UN Secretary General Speaks to the Press Before 75th UNGA Meeting

The member states of the United Nations plan to adopt a declaration next week marking the 75th anniversary of the United Nations and committing to a reinvigorated multilateralism, according to UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres. They will also invite the Secretary General “to report on our common agenda for the future,” Mr. Guterres told reporters at a press conference in which reporters participated both in person and virtually. “This will be an important process of reflection and I will report back with analysis and recommendations.”

One wonders why the Secretary General is not already prepared to offer his concrete analysis and specific recommendations for keeping the UN relevant in the years ahead. It’s not as if he is new to the job. Secretary General Guterres is in his fourth year of a five-year term and presumably has already been thinking ahead to a possible second term. However, the Secretary General was short on specifics in his opening remarks to reporters. He fell back instead on his usual platitudes, calling for global solidarity to deal with climate change, the coronavirus, a global ceasefire, eradicating poverty and the like. Secretary General Guterres said nothing about trying to fix the UN’s own problems of trust caused by its lack of accountability for misdeeds by UN personnel and its lack of transparency.

“People are thinking big – about transforming the global economy, accelerating the transition to zero carbon, ensuring universal health coverage, moving towards a universal basic income and making decision-making more open and inclusive,” Secretary General Guterres said. “They are also expressing an intense yearning for global solidarity – and rejecting go-it-alone nationalist approaches and divisive populist appeals. Now is the time to respond to these aspirations and realize these aims. In this 75th anniversary year, we face our own 1945 moment.”

The Secretary General presented a false choice between “global solidarity” through globalist institutions like the United Nations versus “go-it-alone nationalist approaches.” There is a responsible third choice that is most consistent with the UN Charter – smart, targeted multilateralism to address manageable transnational problems without giving up each nation’s sovereignty in the process.

United Nations does not have the authority “to intervene in matters which are essentially within the domestic jurisdiction of any state”

The Charter of the United Nations, as designed by the victors of World War II who created the UN seventy-five years ago, does not compel the UN’s member states to forfeit their sovereignty to a global governance body. Quite the opposite. The United Nations was founded to bring sovereign nations together for the purpose of cooperating to solve common problems while taking collective action where warranted against threats to international peace and security. In fact, the United Nations Charter specifically recognizes the sovereign status of the member states. It stipulates that the United Nations does not have the authority “to intervene in matters which are essentially within the domestic jurisdiction of any state.”

Only the Security Council has enforcement powers under Chapter VII of the Charter to impose sanctions and authorize the use of collective military force to maintain or restore international peace and security, subject to the veto power of its five permanent members. Everything else about United Nations governance outside of paying assessed dues is voluntary.

As President Trump said in his remarks to the UN General Assembly last year, “The future does not belong to globalists. The future belongs to sovereign and independent nations who protect their citizens, respect their neighbors, and honor the differences that make each country special and unique.” At the same time, President Trump stressed that the United States “is ready to embrace friendship with all who genuinely seek peace and respect. America knows that while anyone can make war, only the most courageous can choose peace.”

While Secretary General Guterres speaks in abstract about a “collective push for peace,” President Trump has worked with other nations in a multilateral fashion to achieve real results in the pursuit of peace.

UN’s myopic obsession on the Palestinian cause

Most notably, on September 15th at the White House, peace agreements were signed between Israel and the United Arab Emirates and between Israel and Bahrain. Israel, the United Arab Emirates, and Bahrain will establish embassies, exchange ambassadors, and embark on a cooperative relationship involving such matters as trade, healthcare, and security.

Inexplicably, Secretary General Guterres neglected to mention these historic agreements in his opening remarks. In response to a question about the agreements, Secretary General Guterres claimed they “managed one very important result, and that was the suspension of the annexation of occupied territory.”  Typical of the UN’s myopic obsession on the Palestinian cause, the Secretary General downplayed the importance of two Arab countries reaching peace accords with Israel for the first time since Israel and Jordan signed their Treaty of Peace 26 years ago. The only other peace agreement signed by Israel with an Arab country was the Camp David Accords with Egypt in 1979.

As commentators in the Arab world are increasingly recognizing, Middle East peace is not all about satisfying the Palestinian leadership’s maximalist demands. The commentators were disgusted with the Palestinian leaders’ reflexive denunciations of normalizing relations between Israel and the two Arab Gulf countries. They are beginning to see through the Palestinians’ lies and self-dealing at the expense of the Palestinian people and genuine peace.

