'Non-Partisan' Fading Hollywood Stars Gang Up With Non-Partisan Democrats For Election 2020

There’s a killer of a story out there virtually ignored by 90 percent of mainstream and social media—and it’s not just that Julia Roberts and other celebs are teaming up with Dr. Anthony Fauci and health experts to promote a global response to the Chinese Coronavirus.

The bigger story not in the news is that in their latest efforts to hijack the masses, Hollywood, Democrats and media have managed to hide their partisan activism under boldly stated deceitful claims of being: “non-partisan”, “non-profit”.

That’s how the One Campaign defines “non-profit”?

How can #PassTheMic, an initiative organized by global “non-profit” ONE Campaign aimed at promoting “health and economic experts … discussing a global response to” the Chinese coronavirus pandemic possibly describe itself as “non-partisan”?

“The #PassTheMic campaign, announced Wednesday, is part of the ONE World Campaign and calls “for a global response to COVID-19 that protects the most vulnerable, supports people worst hit economically, strengthens health systems and creates a more just and equal world.” (Breitbart, May 21, 2020)

#PassTheMic is organized by the One Campaign, an NGO founded by perpetual tosspot singer Bono and funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Though it sets itself the lofty goals of ending poverty, inequality, discrimination and disease, the One Campaign was slated in 2010 for donating only 1.2 percent of its funds to charity, and a whopping 53 percent to salaries. Furthermore, despite its focus on alleviating African poverty, the One Campaign was found in 2018 to have dodged tax in South Africa, and the organization’s higher-ups were accused of abusing employees there for half a decade. (RT, May 22, 2020 )

“In response to the salary controversy, the One Campaign described itself as an advocacy organization and not a charity. During the coronavirus outbreak, this advocacy has continued unabated. Its #PassTheMic videos and posts link to a page urging readers to demand an international response to the disease.”

That’s how the One Campaign defines “non-profit”?

How non-partisan is that?!

Melinda Gates, co-founder of the Gates Foundation with her husband Bill Gates, has slammed the Trump administration for creating ‘chaos’ and showing a lack of leadership in the Coronavirus response.

How non-partisan is that?!

Even though Roberts and other stars are giving over their social media accounts to ‘experts’  due to run throughout May and June, they’re really only the bit players in this latest star-power activism.

“Roberts will be the first to relinquish her social media accounts — Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter — to Dr. Fauci. (Breitbart)

“Hollywood stars Hugh Jackman, Sarah Jessica Parker, David Oyelowo, Busy Philipps, Rita Wilson, Robin Wright, Connie Britton, Millie Bobby Brown, Danai Gurira, and others are giving health experts their social media accounts for 24-hours to various health experts. A video has been released to announce the campaign.

The part on the video that describes ‘#PassTheMic, the initiative organized by global nonprofit ONE Campaign’ should read: “Non-profit, Non-Partisan—and now available with a New Lemon Scent”!

How “non-partisan” can a gang-up of Hollywood with the Dems possibly be?

With no media rating the partisanship of these activists, Fauci has already become a household name:

“Dr. Fauci, the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases and a member of President Donald Trump’s White House task force, has become a household name, from joining late-night TV shows to celebrity podcast programs to promote the administration’s message about its response to how people should best take care of their health in response to the Chinese coronavirus. (Breitbart)

“Dr. Fauci even once said he’d like to be played by Brad Pitt in any future movie portrayal of the coronavirus crisis. Saturday Night Live was happy to oblige with Pitt, who played Dr. Fauci in a skit last month.”

How this helped tame the coronavirus crisis is anybody’s guess.

“Just the same, Dr. Fauci has often publicly contradicted the president, for instance on when and how quickly to reopen schools and America’s economy.” (Breitbart)

Nor is the ‘#PassTheMic/ONE Campaign the only group out there masquerading as “non-partisan”

How non-partisan is that?

“The launch of the campaign comes on the heels of President Trump’s message to the World Health Organization, warning that it will permanently lose U.S. funding unless it commits to “major substantive improvements within the next 30 days.” (Breitbart)

“Trump suspended U.S. funding to the United Nations subsidiary last month, as Breitbart News reported, noting then the W.H.O. played a key role in “mismanaging and covering up” the global spread of the deadly Chinese coronavirus.”

