Eviction Moratorium

The eviction moratorium ends on September 30th. There are people who are abusing the entire pandemic. Some have flat out said they’re not paying, you can’t evict them, and then they buy a brand new car and put it in their driveway. What people need to know is that they can be evicted for reasons that have nothing to do with paying rent.

The real problem has been the unemployment extensions, and every place around here has “help wanted” signs out. There are jobs available, but some people prefer to get paid not to work, and the government is really looking at what proportion of the economy would be satisfied with Guaranteed Basic Income. The Supreme Court ruling will end protections for about 3.5 million people in the US who say they face eviction in the next two months, according to Census Bureau data from early August. October will be very interesting, and the week of the 11th could be very volatile.

Slovenia Denies Fuel to Unvaccinated?

We are getting reports claiming that Slovenia just today has issued series of new COVID measures, including that you can’t buy fuel at the gas station without covid-pass. We are trying to verify this other than emails from Slovenia. We will report if we can find any confirmation from official sources. If this proves true, then the rest of Europe may follow the direction of the EU. This may be a trial balloon.

There is obviously a large portion of humanity that is incapable of thinking any original thought and the politicians laugh behind the TV camera at how easy it is to fool these people all the time. Inconsistencies never matter. Logic has fled and common sense maybe never existed, to begin with. They have proven Milgram’s experiments on a grand scale.

Former Intelligence Branch Officials Do Not Want Big Tech Regulated – Duh, The Fourth Branch of Government is a Partnership With Them

The Fourth Branch of Government is a public-private partnership; they work together.  The U.S. intelligence agencies are collaborative partners with Big Tech {LINK}.  That is why Google, Amazon (owns the cloud),  Facebook, Twitter, Instagram are connected to the portals of the FiveEyes intelligence operations.   Only those who understand the Fourth Branch – have a solid understanding of how it works.  Some have called it “a shadow government“, but it’s not.  We know exactly who they are and how they are operating.

The NSA scoops up all the metadata, but the scale of data is too challenging to filter and review – even with modern algorithms assisting them.  So the Fourth Branch – NSA,CIA, DIA, ODNI etc. work with the data providers to prefilter, flag, monitor and conduct surveillance.  This approach frees up the NSA database crew to focus on cell phone and email communication.

The overall surveillance of public electronic data (an abuse of 4th amendment protections), is a collaboration between the U.S. Government and Big Tech.

That’s why it does not come as a surprise to see a host of former U.S. intelligence community officials rise in opposition today to any regulation upon the Big Tech system they are partnered with.  The list of names is a who’s-who of scheming and conniving Deep State operatives we have written about through the years.  Names including: Leon Panetta (CIA), Dan Coats (ODNI), Mike Morell (CIA), Sue Gordon (ODNI), and even Fran Townsend (DHS/CNN) who we followed during the apex of her obfuscation over Benghazi.

AXIOS – Twelve former top U.S. national security officials are urging Congress to hit pause on a package of antitrust bills in order to consider how breaking up tech companies could harm the U.S. in its competition with China, according to a letter obtained by Axios. (read more)

You will note something very specific about these names.

All of them rose to prominence *AFTER* Barack Obama was installed as president and started working on the modern assembly of the U.S. Fourth Branch of Government {Go Deep}.

Every name on the list was a contributing member of the corrupt and bastardized system that has now resulted in the single most important threat to the United States, our own intel agencies.

The House is looking to curtail the power of Big Tech, but don’t look for too much support from the Senate side.  The Senate actually supports the Fourth Branch of Government and shares power with it.  The Fourth Branch now supersedes the Executive, Legislative and Judicial branches.

The Fourth Branch also has access to U.S. election databases {LINK}, and can control the outcomes of electronically recorded voting data in every state.  That level of influence is used to protect itself from the American people.  Ultimately that is why the Fourth Branch must be destroyed.

COVID Politics Takes a Dark Turn, Biden Administration Takes Control of Monoclonal Antibody Drugs in Order to Block Treatments in Red States and Ration Equitable Treatment

When Joe Biden’s Health and Human Services made the announcement earlier this month (LINK) that they were taking full control over Monoclonal Antibody drugs (mAb) in order to begin rationing the highly effective treatment for COVID-19 infection, several people sounded alarm bells as there was the potential for rationing of COVID treatment based on political ideology.   Representative Chip Roy of Texas was one of the first to raise concerns (link).

The change in HHS approach followed republican governor Ron DeSantis of Florida promoting the use of mAb and opening up dozens of treatment centers throughout his state.   Other governors quickly took notice of the effective action plan of DeSantis in Florida and started to follow that path.

As soon as HHS noticed the red state governors were working on a effective treatment alternative to the vaccine approach, HHS appears to have moved in to block it – thereby restricting the treatment pathway in order to enhance the vaccine approach. [HHS Announcement]  Note the alarm word “equitable“:

It took a week for the new HHS restrictions to impact the pre-existing orders.  However, now Alabama is the first state to draw attention to the problem Joe Biden’s administration is creating by rationing mAb treatment and making determinations on which states should be allowed the “equitable use of the available supply“; a fancy term for “rationing” the life-saving treatment based on alignment with the political ideology of the government in control of it.

