IEA Warns of Possible Gasoline Shortages and Need for Rationing

Does anyone remember during the Jimmy Carter era when odd/even days on license plates to get gas?  Well, if the International Energy Agency is accurate, and the issue extends into the U.S. as predicted by many industry insiders, we could very well see gasoline rationing once again.

Beyond all the obfuscation, denial and continual pretending, the reason for the gasoline shortages is related to this forcible shift in energy policy that is underway in Europe and the United States.  It’s not a shortage of oil, it’s the new era where the Green New Deal is the policy priority.  The people within the Biden administration do not care about the consequences, Biden is pushed in front of the camera as a useful idiot to take the blame.

Business Insider – The US could see fuel shortages this summer once people start taking their vacations — and Europe could take a particular hit from the lack of supply, the head of the International Energy Agency has warned.

“When the main holiday season starts in Europe and the US, fuel demand will rise,” Fatih Birol told Der Spiegel. “Then we could see shortages — for example, in diesel, petrol or kerosene, particularly in Europe.”

Birol also told the German newspaper that the energy crisis now underway will be more severe and longer-lasting than the oil price shocks of the 1970s, given it’s applying pressure on three fronts.

“Back then it was just about oil,” he said in the interview published Tuesday. “Now we have an oil crisis, a gas crisis and an electricity crisis simultaneously.”

Oil prices spiked in 1973 and 1979 as the Yom Kippur War and the Iranian Revolution interrupted Middle Eastern crude exports. Geopolitical events have hit the market again in 2022, as western nations impose sanctions on Russia over its invasion of Ukraine. (read more)

Jury Finds Amber Heard Acted with Malicious Intent to Defame Former Husband Johnny Depp, Awards $15 Million in Damages

It’s something a little different for this crowd, but the civil lawsuits between Hollywood actor Johnny Depp and his former wife, actress Amber Heard, have concluded.  A jury found Ms. Heard acted with malicious intent when she defamed her former husband Mr. Depp with accusations of abuse.

The jury awarded Mr. Depp $10 million in compensatory damages, and $5 million in punitive damages which are an outcome of the ‘malicious intent‘ finding.  However, the punitive damages are limited by law to $350,000.   On the three specific issues cited for consideration by the jury, the jurors all found Ms. Heard was guilty of lying, fabricating and targeting her former spouse with false claims.  {LINK} Result, Ms. Heard owes Mr. Depp $10,350,000.

Additionally, for her side of the countersuit, Ms. Heard was awarded $2 million as compensatory damages against Mr. Depp’s lawyer for one issue within a Daily Mail article where the Depp representative accused Ms. Heard of manufacturing a confrontation for publicity.   The net result of all the legal action is Ms. Heard owes Mr Depp $8.35 million.

With the three major issues around the litigation determined by the jury in favor of Mr. Depp, the actor released the following statement:

“Six years ago, my life, the life of my children, the lives of those closest to me, and also, the lives of the people who for many, many years have supported and believed in me were forever changed.

All in the blink of an eye.

False, very serious and criminal allegations were levied at me via the media, which triggered an endless barrage of hateful content, although no charges were ever brought against me. It had already traveled around the world twice within a nanosecond and it had a seismic impact on my life and my career.

And six years later, the jury gave me my life back. I am truly humbled.

My decision to pursue this case, knowing very well the height of the legal hurdles that I would be facing and the inevitable, worldwide spectacle into my life, was only made after considerable thought.

From the very beginning, the goal of bringing this case was to reveal the truth, regardless of the outcome. Speaking the truth was something that I owed to my children and to all those who have remained steadfast in their support of me. I feel at peace knowing I have finally accomplished that.

I am, and have been, overwhelmed by the outpouring of love and the colossal support and kindness from around the world. I hope that my quest to have the truth be told will have helped others, men or women, who have found themselves in my situation, and that those supporting them never give up. I also hope that the position will now return to innocent until proven guilty, both within the courts and in the media.

I wish to acknowledge the noble work of the Judge, the jurors, the court staff and the Sheriffs who have sacrificed their own time to get to this point, and to my diligent and unwavering legal team who did an extraordinary job in helping me to share the truth.

The best is yet to come and a new chapter has finally begun.

