Australia Prioritizing the Creation of a Wholesale CBDC

The Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) is rapidly developing a wholesale central bank digital currency (CBDC) as developed nations move toward a cashless society. RBA Assistant Governor Brad Jones announced that the bank is launching Project Acacia next month, with the goal of developing a wholesale CBDC within the next three years.

The first form of this digital currency is not yet intended for retail, but extensive research has gone into determining how Australia can transition away from hard currency. Last year, the central bank partnered with the Digital Finance Cooperative Research Center (DFCRC) to determine the best methods to begin transitioning away from the Australian dollar, with reports last stating “a CBDC could be viewed more as an enabling complement to, rather than substitute for, private sector innovation.” The program studied corporate bond settlements by the Australian Bonds Exchange, tokenized FX settlements, as well as offline payments from ANZ bank. The pilot program was met with some difficulties, but the central bank is now committed to uncovering the proper method prior to deployment. “Some uncertainties related to the bespoke nature of the pilot CBDC itself. For instance, the pilot CBDC was issued as a contractual liability of the RBA rather than under a legislative framework, as would likely be the case if a decision was ever made to issue a CBDC in the future,” the report added.

Jones indicated that industry forums will begin in 2025 to discover methods for deploying both wholesale and retail methods. “We have benefited significantly from engagement with industry and the academic community on various CBDC issues over recent years, and we now seek to put more structure around this dialogue,” he said. “These forums would play a similar role to those the RBA has convened in recent years with economists from industry and academia, to hear different views on monetary policy issues.”

For now, wholesale CBDC and tokenized commercial bank deposits are the priority. Jones called recent developments “revolutionary,” as they very well will change our monetary system. About 98% of the global economy, or 134 countries, are exploring methods to launch CBDCs successfully. The Australian Government will be the final decision-maker on the matter, and rest assured all governments are eager to implement an effective digital currency as soon as possible as they believe they will see a large uptick in taxation as no “money” can find its way off the grid under this system. Some of my sources say that governments believe they can increase taxation by up to 35% under a cashless society. “If cash usage continues to decline, it has been suggested in some jurisdictions that a retail CBDC may be needed to preserve monetary sovereignty,” Jones further stated.

Australian Govt Lets Unvaccinated Teen Die

Dazelle Peters, 17, of New South Wales lost her battle to leukemia last week. Doctors believed that they could save her life through a lung transplant, but her request was repeatedly rejected. Why? Solely because she was not vaccinated for COVID-19.

St. Vincent’s Hospital in Sydney released a statement saying: “Vaccination status against various infections is a critical part of this assessment in order to ensure optimal prospects of survival post-transplant.” What evidence exists to support this claim? There is not one study that suggests an organ transplant is more effective with the mRNA COVID vaccine, in fact, studies would suggest the contrary.

Her father told news outlets that the hospital called his daughter a “major threat to everyone [who was currently hospitalized] who had done the right thing” as she could spread COVID. Anyone could spread COVID. There is no evidence that the vaccine can prevent transmission or infection. Australia is still operating based on “the science” that Anthony Fauci himself has revealed to be a lie.

Federal Assistant Health Minister Ged Kearney said that the Australian government could not intervene in clinical decisions based on mandates that the government implemented. The government of South Wales said the hospital was merely following the guidelines presented by the International Society of Heart/Lung Transplantation recommendations, and the Transplant Society of Australia and New Zealand.

The rules surrounding COVID have claimed far more lives than the actual virus. Australia has become completely tyrannical in dealing with this flu variant. When will these people be held responsible for all the lives they have claimed in the name of “science?” This young girl could be alive today if the government permitted medical autonomy.

Macquarie Bank has announced it will Abolish Cash and it warns customers to prepare for the new CASHLESS WORD to ensure the government knows everything about you and what you are buying or selling. Macquarie has just over $250 billion in assets. They have informed clients that.

“Between January 2024 and November 2024, we’ll be phasing out our cash and cheque services across all Macquarie banking and wealth management products, including pension and super accounts.” 

Australia is way ahead of the game with its socialistic agendas. They have been obsessed with taxes and have even gone as far as stalking children on their way to school and checking the school to see how they are being paid. This is real Hitler stuff. The Swiss created numbered accounts because Hitler forbade a German from having any account outside Germany.