Nor is the ‘#PassTheMic/ONE Campaign the only group out there masquerading as “non-partisan”.

Incredibly, Michelle Obama’s ‘When We All Vote’ initiative advocating for a mail-in vote with co-chair Tom Hanks is also publicly claiming  falsely claiming “non-partisan” status.

Anyone who believes that the former First Lady is “non-partisan” would believe that her husband former president and now ‘Resistance’ Leader Barack Obama is “non-partisan”.

Meanwhile, the political antics of these activists has led to a shut-down of the entire Western World, and while millions are losing their jobs and can no longer feed their children, they are out there masquerading as non-partisans and playing charades.

Trump Could Launch the Receivables Liquidity Corporation

The RLC backed by the government is in a better position to wait out the economic recovery and collect at the best time and have an organized collection program

Trump Could Launch the Receivables Liquidity Corporation

We are fortunate that President Donald Trump is a businessman who knows how to bounce back from difficulties.  However, the United States really is already in a depression.  We don’t yet have technical indicators stretching over several quarters.  Yet:  “Total nonfarm payroll employment fell by 20.5 million in April, and the unemployment rate rose to 14.7 percent, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics” reported on May 8.

We can fix this.  But it will take swift and decisive action.  We’ve seen it in movies:   The giant airplane is in a power dive heading down into the side of a mountain.  The hero manages to restart the engines and turns the nose up just in time to clear the mountainside and head back upward.

This is a proposal based on my years as a debt-collection attorney in Virginia

President Trump could create a Receivables Liquidity Corporation. (You heard that name and idea here first.)  After the Savings & Loan crisis, the government created a private corporation backed by the U.S. Treasury, called the Resolution Trust Corp.  The RTC took over failing banksand slowly liquidated their assets at opportune times.  During the 2008 mortgage crisis bailouts, allegedly the U.S. Treasury turned a profit eventually.  The government sold the stock it acquired in the bail outs at a time of panic (low prices) and then sold them after the economy had grown healthy (high stock prices).

This is a proposal based on my years as a debt-collection attorney in Virginia.  This could work for Canada, the European Union, now independent England, even the Bahamas or almost any country – not just the United States.  It can even work combining several nations together.  However, it does require a nation with sufficient financial credit to carry debts for a long time until the ideal time to collect on them.  And it requires a mindset to think outside the box with a more business-oriented public private partnership.

The engine has seized up.  When we try to start the engine again, it is going to be bad.  If everyone pulls back and values plummet just because people are frightened, the damage will be far greater than if the new RLC takes payment much later, after things have rebounded.

As soon as the economy re-opens, it will end the freeze on evictions of renters behind on their rent and foreclosures on mortgages.  Within two months of re-opening, many of those 20.5 million unemployed could be homeless.   Those unemployed won’t be able to suddenly repay 2 to 4 months of overdue rent or mortgage payments.

Businesses have been unable to pay rent for offices, store fronts, etc.  Utilities haven’t been paid.  Businesses have accounts receivable but their clients can’t pay those invoices because they are not getting paid.  Those clients can’t pay because their own clients aren’t paying.  And on and on.

President Trump hoped early on that there would be pent-up demand and the economy would snap back.  But he acknowledged back then that the longer the economy stays closed the harder it would get.  Now, there may be a lot of desire to buy.  But will people have the money to spend?

Consider the situation for many small businesses:  As a solo attorney, I am a small business.  Before the pandemic, clients typically had no money to pay me.  Now, no one is paying them.  They have on-going expenses for food and what rent they can cover, with no income in most cases.  The people who should be paying them have no money because they are not getting paid.  So I’m not getting paid for past work or hired for new work.  So my vendors aren’t getting paid.  Etc.  A negative cascade.

The stimulus checks in the United States were small and late.  For many businesses, the $10,000 small business advance loan never arrived.  And the Paycheck Protection Program Loan—for the very small businesses who can get one—is only 2 ½ months of a business’ payroll after cutting any salaries above $100,000.  The size of the economy is enormous.

