DOJ Investigating Elon Musk For Not Hiring Foreign Applicant

For those of us familiar with the legal term “Disparate Impact” this report today will make sense.  However, if you don’t know that it is unlawful to hire an “ineligible” applicant, the DOJ action seems ridiculous, which it is.

Under legal interpretation rules of “Disparate Impact” it is unlawful not to hire illegal aliens. If a company uses eligible (legal) work authorization status as a requirement on employment applications (when making hiring decisions), and if the use of legal work eligibility is used as a qualifier, and the eligibility (qualification) standards disqualify a protected class (nationality, ethnicity) at a disparate rate, then it is unlawful not to hire illegal aliens.

Read the emboldened paragraph below carefully.

WASHINGTON DC – The U.S. Department of Justice is investigating SpaceX over whether the company discriminates against non-U.S. citizens in its hiring practices and said Elon Musk’s company is stonewalling a subpoena for information, court documents revealed Thursday.

The DOJ’s Immigrant and Employee Rights Section received a complaint of employment discrimination from a non-U.S. citizen claiming that the company discriminated against him based on his citizenship status.

“The charge alleges that on or about March 10, 2020, during the Charging Party’s interview for the position of Technology Strategy Associate, SpaceX made inquiries about his citizenship status and ultimately failed to hire him for the position because he is not a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident,” DOJ attorney Lisa Sandoval wrote in a court document filed Thursday. The document was a request for a judge to order SpaceX to comply with an administrative subpoena for documents related to how the company hires. (more)

This may or may not be a disparate impact case. Ultimately, that is what the DOJ is once again seeking to discover.

Unsurprisingly, Mitch McConnell Backs Liz Cheney

The DeceptiCon crew will always cover for each-other.  They won’t fight the leftist onslaught, but if patriotic and conservative Americans ever point out the duplicity of a Decepticon member…. THAT will bring out the GOPe defense.

For historic reference a person only needs to remember what the DeceptiCon crew did amid the rise of the Tea Party.  They hated the Tea Party, and they hate MAGA; it’s the Same/Same.

This isn’t hard.  75+ million Americans voted to support President Donald J Trump.  More people supported President Trump than any Republican in history…. Enough with this nonsense, is simply enough!  We The People are not the problem, they are.

Support those patriotic and high-information voters, or don’t.  The DeceptiCon crew doesn’t. It’s time for them to leave.  Done-is-Done.

Ted Cruz Accuses President Trump of Being Reckless and Irresponsible

The age old axiom: ‘Never Trust a Never Trumper‘ hits the mark once again.

Senator Ted Cruz:  “President Trump’s rhetoric, I think, went way too far over the line. I think it was both reckless and irresponsible because he said repeatedly—and he said over and over again—he won by a landslide; there was massive fraud; it was all stolen everywhere. That evidence, the campaign did not prove that in any court, and to make a determination about an election it has to be based on the evidence, and so simply saying the result you want, that’s not responsible and you’ve never heard me use language like that. What I’ve said is voter fraud is real, and we need to examine the evidence, and look at the actual facts; and in particular, what is the evidence of how much voter fraud occurred, and did it occur in sufficient quantities and in sufficient states to alter the outcome of the election. Bush Era Republicans Vow to Leave the Party While Electorate Support President Trump

It should come as no surprise that Bush-era Republicans are frustrated with the middle class “America First” crowd that supports President Trump and the MAGA movement. The cocktail party GOPe have always looked down their noses at the base of supporters; now they report -via Reuters- that they will abandon the Republican party.

(Reuters) – Dozens of Republicans in former President George W. Bush’s administration are leaving the party, dismayed by a failure of many elected Republicans to disown Donald Trump after his false claims of election fraud sparked a deadly storming of the U.S. Capitol last month.

These officials, some who served in the highest echelons of the Bush administration, said they had hoped that a Trump defeat would lead party leaders to move on from the former president and denounce his baseless claims that the November presidential election was stolen.

But with most Republican lawmakers sticking to Trump, these officials say they no longer recognize the party they served. Some have ended their membership, others are letting it lapse while a few are newly registered as independents, according to a dozen former Bush officials who spoke with Reuters.  (read more)

Burmese Military Take Control Declaring One-Year Emergency and Voting Fraud

The military in Burma have constitutional control over the system of government.  In a precarious move following the November elections, the Burmese military have now reportedly detained the government officials and stated the election was rigged.

JAKARTA, Indonesia – Burma’s military has taken control of the country under a one-year state of emergency and reports say State Counsellor Aung San Suu Kyi and other government leaders have been detained.

[…] In November elections, Suu Kyi’s party captured 396 out of 476 seats in the combined lower and upper houses of Parliament. The state Union Election Commission has confirmed that result.