As an Australian resident, you are taxed on your worldwide income. This means you must declare all income you receive from foreign sources in your income tax return.  The government wants two years in prison for anyone who paid for anything with more than $10,000 in cash. Australians have been blocked by Amazon from buying anything from their US site because the government has effectively imposed a tariff of 10% on anything an Australian may purchase under $1,000 from the internet overseas. The government directed Banks to hand over any information on the unexplained wealth of a convicted person in Australia. The socialists are insane down under. They want to impose that when you die, nothing goes to your children – it all should belong to the government.

Macquarie Bank is carrying out the final straw – the end of all CASH – that evil thing that keeps socialists up every night worrying about what you might have under the mattress. Cyclically, the Australia Act 1986 effectively terminated the ability of the British Parliament or Government to make laws for Australia or its States. That is the true date for Australian Independence cyclically. We are looking at how this present socialist government will collapse post-2032, but the process may begin by 2027. By 2037, we should see a completely new government for their ideas will bring the government crashing down the same as they brought Communism down in 1989-1991.

The World’s Most Censored Democracy

Australia is rapidly becoming the most censored “democracy” in the world. The Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) regulates all media from broadcasting, telecommunications, online search results, video games, to social media platforms. The Classification Board and Classification Review Board decides what information Australians can and cannot see. The government has even appointed an eSafety Commissioner to specifically oversee “online safety” and prohibit Australians from viewing anything the government deems unfit.

Bishop Mar Mari Emmanuel is an Orthodox Christian priest with a massive online following. Mari preaches at the Christ the Good Shepherd Church in Wakeley, delivering powerful messages that have been resonating with believers and non-believers alike. Everyone is aware that Australia has a migrant crisis no different from other developed nations. A few weeks ago, Mari was delivering a sermon when an Islamic extremist approached him with a knife. Australia does not want the people to bear arms but that does not deter attacks.

The 16-year-old terrorist, who was clearly motivated by religion, rushed the altar with a knife and attempted to repeatedly stab Mari. The unarmed bishop held his crucifix up to the attacker and miraculously prevented the switchblade from fully opening, saving his life. The video of the attack has gone viral across the internet, met with an outpouring of sympathy from people around the world. The Australian government is angry that this video is painting migrants in a poor light and is demanding that it be scrubbed from the internet.

“If he [the bishop] didn’t get himself involved in my religion, if he hadn’t spoken about my prophet, I wouldn’t have come here. … If he just spoke about his own religion, I wouldn’t have come,” the attacker said. It took the Australian government time to investigate whether this was a religiously motivated attack. After all, Christians are not a protected class and acts of violence against them are dismissed. “We believe there are elements that are satisfied in terms of religious motivated extremism,” New South Wales Police Force Commissioner Karen Webb stated before she later deemed it a “terrorist incident” due to public backlash.

Mari was also outspoken about COVID, lockdowns, and vaccine mandates. He criticizes the Australian government openly and honestly.

Australia’s eSafety Commissioner is attempting to remove the video from the internet. X (formerly Twitter) owned by Elon Musk revealed that the eSafety Commissioner contacted them to take down the video. “The Australian eSafety Commissioner ordered X to remove certain posts in Australia that publicly commented on the recent attack against a Christian Bishop. These posts did not violate X’s rules on violent speech,” the company stated.

Julie Inman Grant

Julie Inman Grant of the eSafety Commissioner is far within the deep state. She was offered a role with the CIA in the 90s but declined as she wanted the acknowledgement. “I wouldn’t be able to tell my friends and family what I was doing,” Grant stated on turning down the job. She proceeded to find a role in Microsoft as a government affairs manager before moving to Australia in 2000. Grant was awarded the title of national eSafety Commissioner in 2017.

Australia is livid that Elon Musk will not remove the video. “We know, I think overwhelmingly, Australians want misinformation and disinformation to stop. This isn’t about freedom of expression,” said Prime Minister Anthony Albanese. “This is about the dangerous implications that can occur when things that are simply not true, that everyone knows is not true, are replicated and weaponized in order to cause division and in this case to promote negative statements and potentially to just inflame what was a very difficult situation.”

What disinformation? It is a real video of an attack that occurred as a direct result of hatred against Christians. “I’d like to take a moment to thank the PM for informing the public that this platform is the only truthful one,” Musk responded, adding, it is “absurd for any one country to attempt to censor the entire world.”

The World Economic Forum has praised Australia for their extreme censorship efforts, deeming the eSafety Commissioner Grant “the world’s most influential leaders revolutionizing government.”