However, those programs do not have to be repaid.  The only way that the U.S. Government can afford to spend a lot more is if the money is repaid—eventually.

How?  The time horizon for small business is short.  They can’t survive for long without getting paid by clients.  By contrast, the Treasury can carry those invoices for years until the economy has rebounded and the debtor can afford to pay.

So let’s say a landlord is owed 4 months’ rent for a business or a residence.  Once the economy restarts, and the ban on evictions is over, he’s got to collect that unpaid rent from people who don’t have any money after 4 months of house arrest.  Or businesses have shipped products that they haven’t been paid for.  Or utility companies have overdue utilities for 3 to 5 months.  What are they going to do?  If they try to collect, they will leave businesses in the dark without electricity or homes without water.  How is the economy going to rebound like that?

Instead, the landlord or utility company sells the invoice to the Receivables Liquidity Corporation and gets paid in full.  Hopefully, the invoice eventually gets paid to the RLC with interest when the economy has recovered.  The debtor must agree to:

  1. waive rights to discharge that particular debt in any bankruptcy,
  2. provide the owner’s personal guarantee for a business,
  3. waive the statute of limitations,
  4. consent to deduction from tax refunds,
  5. certify that they do not dispute the debt or to what extent, and
  6. add interest if the invoice did not provide for it.

In return the debtor gets a grace period of one year or more before having to start repaying the invoice(s) (with a possible hardship extension if circumstances warrant on application).   The debtor would get an installment plan to pay back over time.  If the debtor does not agree they are subject to immediate collection action.  So they have motivation to agree to the terms.  If they cooperate, they get a breather of at least a year before they have to pay.

The RLC backed by the government is in a better position to wait out the economic recovery and collect at the best time and have an organized collection program.  While some invoices will not get paid, hopefully enough will be paid with interest and collection fees – eventually—to come close to breaking even.

One small problem:  Who would run this program?  Wink.  Call me….

Memorial Day 2020: Have those who Fought for Freedom, Died in Vain?

Yet, what of today? Are Americans not in a civil war? Are Socialists not testing whether this nation, “conceived in Liberty, and dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal…” will continue to endure?

Memorial Day 2020: Have those who Fought for Freedom, Died in Vain?

In recent years, Memorial Day in the United States was just another holiday for American citizens to enjoy fun things people did over the three-day holiday weekend, which also marked the unofficial commencement of summertime. It was not considered too seriously across the social spectrum. This year is different. This year citizens are coping with the COVID-19 Pandemic, the various reactions to the virus and repercussions, and realities in states where Big Brother is cracking down on conservatives, and patriots, and people of faith, for the sake of “public health and safety.”

Memorial Day was born from the ashes and loss from the American Civil War

Indeed, Memorial Day this year may be taken much more seriously across the nation—possibly as serious as it was long, long ago. Memorial Day is actually a day to honor the dead. Yet, like the topic of death itself, Memorial Day tends to conjure up issues people would rather not discuss. It used to be easier to throw a party, a barbeque, or take an early mini-vacation as a way of celebrating a three-day holiday with family and friends. Thinking about the deeper meaning of Memorial Day was difficult. If taken seriously, as in days long past, it was a day to honor those who offered their lives for the sake of a higher cause.

If taken in a serious way, the original purpose of Memorial Day was meant to grapple with the painful experience of the nation’s massive loss of life. Memorial Day was born from the ashes and loss from the American Civil War. Sadly, over 620,000 men and boys died in the Civil War. The incredibly painful reality of the loss of so many men and boys prompted the Veteran’s Association to implement “Decoration Day,” to honor all Union soldiers “who… gave their lives that the nation might live…” It was a practical means for families and survivors to officially mourn and honor lost family and loved ones.

Today, in the midst of the COVID-19 assault upon the world, the U.S. death toll is close to 100,000 American lives. The statistics do not do justice to the loss of a loved one’s life in such a time. The sobering circumstances should give people of conscience a genuine reason to pause and consider the value of life itself. This is what happened in the wake of the Civil War. Today, in the midst of COVID-19, men and women who truly recognize the value of life should take the time to pause and consider the value of life itself. Yet, in deepest sincerity, it is also a time to recognize the difference between those who gave their lives willingly to those who died as victims of disease.