A Saudi writer, for example, wrote the following, as transcribed by MEMRI:

The UN is continuing its decades-old role as the enabler of Palestinian rejectionists

“The situation of our Palestinian brothers is regrettable. For over 60 years, their politicians have cashed in on their cause, and persisted in not reaching an arrangement, in destroying the negotiations, and in opposing every peace initiative, whether proposed by the Israelis or by the other international elements. The Palestinian politician has inflicted this on his cause and his people in order to profit from leaving things as they are, since the way he has chosen for decades was the only way to guarantee that he would remain in the picture and [benefit from the] influx of funds, donations and aid flowing from all directions, particularly from the Arab and Islamic world, into his coffers and his European bank accounts. Today, the situation is different, because the peoples who once identified with the Palestinian cause are completely aware of this manipulation and the way it is done.”

A Saudi Member of Parliament wrote, as transcribed by MEMRI:

“The Palestinians must understand… that today’s Arabs and Muslims are different than the past [generations], for the young generation has gained awareness and can no longer be deceived or exploited. The Palestinians have kept their cause exclusively under their own control, traded in it, and missed opportunities one by one, until their rights evaporated.”

Sadly, the United Nations, under Mr. Guterres’ leadership, is legitimizing the Palestinian leaders’ deceptions and exploitation. The UN is continuing its decades-old role as the enabler of Palestinian rejectionists who still insist on a Palestinian state stretching from “the river to the sea.” This is not the way to move forward successfully with Mr. Guterres’ desired “collective push for peace.”

Overturning COVID restrictions and states of emergency

I‘ve been covering the decision in the Pennsylvania COVID case and the court filing in Ohio.  They give us the templates for potential victories in other states and countries.

In Pennsylvania, a federal judge just ruled that Governor Wolf’s COVID containment measures are unconstitutional.  The judge went further.  NO emergency cancels the Constitution.  There is a line that cannot be crossed.  The right to assemble, to have freedom of movement, to earn a living—-they can’t be wiped off the board by lockdowns for ANY reason.

This is, indeed, a heroic ruling.  It affirms the unmistakable rays of light emanating from the basis of the American Republic.

In Tom Renz’s gigantic Ohio filing against Governor Mike DeWine, both the Constitution and issues of fact/science are asserted.  Facts mean something.  A declaration of emergency must undergo scrutiny, to determine whether a clear and present danger justifies the declaration.

Otherwise, a government can destroy the Constitution, the rule of law, and human rights by falsely claiming danger when there is none.  We would be back in the time of Royal Edict, with the king’s army as the “rationale.”

In 2020, lunatic cultural proclivities, media propaganda, political jockeying, pretensions of science, scare tactics, rigging of “facts,” and profit motives are in the mix.  They produce amnesia about basic principles.

The law, when correctly applied, refreshes memory and sweeps away a blizzard of claims and counter-claims.  The law comes to the point.

Using the law, one can say to governors and their public health advisors, “You’ve been going on for months now about the COVID spread and the emergency and the containment measures, but we want to reduce this to basics: do you have the Constitutional right to strip away our freedoms, and is there a factual reason to believe a state of emergency is necessary—-so we’re going to court.”

Or, putting it another way: “Sir, you’re holding a gun to my head while you’re explaining at length why I can’t move.  But you see, nothing has happened in court yet.  Meet my lawyer.  Are you going to shoot us both?  Is that where you really want to go?”

In Ohio, attorney Tom Renz, on behalf of his clients, and against the governor, is asking for a jury trial.  He wants citizens to hear the complex arguments about COVID SCIENCE.  He wants citizens to understand the con and the game that is being played, in great detail.  This is impressive.  Renz believes The People deserve to know and they are capable of understanding.

From my nearly 40 years working as a reporter, experience tells me attorney Renz is correct.  When the truth is laid out step by step, The People come to their senses.  They cut through their own malaise.  They cut through media indoctrination.  As if they once took a voyage to an island called Logic, they suddenly remember that voyage.

After all, the COVID lockdowns and the economic destruction are being visited on the population at large, so let a dozen of their members (OUR members) hear the case and adjudicate it.

I’m not naïve about courts and judges and lawyers and juries.  But I do know that, among the denizens of that system, there are keen minds and persons of good will.  Persons who know that the Law, as it was once enshrined by the Founders, is a beacon and a breakthrough.