One must ask – why are they afraid of this particular video circulating? We must recognize the content that the globalists do not want us to see in order to understand the larger agenda.

Klaus Schwab has publicly boasted about infiltrating government cabinets around the world. His plans for the Great Reset are public information that anyone can access. The World Economic Forum (WEF) molds its Young Leaders as they see fit and strategically places them in positions of power throughout every global agency and government. The agenda has never been a mystery, as Schwab states his intentions on his website, in books, and in every interview. Senator Malcolm Roberts from Queensland is now demanding answers. Schwab’s growing infiltration of government should have triggered a National Security Alert, Roberts said. No one voted for Schwab or the WEF to lead them. “Parliament belongs to no one but the Australian people,” Roberts firmly stated.

Roberts has been speaking out against the WEF for some time. If the Great Reset is a conspiracy theory, why are governments following the WEF’s policies? “The Global Identity Project is designed to shift the global economy away from private ownership and into what the WEF calls an “access model” where you own nothing but rent goods and services from the world’s billionaires and billionaire corporations,” Roberts explained earlier in the year. He warned that they are using “sustainability” as a lie to turn the public into slaves who have no power over their government and will create a closed-loop economy.

Schwab and his WEF are indeed a threat to national security across the globe. Who are they paying, and how has he successfully infiltrated governments across the world? Leaders like Trudeau, who blatantly follow Schwab’s advice, are not fit to lead and should be investigated for their part in destroying the world economy to Build [it] Back Better.

Australians Safe from Fifth Jab

After taking four vaccines and failing to curb the transmission of the coronavirus, Australian health officials will not recommend a third booster shot. Health Minister Mark Butler said the Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunization (ATAGI) admitted that a fifth dosage of the mRNA vaccine would have “minimal” effect toward reduction efforts.

Australia once had some of the strictest COVID restrictions in the world, and this is huge news. ATAGI member Allen Cheng, Ph.D., mentioned that the risk of myocarditis in younger people is troubling. “Vaccinations are beneficial and protective even for younger people but the more doses you get the less benefit you derive from them and then we start to worry about causing side effects,” Cheng said.

Butler said that new booster recommendations will be made in early 2023. Australians are not off the hook yet. Everyone over the age of 30 has been eligible for a second booster since July. The government still recommends staying “up to date” on vaccinations despite that standard constantly changing.

Monkeypox is Not the Next Pandemic

The Biden Administration declared a public health emergency over monkeypox. This is not an airborne virus, and it is fairly difficult to catch as skin-to-skin contact is the primary method of transmission. The woke media does not want this fact released, but the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has found that 99% of all cases were found in men, and 94% have had male sexual encounters.

Additionally, nearly 20% of gay men who fell ill admitted to having 10 or more partners in the three weeks before symptoms began. About 40% of those who fell ill reported having two to four partners, while 14% reported having five to nine partners. Around 38% admitted to participating in group sex.

This is more of a sexually transmitted disease and should be presented to the public as such. CDC guidance:

“Public health efforts should prioritize gay, bisexual, and other men who have sex with men, who are currently disproportionately affected, for prevention and testing, address equity, and minimize stigma, while maintaining vigilance for transmission in other populations.”

There is no need to stigmatize people for their sexual preferences or repeat problematic misinformation that spread during the 80s during the AIDS epidemic. However, there is no need to scare the general public into thinking that monkeypox is easily transmissible. If they care about health (they don’t), then they should be honest about the virus and educate the demographic mainly at risk.

It was Dick Army who told you he could not support Bill Archer’s retail sales tax because when the Democrats gained power we would have a retail sales tax and an income tax. I found your piece on Europe sleepwalking into its own demise. I’m sure you remember me, but it was Dick Army who said you knew about cycles and the tax reform would fail. You have been saying longer than I can remember that the euro would fail and that the WEF’s dreams were unrealistic. Now with the raid on Trump, it seems that the conspiracy theories that the DOJ, FBI, CIA, and NSA all conspired to make sure he would lose in 2020 are perhaps once again surfacing. When do the cycles point to this madness erupting?