Biased Judge and Jury Find Sussmann Innocent

Michael Sussmann has been acquitted of lying to the FBI. The verdict comes as no surprise as the jury was personally selected to favor Sussmann, while the judge had been bought and paid for by the Clintons. Sussmann said: “I told the truth to the FBI and the jury record clearly recognize that with their unanimous verdict today, I’m grateful to the members of the jury for their careful and thoughtful service. Despite being falsely accused. I’m relieved that Justice ultimately prevailed in my case.”

Hillary Clinton’s own campaign manager Robby Mook admitted that the collusion hoax was a deliberate attempt to manipulate the presidential election and distract the public from Hillary’s email scandal. The prosecutor presented the jury with clear evidence of Sussmann billing the Clinton campaign for collecting information to link Russia’s Alfa Bank to Donald Trump. In one clear text, Sussmann said that he wanted to help the FBI by providing them with information independently. There is a possibility that Clinton misled Sussmann and allowed him to take the fall. She has not responded publicly on the trial.

“Opposition research is not illegal. If it were, the jails of Washington, D.C. would be teeming over,” the defense attorney said during the beginning of the trial. Unfortunately, this was more than research. Hillary Clinton and her crew ran with the story and blatantly claimed Donald Trump stole the election with the help of Russia. This trial paints a bleak picture of the FBI, the media, and America’s entire legal system.

Scapegoat Sussmann’s Biased Jury

The Michael Sussmann trial is completely corrupt and biased to favor the Clintons. Sussmann is charged with lying to the FBI under 18 U.S.C. 1001 for claiming there were ties between the Trump campaign and Russian bank Alfa. Other Clinton advisors have admitted that Hillary Clinton herself signed off on the lie that Trump was colluding with the Russians to hack the 2016 US Presidential Election. Federal Judge Christopher Cooper who is overseeing the trial has been bought and paid for by the Clintons.

To begin, one of the jurors donated to the Clintons and simply said he would “strive for impartiality as best I can.” Judge Cooper overruled prosecutors’ objections to having him on the jury after he clearly said he could not guarantee he’d judged unbiasedly. Another woman on the jury is a far-left AOC supporter and donor, and a third said she simply cannot recall if she donated to the Clintons in the past. Worse, another woman admitted her husband worked for the failed Clinton campaign in 2008. As if all of this weren’t evidence enough of an unfair jury, one woman revealed that her daughter attends high school and plays sports with the defendant’s own daughter.

Corrupt Judge Cooper insists the trial cannot revolve around the actual Clinton campaign and has banned special counsel John Durham from suggesting any “joint venture.” The same permissions were not provided to Trump’s former staff when they faced their day in court. This entire trial appears to be for show as the jury likely reached a verdict before the trial began.

“Hitler, Mussolini, Stalin, Mao, Idi Amin, Castro, Pol Pot… All these monsters began by confiscating private arms, then literally soaking the earth with the blood of tens & tens of millions of their people. Ahh. The joys of gun control.”

Justin Trudeau will join the list of dictators who forbid citizens from self-protection. “It will be illegal to buy, sell, transfer or import handguns anywhere in Canada,” Trudeau said, using the tragedy in Texas as his platform. “Other than using firearms for sport shooting and hunting, there is no reason anyone in Canada should need guns in their everyday lives.”

The cowardly armed cops in Uvalde, Texas, sat idle as the children were massacred. They even tasered desperate parents who tried to enter the school. Any parent would have attempted to eliminate the threat given the opportunity. The heroic teachers protected the children as best as they could, being unarmed, as help from the government (i.e., the cops) never arrived. The government is not here to protect you or your children. Relinquishing guns is the first step toward becoming completely defenseless.

BREAKING, The FBI Maintains a Workspace, Including Computer Portal, Inside the Law Firm of Perkins Coie – The Ramifications are Significant

There is very little that surprises me, but this is completely stunning.  An FBI whistleblower came forth to inform Rep Jim Jordan and Rep Matt Gaetz that the FBI maintains a workspace inside the law firm of Perkins Coie.  {Direct Rumble Link}

In response to a letter sent by Rep. Matt Gaetz and Jim Jordan, Perkins Coie, the legal arm of the DNC and Hillary Clinton, admitted they have been operating an FBI workspace in their Washington D.C. office since 2012.  Pay attention to that date, it matters.  WATCH:

This is a huge development.  Essentially, what is being admitted in this claim is that a portal existed into FBI databases within the law firm that represents democrats.  This means access to FBI database searches exists inside the office of the DNC and Clinton legal group.  Think about the ramifications here.