From the moment of the “shot heard ’round the world” to the “War on Terrorism,” American patriots have been willing to take up arms to fight for freedom

Ultimately, Memorial Day continues to represent a day to remember and to honor the sacrifice of those who gave their lives in service to their country. The day was meant to be a day of remembrance to deal with the void from such a massive loss of human lives. Yet, years beyond America’s potential self destruction, citizens were willing to give their lives for the sake of other people’s freedom even on distant battlefields on foreign soil.  In fact, from the moment of the “shot heard ’round the world” to the “War on Terrorism,” American patriots have been willing to take up arms to fight for freedom.

In their own day, brave and brilliant men gave their lives that this nation might be born. In their own day, Union soldiers sacrificed their lives so the nation could survive. Through much of American history, brave and brilliant men and women, in their own day, could heed the call to defend and protect Freedom. However in recent years, since the U.S. involvement in Vietnam, Americans have been confused with mixed meanings of freedom. Others have sought to define freedom for us, and citizens have doubted our bedrock values. From the days of the Vietnam War and the assassination of John F. Kennedy, Americans have drifted once again into serious division.
Today, America is obviously divided. And as Abraham Lincoln said, in quoting Jesus,  “A house divided against itself cannot stand.” It is true. Yet, it is also quite true that America resolved one of its deepest contradictions: slavery. Abraham Lincoln knew that the problem of slavery had to be rectified, but it came at great cost. And, his impassioned veneration of the Union patriots in his Gettysburg Address has reverberated through the ages. Yet now, his true sentiments need to be taken up once again, as citizens need to remember why Memorial Day is important:

Are Americans not in a civil war?

We have come to dedicate a portion of that field, as a final resting place for those who here gave their lives that the nation might live…

But in a larger sense, we cannot dedicate – we cannot consecrate — we cannot hallow this ground. The brave men, living and dead, who struggled here, have consecrated it, far above our poor power to add or detract…  It is for us the living, rather, to be dedicated to the unfinished work which they who fought here have thus far so nobly advanced. It is rather for us to be here dedicated to the great task remaining before us – that from these honored dead we take increased devotion – that we here highly resolve that these dead shall not have died in vain –  that this nation, under God, shall have a new birth of freedom…

Yet, what of today? Are Americans not in a civil war? Are Socialists not testing whether this nation, “conceived in Liberty, and dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal…” will continue to endure? Will Americans take up the unfinished work, so nobly advanced in years past? Is it not for us, living in this time, to be dedicated to the great task remaining before us – that from all of America’s honored dead, we take increased devotion – to resolve that those who gave their lives shall not have died in vain? Did they die only to see this generation allow freedom to die? Will this nation, under God, have a new birth of freedom? Or, will evil triumph because good men and women could not sense the value of sacrificing one’s self for the sake of the future?

Jeff Sessions Failed His Biggest Test

Jeff Sessions Failed His Biggest Test

During his 20 years in the U.S. Senate, Jeff Sessions was a solid conservative who was right on issues such as stopping illegal immigration. He was the first U.S. Senator to endorse Donald Trump for President and was rewarded with one of the most coveted appointments in the new administration. Trump appointed Sessions to be U.S. Attorney General.

Unfortunately, Sessions was a cowardly leader of the Department of Justice. He permitted Deep State operatives to remain in key positions. He recused himself from the Russia investigation, allowing his Deputy Attorney General, Rod Rosenstein, to appoint Robert Mueller as a Special Counsel.

Sessions is facing former Auburn University Football Coach Tommy Tuberville

The resulting investigation cost almost $40 million and lasted 22 months. It was a travesty of justice as the Mueller team, dominated by Democratic Party attorneys and activists, found no Russian collusion, and could not prove the President or his associates obstructed justice in any way. This did not stop them from harassing the President and forcing several of his campaign operatives into guilty pleas on charges that had nothing to do with Russia.