Newsweek – Albama doctors are concerned about the impact on health care systems after the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) decided to temporarily limit monoclonal antibody order. […] Dr. Scott Harris, Alabama’s state health officer, told Newsweek that the shots are key for protecting a person against hospitalization and death … “It can be a lifesaver if given in the first 10 days of symptoms,” Arora said about monoclonal antibodies. “We’re calling on the federal government to help us provide more of this treatment, not less, so we can save lives and keep COVID patients out of the hospital.”

[…] Monoclonal antibody treatments have been authorized for use only in high-risk patients who either tested positive for the coronavirus or were knowingly exposed. That’s still a broad swath of people, given that high risk includes anyone with a body mass index over 25, so surges in cases can quickly deplete supplies.

Since the treatments have shown promise in keeping people out of the hospital, Alabama had plans to increase the number of locations where people can receive monoclonal antibodies. Those were put on hold following the HHS announcement, and Alabama’s Department of Public Health urged physicians to ensure that only those who qualify for the treatment receive it and prioritize patients based on the likelihood a person will become seriously ill. The approach of the federal government moving in to control mAb treatment does not come in a vacuum.  When you consider the U.S. federal government approach to dismiss the effective use of Ivermectin as a COVID treatment; and then consider the “vaccine-only” approach is being applied with extreme pressure from within the U.S. healthcare industry – which includes threats against doctors who do not comply with that outlook; a very clear picture is emerging.  All treatment approaches are being blocked in order to force people to take the mRNA gene therapy.

It is one thing to demand people take the mRNA gene therapy (aka “vaccine”).  It is another thing entirely to block treatment options in order to force vaccination as the only method of survival from infection.

Against this backdrop, those fences being installed around Washington DC take on a different perspective.

Another Rigged Election- We Must Fix the 2020 election

I enjoy reading message boards and one board that followed a story about Gavin Newsom was particularly entertaining. Many of the posters were from California and they referred to their governor as ‘The Hairdo,’ or simply, ‘Hairdo.’ Newsom strikes me as someone who abhors the lower and middle classes and he certainly has punished them. Homelessness is rampant in his state. People say he is as aloof as he is incompetent.

Like his relative Nancy Pelosi, he engages in pay for play. He services the rich corporations and punishes average citizen. He does the bidding of the New World Order with his climate change blather. At the same time, his policies led to massive forest fires in his state, which he naturally blamed on climate change.

The Hairdo has the brain of a totalitarian. He used COVID-19 to grab more power. He kept strip clubs opened in his state, but shut down churches. He destroyed small businesses—again doing the bidding of his globalist corporate donors.

Gavin Newsom is about as popular as Joe Biden. That is, he’s despised. Yet the Democrats have shown they are in control of the election process in California and are no doubt willing to steal the election for Newsom. The Hairdo might prove to have tough roots.

California – Just Hopeless

As expected, California has voted not to recall Gov. Gavin Newsom and ABC News has been reporting that 67% of electors in Tuesday’s special election are against recalling the Democratic governor. I do not think anyone was seriously expecting California to ever go against a democrat no matter what they do. Just look at Pelosi. While blaming Trump for dividing the country, there is no better person in DC who is dividing the country more than Pelosi. She even has some Democrats concerned based on reliable sources. Anyone who really thought California would EVER recall a democrat was still California Dreaming.

Then California sends Adam Bennett Schiff to Congress who is best known for pushing the fake Steele Dossier that was paid for by Hillary. California deserves to be the highest taxed state for it is reaping what it has inflicted upon the nation Pelosi & Schiff – two of the most toxic people of the Hill. Pelosi’s husband pulls off amazing trades scoring $10 million on Microsoft coincidently when it wins government contracts. Then Pelosi, pretending to be a mother of five and a Catholic, is pushing for government-paid abortions which is Gates’ agenda making it a TOP priority. Like Gates’ father, it will no doubt target the minority communities because Pelosi cares about women’s rights, or reducing the population? Texas law said once there is a heartbeat, no abortion for that then becomes murder. In Connecticut, if someone assaults a pregnant woman causing the death of a child before birth, they want to call that murder. Pelosi’s response:

“I say that as a mother of five children, and I respect everyone’s decision, their personal decisions. But that’s why we have to give them the ability to make those decisions. It’s really kind of sad,” Pelosi said. “But nonetheless, people know now what the challenge is, and many of the women who will be disadvantaged in this are women of color and poor women and the rest.”

There were many pushing for a California Separatist Movement if Trump was elected back in 2016 and again in 2020. Looking at the politicians they send, including Diane Finestein who called Snowden a traitor, there are many who look at California and say – Please go, and take your toxic politicians with you!