CTH has long claimed there was some kind of direct portal link between the Clinton campaign team and the FBI databases.  There were too many trails of extracted non-minimized research evidence in the hands of the Clinton team that CTH could not trace to a transferring FBI official.  If Perkins Coie operated a portal in their office that allowed them to conduct search queries of American citizens, then everything would make sense.  That access portal is exactly what is being claimed and admitted in this report.

The start date of 2012 is important for several reasons, not the least of which is FISA presiding Judge Rosemary Collyer criticizing the scale and scope of unlawful FBI database access going back to exactly 2012.  Keep in mind a FISA-702 search, is simply an unlawful FBI warrantless electronic search of an American (“702” represents the American citizen) into the central database -maintained by the NSA- that contains all electronic data and communication.

I have been in the deep hole of the FISA-702 database search query violations for so long I don’t even need a flashlight.

The report from Matt Gaetz about Perkins Coie access to FBI databases, is in direct alignment with Rosemary Collyer’s prior report on FBI abuses of the database, 702 violations.  Notice the dates and scope Judge Collyer references [Source Link].

Non-compliant queries since 2012.

85% of the FBI and contractor searches are unlawful.

Many of those searches involved the use of the “same identifiers over different data ranges.”  Put in plain terms, the same people were continually being tracked, searched and surveilled by querying the FBI database over time.

The non-compliant searches go back to 2012.  The same date mentioned for the FBI portal to begin operating inside the Perkins Coie office.

This specific footnote is a key.  Note the phrase: “([redacted] access to FBI systems was the subject of an interagency memorandum of understanding entered into [redacted])”, this sentence has the potential to expose an internal decision; withheld from congress and the FISA court by the Obama administration; that outlines a process for access and distribution of surveillance data.

Note: “no notice of this practice was given to the FISC until 2016“, that is important.

♦Summary: The FISA court identified and quantified tens-of-thousands of search queries of the NSA/FBI database using the FISA-702(16)(17) system. The database was repeatedly used by persons with contractor access who unlawfully searched and extracted the raw results without redacting the information and shared it with an unknown number of entities.

The outlined process certainly points toward a political spying and surveillance operation.  When the DOJ use of the IRS for political information on their opposition became problematic, the Obama administration needed another tool.  It was in 2012 when they switched to using the FBI databases for targeted search queries.

This information from Jim Jordan and Matt Gaetz has the potential to be extremely explosive.

It will be interesting to see how the domestic intelligence community media (NYT, Politico, WaPo – in that order) respond to this Matt Gaetz report.

NEC Director Brian Deese Defends Policy as U.S. Economy Transitions Away from Oil and Gas to Windmills and Solar Power

Anytime you hear the code-word “transition”, what the explainers mean is the change from traditional oil, gas and fossil fuels to renewable energy and the Green New Deal.  The phrase “economic transition” is used to explain the economic collapse of Main Street that will happen during the switch.   Remember THE GOAL?  It has never changed.

National Economic Council Director Brian Deese, aka the U.S. version of Baghdad Bob, appears before several audiences today in an effort to use as many words as possible to explain the “transition,” without actually explaining the “transition.”  Why?  Because they don’t want the average person to know what the “transition” is all about…. Because if the average person knew what this “transition” is all about, then they might realize all of these massive increases in price are being done intentionally.   WATCH:

Again, you guys are going to get sick of me saying this…. BUT, the number one problem our country faces is that the vast majority of us are PRETENDING.

The White House is pretending the U.S. government does not have full control over what is happening in the economy.  The media are pretending not to know that the White House is avoiding admitting the agenda and economic pain is intentional and unavoidable.  The republican politicians are pretending the Biden economic transition program is because the White House is incompetent.  All of these -and so many more- are just pretenses.

What is being done by the government, in this decision to switch from an oil and gas economy into a wind and solar economy, is being done on purpose. Yes, everyone at every level of government, both political parties and every agency within it, and the entirety of the corporate media are pretending not to know this is the Green New Deal taking place.

We cannot confront or solve this stuff, until we -including media- stop pretending.  Brian Deese is Baghdad Bob.