It is a culmination, after centuries of struggle, which places freedom at the head of the table.

Freedom—-not edicts, not lockdowns.

What is COVID science?  Has the virus actually been defined?  Have case and death numbers been drastically inflated?  Is there a pandemic?  Why is a diagnostic test that has so many holes, that has never been properly validated, being deployed?  How many obfuscations has the CDC planted to hide official secrets?

Let’s go to court and turn on the lights and explore the rabbit hole.

Seriously What Good are Laws?

There are laws for everything, enough to fill volumes. Yet, lawless politicians ignore the laws that do not suit their plans of the moment and mentally create new temporary laws to support their needs. Laws like those are applied in rogue states, controlled by members of their progressive, socialist party. The new laws consider the existing legal laws irrelevant.

There are laws covering speed limits, there are others against “J walking,” climbing up the outside of public buildings, and I’m sure hundreds that I’ve never heard of, and all of those mentioned and many not mentioned, were put in place as public safety policies, so that no harm might come to the public.

There are Federal obligations that mandate the safety of all citizens so that they may prosper and enjoy freedom and the pursuit of happiness. The new progressive Socialist party develops their imaginary laws in order to control the citizenry. Laws that supposedly protect minority groups from “white supremacy” which they dub racist, homophobic, bigoted; basically everyone who is not in a minority category.  In order to supposedly protect minorities, these politicians, both federal and local, allow hordes of “peaceful” protesters to march into cities at night in areas of minority housing and businesses, while they keep the police at bay, and the “protesters” burn and loot those businesses, destroying decades of hard work. Minority-owned businesses changed the lives of the owners and brought work to the area and an improvement in the lives of residents and families, creating an upward trending lifestyle.

Pushed into poverty again, the elite progressives maintain control.

In spite of all the laws for the protection of the citizenry, rogue states declare themselves sanctuaries that harbor gangs of murderers, and anarchists who burn and loot cities, occupy public places as their own regardless of the citizens within those places put in jeopardy of the loss of life, goods, personal property and certainly the pursuit of happiness, as well as freedom to come and go as they please. Since the right to these things are all tenets of the Constitution of the United States of America, how is it that these states are not charged with rejection of the union, not only for putting U. S. citizen in danger but also thwarting the laws of the nation, preventing the sworn protection of all those invited or born to it to live under its protection.

How are these states and cities that do these things at the peril of Americans not guilty of attempting to overthrow our country from within? How is it that anyone employed by the government, having taken an oath to defend the Constitution and who refuse to pass laws that protect it from all attempts to destroy its meaning, are not declared to be working toward overthrowing the country, and placed under arrest without the benefits and rights of the position they held, while they languish in jail?

Legitimate peaceful protesters need to gather in front of the capitol with letters of request that the Attorney General of the United states convene a Grand Jury to look into these matters and begin the process of taking the rogue politicians, both federal and local into custody to determine how failure of keeping their oaths, laws, and their deceitful actions constitute crimes against the country and its citizens. They literally are aiding and abetting the criminal elements that are laying the anarchist groundwork on behalf of those who pay them those who determine which lives matter as opposed to our country’s belief that all lives matter solidified by the wars we have gotten involved in on behalf of the citizens of foreign countries who were becoming victims of governments with the same beliefs as the American socialist progressives.

ANSWER: No not really. Perhaps it would admit things that the US government does not want to admit that even under the Clinton Administration which let the bankers do whatever they wanted from exempting student loans from bankruptcy to repealing Glass Stegall which enabled the bankers to see the mortgaged back security time bombs. I do not know. The movie Forecaster has been banned in the USA. Netflix wanted it but then the last minute the board said no. They seem to have gotten a phone call. Amazon will stream it but only outside the USA. Why?

Here is Hillary here in 2020 still claiming the Russians interfered when that has been totally been unsupported and the entire Steele dossier was paid for by Hillary. She then erased all her emails. A Trump victory will mean the Democrats will still claim only because of Russia when it was the Clintons who allowed the bankers to blackmail Yeltsin, forced him to step down, but he turned to Putin. Look at Bill’s expression. He trashed her book and that became public. Hillary will never admit people did not trust her. In her mind, it was Putin BECAUSE she stood by while the bankers tried to take over all the resources of Russia – gold, diamonds, and oil.

