis.
The most likely establishment framework would be for the prior entrants, Nikki Haley, Liz Cheney, Tim Scott and the two Mikes’ Pence/Pompeo to do the maximum negative attack damage against President Trump prior to the dynamic duo arrival. Flow through the ’24 primaries and Trump, DeSantis and Noem would be the last three standing before the wunderkinds’ team up after Nevada for the final assault. Standing where we are today, something like that seems most likely. It tracks.
With that in mind and reminding ourselves that Noem has already pre-seeded with the customary and proverbial book launch, it is worthwhile paying close attention to how Team Koch and Kristi Noem organize their staging. In this interview, which reflects her very good and pragmatic position as a sponge for base voters, Mrs. Noem outlines her current views on the state of all things political, and, similar to Team DeSantis, stays high-road and reserves her jabs for Biden.
However, perhaps the most interesting aspect to the pragmatic position is Noem’s willingness to politely distance herself from the RNC mainstream by saying it’s time for new leadership at the chair. At 06:35 of the interview segment below, Noem does a good job of strategically and diplomatically calling for Ronna McDaniel to be replaced. WATCH:
Sharp, very sharp. Governor Noem is formidable, dare I say strategic, and Wall Street stealthy in her pragmatism. She knows where the third rail of anti-MAGA is located and has a solid skillset around how to avoid it. When she enters, she will scoop up Haley’s fractured team – hence a later entry should be predicted.
Sunday Talks, Roosterhead Introduces The 2024 Tim Scott Platform, The Political Version of Tony Robbins

Eh, this one is beyond predictable. South Carolina Trey ‘Roosterhead’ Gowdy introduces South Carolina Senator Tim Scott to deliver his 2024 leadership platform.
It’s worth watching the interview to see the role Senator Scott will play in the upcoming GOP contest. Senator Scott will likely arrive in the first four grouping shortly after another New Yorker from South Carolina, Nikki Haley.
Scott gives the GOPe club a branding lift and has likely been honing the passive aggressive skillset. The ¹linguistic training by Senator Scott is unmistakable. WATCH:

Senator Time Scott is well skilled in assembling soundbite sentences. It’s a linguistic skill that can be effective; however, once you see and hear it, you can never listen to the person and not see and hear it. Language starts to become too rehearsed. Listen to Tim Scott long enough and you see the skill of linguistic soundbites being overused. It starts to become annoying.
Roosterhead’s constant tee-setting is a little over-the-top and not subtle.