American Confidence in the Economy Drops to Lowest Level Since 2009, Oil Prices Climb, Gas Prices Break Records, Main Street in Serious Trouble

Joe Biden is not running this economy.  Joe Biden’s economic advisors are not running this economy.  Joe Biden’s cabinet members are not running the economy. The people running this economy are the climate change activists behind the scenes who have been elevated into positions in all economic cabinet offices throughout the administration.  This was the deal in 2020 that led to Biden’s installation.

Professional political activists, Elizabeth Warren and Bernie Sanders types, within the Interior Dept., Energy Dept., EPA and other regulatory agencies related to the energy economy are in control. Not a single operator within the system looks to the White House or executive office for guidance.  They knew they had a short window to carry out the unilateral agenda regardless of damage it does.

This is a full-throated assault on the energy industry under the auspices of the climate change agenda. And that is what is collapsing Main Street and pushing massive costs onto consumers via inflation.  That’s it. That’s the background. No one in/around the White House has any control over the consequences. That was the 2020 deal made, and the reason why Biden was selected as the nameplate.

Oil prices have shot up to $120/barrel.  Russia and Ukraine are being used as a smokescreen for the ‘Build Back Better’, or domestically, the “Green New Deal’, agenda.  The same climate agenda supported by the entire Western government alliance who bow to the altar of the World Economic Forum.

Damn the consequences, full speed ahead. Main Street citizens are collateral damage.  They don’t care. In the view of the operators, their urgent goals are bigger than our needs; and their high-minded, filled with superiority justification is, they are trying to save us from ourselves.

US NEWS – The jump of more than 50% for oil prices so far this year has been a big contributor to the very high inflation sweeping the world. Earlier Tuesday, a report showed inflation in the 19 countries that use the euro currency hit 8.1% in May, the highest level since records began in 1997. (more)

Of course, every American can feel the impact, even if they cannot identify the reasons outlined above.

WASHINGTON – Americans’ confidence in the economy has plummeted to a new low, hitting likely the lowest confidence since the end of the Great Recession in early 2009, according to a new Gallup poll released on Tuesday.

Gallup’s Economic Confidence Index (ECI) measured -45 in May, which is down from -39 in each of the past two months. (more) 

The only thing we know with absolute certainty, is that things are going to get worse.  They know how bad it is going to be, that’s why they are working to mitigate any risks to the centralized power.  That risk mitigation includes the need to consider armed citizens as a threat to the process.

There will be electricity shortages.  There will be even more “necessarily skyrocketing” increases in energy costs, both cooling and heating.  There are going to be more, even larger, food price increases and potentially some shortages.

As each unavoidable item like housing, energy, gas and food costs more, there are less dollars available for non-essentials.   Inventories on durable goods will climb as consumers hunker down with priority spending on the most essential items.  If the demand is gone, employment layoffs in the goods sector will take place.

This process, a very predictable yet unnatural outcome from the consequence of completely restructuring the energy sector which underpins the economy, is not going to get better.  There is far more downside yet to travel.

We are entering the ‘you will have nothing, and you will be happy phase.’

The sanctimonious and pontificating elite class are justifying all of this pain by saying they are trying to save the planet.

Newsom Hopeful for a Harris Presidency

Governor Newsom is promising Californians everything under the sun if they vote for him. Most recently, Newsom stated that he would not run for president if elected before his next term would end in 2027. “Yeah, I mean, I have sub-zero interest. It’s not even on my radar,” he self-proclaimed. Newsom then slipped and said that he believes Kamala Harris will be America’s next president.

Harris has done absolutely nothing as vice president. A Trafalgar poll stated that only 28% of respondents approved of how Harris is handling her job. Harris has a notoriously high staff turnover rate as well, and there are reports of Biden and Harris often in disagreement behind the curtain. Harris could technically split from Biden and run for the candidacy in 2024. The list of qualifications to become a US president are less than what is required of an entry-level fast-food worker.

US presidential requirements:

  • A presidential candidate must be a natural-born citizen of the United States
  • They must be a resident for 14 years
  • They must be 35-years-old or older

Only 15 vice presidents in US history, including Joe Biden, have won the presidency out of 46 who applied. President Biden confirmed in January that he would select Kamala Harris as his running mate if he runs for reelection in 2024. Before Biden’s announcement in January, Harris told every press outlet willing to listen that she was not sure if Biden would select her for reelection.

Biden will be 81 by the next election but has stated he plans to run despite his obvious mental health decline. The Democrats would be wise to choose a different candidate, but not Kamala who is even less popular and competent than Joe.