Safra, head of Republic National Bank, was assassinated by Russians (see Vanity Fair). But they tried to cover that up blaming his nurse, who was then released simply saying he never received a fair trial. The guy the bankers were trying to install as president was Berezovsky, which fled to Britain but later hanged himself.

So I have no idea why Fox News will not report this issue, especially when the Democrats are already claiming Trump can’t win without Russian interference. I do not know. It seems there is a coverup still in play.

Melbourne Australia – the Example of the Worst Police States in a Pretend Free Society

The Melbourne police have turned into a ruthless anti-Human Rights group of thugs. They are enjoying the ability to simply beat up people arrest them for nonsense. They are setting people up, using checkpoints, and pulling over cars and dragging people from their cars. This is a real live example of how there is no democratic process and you have no rights; whenever the government decides in the name of protecting you, they get to abuse you to maintain their power.

This is why revolutions take place, and I have warned unless the police support the people, they are the face of government and they will all become targets. This is how revolutions have unfolded. There is no freedom left in Victoria, Australia. How will Andrews win an election in the future? The risk is that there will be no election, and under the pretense of civil unrest, elections will be suspended. Unfortunately, the next Victorian state election is scheduled to be held on November 26, 2022. If that does not take place, then the revolution becomes the only alternative. This is how NOT to run a government.

 

Generally, at the federal level, an election can be called as early as August 7, 2021, and as late as May 21, 2022. However, the House of Representatives can go as late as September 3, 2022. We should expect political turmoil in 2022. With respect to Victoria, it is highly debatable whether Andrews can make it to 2022 without blood in the streets.

ANSWER: I have stated from the beginning that this pandemic did not fit with our models as being natural. I have reported that Fauci was the one experimenting with this type of virus and was told to stop. He then sent this off to Wuhan. Every source I have looked at confirms it was made in a lab but was not a bioweapon because of the very low death rate. However, based on the evidence of those who suddenly sold stock and bond positions in December & January, and inside sources who stated a “virus” was coming, I do not believe that China deliberately leaked this virus.

I BELIEVE that if a real investigation were possible, you would uncover that the source of this leak goes back to this consortium pushing the Great Reset with plans to restructure the entire world economy. They are making the very same mistakes as Marx — they ignore human nature and are trying to manipulate us by converting society into sheep.

Over 60% of Businesses that Closed Will not Reopen

I seriously doubt that people realize the extent of the economic damage caused by this HOAX instigated but a group of Oligarchs & Academics frunk on their own power and ignorance of how the real world even functions. When you shake hands with someone, you get a sense of their character or lack thereof by the look in their eyes. When I met Kalus Schwab of the World Economic Forum, my impression was clearly one of academic arrogance. The people behind this bold attempt to alter the world economy do not fraternize with the little people they consider the great unwashed.

Even CNN now admits the “[a]bout 60% of businesses that have closed during the coronavirus pandemic will never reopen, and restaurants have suffered the most, according to new data from Yelp.” in the meantime, we have a similar arrogance among market pundits who think a vaccine will save the economy and everything will recover as if nothing ever took place. What has been unleashed with masks and social distancing will leave a stain in the minds of so many who will forever look at others as a threat to their life transporting some disease.

I have stated many times that in all my research, there is a cycle to the rise and fall of civilizations. The rise when it is beneficial for everyone to come together. You no longer have to bake bread because a baker is there which frees you to do things that you are good at.  Civilizations collapse when they (1) turn against their people, and (2) allow one class to oppress another. This is why Marxism is so dangerous. The more we move toward a socialist state means the state must suppress those that produce. Civilization no longer provides equal protection and thus it has lost its benefit for all (see How Empires Die).

The economic damage has undermined Western society and our economy. There will be no miracle recovery. We have lost decades of economic advancement. Small businesses have been devastated and these lockdowns have harmed the lower economic classes who mostly provided physical labor from cutting hair to driving trucks. These were the people who could not earn income from being locked down working from home. There has been a profound blow to the lower economic classes and the losses of savings for those who operated their small businesses are profound. Banks decline over 70% of loans for small businesses. That may now exceed 90%.

There are rumors now running around that more lockdowns are coming in Canada. I cannot verify that this is correct, but this twitter that is going viral does put it correctly, this is now becoming the people v the establishment which seems to be controlled by the Oligarchs. We will see if Canada goes in this direction.