Supreme Court Does Not Vote on Just Party Lines

QUESTION: Marty, Biden set up a commission to investigate stacking the Supreme Court. Roosevelt did the same thing to create socialism but he lost on that issue. Do you think Biden and these democrats like Pelosi and Schumer will fail in this effort?

ANSWER: Actually, Roosevelt had contingency plans to stack the court, but the issue was over his Executive Order confiscating gold. The Supreme Court shocked everyone by upholding it. But the mix was opposite of even what Roosevelt believed would happen. Chief Justice Huges supported Roosevelt, and he was appointed by Hoover — a Republican. The Democrat appointed by President Woodrow Wilson, Justice McReynolds, dissented and was against Roosevelt. The decision was 5 to 4 that took the gold away from Americans.

This has been my point. Just because a justice is appointed by a Democrat or Republican does not guarantee they will vote like politicians along party lines. If Chief Justice Hughes voted against Roosevelt, then he probably would have stacked the court. Also, Chief Justice Roberts voted for Obamacare despite the fact he too was appointed by a Republican.

The Public is Growing Tired of COVID – Window is Closing

There are members of the press that are starting to question this narrative in different parts of the world from Germany to Australia. I was in a store and the girl did not have a mask on. I said great. Glad to do business with you. She replied she has had enough of masks and COVID. A number of people I have encountered just shopping are starting to say the same thing restoring my hope in humanity. As DWN in Germany is reporting, this entire COVID scam is being used to gain power. Indeed, while they keep people debating if the vaccines even work or will kill everyone in 2 to 3 years or make women sterile, and they put up clocks to tick down that the world will end in just a few years unless we hand all power to the United Nations, nobody asks is there a motive to this madness? The UN is also just so happening to be getting ready with the IMF cryptocurrency to replace the dollar as the new world currency.  The real agenda simply goes over everyone’s head.

Note that while AOC was comped a $35,000 ticket which is a GIFT and therefore taxable to her while she is wearing her Tax the Rich dress, If I gave anything like that to my kids it is taxable. She should read her own tax demands while wearing a $10,000 dress! If you look closely at all the photos at the Met event, there is something missing – M A S K S!!!

So it looks like they are creating two classes among the Great Unwashed, vaccinated v unvaccinated, there is a third class – THEM v all of US where their rules never apply to them – only US (The Great Unwashed vaccinated or not).


Now listen to this outrageous explanation of why children should be vaccinated by the Prime Minister of Scotland. She admits that there is no health risk. However, there may be a risk that the schools could be disrupted and therefore all children should be vaccinated. These people are putting children at risk because they have been directed to do so by Pfizer/Gates/WEF Schwab. Then Pfizer refuses to accept ANY responsibility for this product that normally takes 12 years to get approval and the top FDA people resign saying booster shots are not necessary! Because the entire political control has been bought, we will NEVER know the details of how they were paid off,  when they will never investigate themselves. Everyone is rushing FDA approval through in less than 1 year instead of 12 and the two top people resign.

If this were the old days, they would be dragging these politicians out with their heads mounted on spikes for being so reckless with our children.

They are following the Gates/WEF Schwab agenda and point #8 is very clear – END elections so we can NEVER remove these people from office – E V E R! This is creating a whole new meaning to Patrick Henry’s words – “Give me Liberty or Give me Death.”

Energy Ban Before There is an Alternative

A House committee last week advanced serious legislation to combat climate change. Biden already went to OPEC to ask them to increase production because gasoline prices have jumped. These people are hopeless. They are passing legislation for an agenda and cutting off the supply BEFORE there is a system with renewable energy, which is only a theory. Nobody believes that we can create enough electricity to provide everyone with a car as if nothing changed. That is what this COVID lockdown is really about — altering the economy, destroying jobs, and ending commuting. They are not telling people straight up, for why would you still have major office buildings when that is part of the plan to end commuting to save the planet? California has already passed legislation banning natural gas in new buildings.

Now Congress is pushing to end all oil drilling in most US offshore waters, thwart potential mining in the western part of the country, and invest billions of dollars in conservation. The $31.7 billion measure, approved 24-13 by the House Natural Resources Committee, would also impose new fees on oil and mining companies while funding drought relief, conservation, and other programs. It is now set to be folded into a broader multi-trillion-dollar social reform and climate change bill that is taking shape in the House. They will attach it to that so it is buried in a seven-foot stack of paper.

They are pushing this agenda in what they are calling “a once-in-a-generation opportunity to advance a bold, ambitious investment in the people of the United States.” The legislation “will confront the damage being done by climate change, put our country on a more sustainable and equitable economic and environmental path, and create millions of jobs,” according to the Democrat chairman.

This is like saying the medicine you are taking now will be replaced maybe in five or ten years, so we will outlaw it now to prepare. This is the greatest example of total mismanagement, perhaps in history. All of this renewable energy is theory — that’s it. Fine, I am installing solar panels on the roof. But if there is a storm and clouds for several days, you have no energy, all your food goes bad, and you could even starve. That’s why you cannot simply throw everything else out now and think you can live off the sun forever.