But the military since shortly after the elections has claimed there were millions of irregularities in voter lists in 314 townships that could have let voters cast multiple ballots or commit other “voting malpractice.”  (read more)

The White House responded in defense of the government; which, given the ideology of the Previous Obama administration toward Aung San Suu Kyi, is not a surprise:

The United States is alarmed by reports that the Burmese military has taken steps to undermine the country’s democratic transition, including the arrest of State Counselor Aung San Suu Kyi and other civilian officials in Burma. President Biden has been briefed by National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan. We continue to affirm our strong support for Burma’s democratic institutions and, in coordination with our regional partners, urge the military and all other parties to adhere to democratic norms and the rule of law, and to release those detained today. The United States opposes any attempt to alter the outcome of recent elections or impede Myanmar’s democratic transition, and will take action against those responsible if these steps are not reversed. We are monitoring the situation closely and stand with the people of Burma, who have already endured so much in their quest for democracy and peace.  ~ White House

Have Twitter & Facebook Crossed the Line?

Both Twitter and Facebook really should be shut down for what they have done is cleverly transforming themselves from a “platform” into a media organization. All the media from New York Times to ABC News and CNN can be sued for putting out false information that damages a person. Under Section 230, an internet platform is exempt because it was not intended to be liable for what others are posting. However, once they crossed the line into the moderation of content removing things they politically disagreed with, they are no longer a “platform” but have become a media outlet and as such, they should be subject to lawsuits.

What Facebook and Twitter have done to the internet is a crime and they should be shut down. They can reorganize as media companies, but they have abused their very purpose and they have violated that fiduciary duty they owed to the shareholders. Indeed, an enterprising attorney should file a major class-action lawsuit against them for using the capital of shareholders for personal political gain. They did not raise money with the object to censor what everyone says. Therefore, they have altered the purpose of their companies and raised money falsely.

Because of their political corruption, they have destroyed the freedom of the internet and what Section 230 was intended to protect. While they shut down Parler claiming they did not moderate their content and thus allowed people to organize for the Capital riots, such organization is also then the job of the government to monitor – not for Parler to moderate. A public forum is a place where people can freely talk. Once you cross the line into moderation, then you are a media company. Hence Fox can have only conservatives and CNN can have only socialist. That is the freedom of the press, but that freedom is not without immunity.

What Facebook and Twitter have done has undermined the entire internet. Any regulation coming down the line MUST draw the line between moderation and free speech. Section 230 should apply and continue provided there is no moderation. If we see just the real of Section 230, then we can start filing lawsuits against Wikipedia which is also highly subject to propaganda.

Reddit Crowd Boasting too Much?

A number of people have commented that somehow the people on Reddit are taking our forecasts and touting them when to buy as in silver now. It appears that way for  I have been warning for months that the gold/silver ratio will collapse and that silver would gain over gold. The danger that whoever is really behind this Reddit forum is will more likely bring the SEC down on free speech because you cannot tell people to buy stuff and then have a position in the same thing you are touting without full disclosure. That can be 20 years in prison and as long as you are not a New Yorker, you do go to prison.

The ratio made a new historical high exceed that of World War II when silver was cheaper than even nickel 1942 to 1945. It was used to replace the 5 cents “nickel” coins during the war. We put out our forecasts recommending silver over gold and that has been a good trade. However, these people behind Reddit are making it appear that if people follow them they can beat Wall Street.

All they have been doing is picking the trade that is in motion. They are NOT capable of manipulating a market insofar as turning a bear market into a bull market any more than Wall Street can. If the Wall Street crowd was all-powerful, then they would not blow themselves up and run to the government for bailouts. What they have been doing is accelerating the move but the timing remains the same. Only the volatility rises.

A word to the wise! You will lose everything if you think these people are never wrong and can beat Wall Street. Taking out billboard signs bragging about GameStop is not going to prevent a crash.

The Conspiracy Against the People Will Fail

I have been warning that despite all their influence via the World Economic Forum, Gates Foundation, and Soros’ Open-Society calling for a one-world government, they will fail. We have even Governor Cuomo suddenly realizing that he may have destroyed New York City permanently. California is bleeding businesses so rapidly; the tax the rich policy that relied on the top 1% paying 48% of the state’s taxes is rapidly dwindling. All the people who have their hand out always expecting more will find there is not enough to go around. California Governor Newsom has suddenly lifted the stay-at-home order even in face of a new California strain of COVID, which is more contagious.

While many are interpreting this change is only because they used it to defeat Trump, behind the curtain, there has been this global effort being pushed for the Great Reset. Even in Italy, we are witnessing uprisings against these COVID lockdowns, which have utterly destroyed tourism, and hotels are closing, never to reopen again. This idea that they can lock down the world by using this virus to reduce CO2 is starting to reach the boiling point. Destroying small business is really their goal in addition to ending commuting. Biden’s Climate Czar claims the world was broken before, so there will never be a return to the way it was.

This idea that these people can destroy jobs and redesign the world economy, creating a “useless class” of people who cannot find employment in a new green world, is a recipe for violence. These people are totally insane.  They have no idea even how the economy works, no less how to regulate it from scratch. They will fail because what they have taken on is against human nature, just as Marxism failed.

Congressman Devin Nunes and former lead HPSCI Investigator Kash Patel appear with Maria Bartiromo to discuss the light sentence handed-down by FISA Presiding Judge James Boasberg for FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith.

Clinesmith plead guilty to doctoring an email to make the FISA application against Carter Page and the Trump administration appear valid.  Clinesmith lied to create a fraudulent FISA application and the Judge said he had suffered enough.  Nuts, all of it.