REPLY: Nothing is ever permanent. There is a cycle to everything. These people who think that they can remove Xi in China and Putin in Russia and the people will rejoice and celebrate American troops marching down the streets of Moscow and Bejing in some ticker-tape parade are not just unrealistic, they are the instrument of our destruction. This was the same theory behind removing the dictators in the Middle East. They just talk to each other and convince themselves that their ideas are correct and then act on them. I warned back then that it was a different culture and deeply divided in religion. They wanted to believe they were right and refused to listen to any opposing view. This is the very same thing. Anyone familiar with history knows that there will be no smooth transition and you cannot control the advancement of technology. Only CURIOSITY and FREEDOM provide that key element and Klaus Schwab is a control freak and he thinks he can direct his 4th Industrial Revolution. He will destroy the world economy just as the central planning did in Russia.

We have entered a very dangerous era. There is no better example from history than that of the fate of Julius Caesar. I explore you to read Anatomy of a Debt Crisis. This is the key to the background of even why Caesar crossed the Rubicon and why they assassinated him. He too was draining the swamp. This is also why they are attacking Trump everywhere they can. That would mean a collapse of the Constitutional government. Yet there are also people suggesting that Pelosi flew to Taiwan because Biden will step down and Harris would step aside meaning that Pelosi would become president until the end of the term in 2024.

There are many fools who really think this New World Order will magically unfold and the dreams of Schwab will be realized at last. There is absolutely NO evidence one may find from history that would EVER suggest that there will be an orderly transition to some new economic system. It has NEVER happened even once in 6,000 years of history. The sanctions imposed on Russia that justified confiscating private assets have not just violated international law, it has divided the world economy and put an end to globalization. By any way we slice this, the foundation of Western ethics and economy has come to an end. We must begin to prepare for a new form of government post-2032. We are indeed sleepwalking into our own destruction of everything that was built post-WWII.

Australia’s Rental Crisis

Renters across the globe are in a bad spot as housing has become unaffordable. The situation is particularly bad in Australia where rentals have reached a high not seen since 2009. As of March, the average rental was A$600 per week, surpassing the mid-2018 high of A$550. The is not enough supply to meet demand.

Housing availability dropped by nearly 50% from December 2021 to March 2022. The situation worsened once borders reopened as visa holders and tourists re-entered the nation. The vacancy rate, according to the CBD, has declined to 1.5% after peaking at 5.7% during the pandemic.

Some estimate that the “economic time bomb” of under-investment in affordable housing will cost taxpayers A$25 billion per year by 2051. Housing All Australians founder Rob Pradolin believes this figure is closer to A$110 billion, and believes a $55 billion investment could deliver a 2:1 cost-benefit ratio. At least 2 million Australian low-income households will be under “housing stress” by 2051. That is an optimistic forecast.

Similar to America, the UK, and many other nations, shelter inflation has caused housing costs to become one of the biggest budget expenses.

Prime Minister Scott Morrison has been accused of being out of touch by suggesting Australians simply buy a house. That is simply not possible for many, especially after the government-imposed lockdowns and shuttered countless businesses during COVID. Morrison has suggested allowing people to access their super (similar to pensions) early in order to purchase a home. Superannuation Minister Jane Hume said that this would result in rising home prices. Labor leader Anthony Albanese also criticized the plan by calling it a desperate “attack on future savings” and future generations. “If you take super away from people, then you’ll have higher deficits and bills from the government in the future,” he told reporters.

Oddly enough, Mr. Morrison vacated his own home, branded “Squat Morrison,” after losing the election to Albanese and taking his time leaving the property.

Unfortunately, Albanese has a worse plan in mind. Low-income residents will have the opportunity to buy a home, with the help of Big Brother government. The government will pay between 30% to 40% of total housing costs for 10,000 buyers annually. Instead of paying back the banks, the people must pay the government back if they can afford to do so.

Australia has an eSafety Commissioner named Julie Inman-Grant.  While delivering remarks to the World Economic Forum summit in Davos, Switzerland, she outlined a new on-line era where free speech would need to be “recalibrated,” and the ability to be free from something called “on-line violence.”  WATCH:

For the past several years we have noted a progressive, totalitarian, shift in speech, specifically a redefinition of the word “violence.”  Speech the leftists do not like, they call violence; and violence the leftists support, they call speech.   As a result, the overlay of a newly recalibrated on-line world for speech and violence would be modified accordingly.

Speech the Big Tech consortium would define as against their views would be considered on-line violence and thus controlled by the governmental guardians of the internet like the eSafety Commissioner.  As you can see in the video below, “violence” now includes their perception of something happening on a metaphysical level. An emotional impact.  They have a spiritual avatar that they feel the drive to defend from the viewpoints of the Others.