Sessions unleashed this holy hell upon President Trump by recusing himself and allowing the appointment of Mueller. The investigation was a partisan attempt to overturn the 2016 election results, in effect, it was an attempted political coup d’état. In the last administration, then U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder famously proclaimed that he would be Barack Obama’s “wingman.” He protected Barack Obama throughout his tenure. Such loyalty may not be appropriate for a U.S. Attorney General, but it is quite a contrast to the betrayal that President Trump received from Jeff Sessions.

The biased witch hunt, known as the Mueller investigation, infuriated President Trump. He has rightly never forgiven Sessions, who is now running for his old position as U.S. Senator from Alabama.

In an upcoming July GOP runoff, Sessions is facing former Auburn University Football Coach Tommy Tuberville. The latest poll shows Tuberville with a very comfortable lead over Sessions. The winner will face incumbent U.S. Senator Doug Jones, a Democrat, in the general election.

Sessions not only cost President two years of distraction and harassment, but he also cost the Republican Party a U.S. Senate seat

Jones was elected after Sessions resigned to take the position of U.S. Attorney General. He benefited from the GOP infighting over his general election opponent, former Judge Roy Moore, who was accused of inappropriate behavior with a variety of young girls earlier in his career. The firestorm allowed Jones to win in a state that is normally very Republican.

Thus, Sessions not only cost President two years of distraction and harassment, but he also cost the Republican Party a U.S. Senate seat.

In this election, President Trump enthusiastically endorsed Tuberville and has demanded that Sessions stop using his name in the campaign. The President labeled Sessions “delusional” for trying to fool Alabama voters into thinking he has always been a staunch Trump supporter.

If he is re-elected for another term, President Trump will need loyal supporters in Congress, not weaklings like Jeff Sessions. Therefore, he is committed to playing an active role in the U.S. Senate race in Alabama.

On Friday night, The President tweeted:

“3 years ago, after Jeff Sessions recused himself, the Fraudulent Mueller Scam began. Alabama, do not trust Jeff Sessions. He let our Country down. That’s why I endorsed Coach Tommy Tuberville.”

Sessions showed more boldness in fighting back against President Trump than he ever did as U.S. Attorney General

This attack from the President was too much for Sessions who fired back on Twitter, “Look, I know your anger, but recusal was required by law. I did my duty & you’re damn fortunate I did. It protected the rule of law & resulted in your exoneration. Your personal feelings don’t dictate who Alabama picks as their senator, the people of Alabama do.”

Ironically, Sessions showed more boldness in fighting back against President Trump than he ever did as U.S. Attorney General. He allowed career bureaucrats force him into a recusal that almost destroyed the Trump presidency.

Responding to Sessions, Tuberville tweeted that Jeff Sessions “is so desperate, he told @realDonaldTrump to thank him for the immoral & unconscionable Russia investigation! The only people who seem to agree are Democrats.”

Tuberville is correct as many legal experts disagree with Jeff Sessions that his “recusal was required by law.” He had only incidental meetings with Russian leaders and was not “compromised” or “conflicted” in any way. He could have surely overseen the Russian investigation to determine it was a fabrication based on the phony political document known as the “Steele dossier.”

Jeff Sessions had a chance for greatness, but he was too scared to do the right thing

Instead of standing up to the Deep State, Sessions folded and cowered. He was a joke of an Attorney General, which is why President said he would have never appointed him if he knew Sessions was going to recuse himself. He also called the appointment of Sessions his worst mistake as President.

On July 14, Republican voters will go to the polls in Alabama to pick their U.S. Senate nominee. They are choosing between a political newcomer with solid conservative credentials and a winning record as a college football coach. Clearly, Tommy Tuberville knows how to win and has done it throughout his career.

Opposing him is a true loser, Jeff Sessions, who was given a historic opportunity to assist the Trump administration and his country as U.S. Attorney General. Instead of standing up to political enemies, he was bullied by them into a recusal that led to the most egregious political witch hunt in American history.

Jeff Sessions had a chance for greatness, but he was too scared to do the right thing. At this point, he does not deserve another term as U.S. Senator as he is not the best candidate for the position. Hopefully, the voters of Alabama will deliver to Jeff Sessions, the political retirement he richly deserves.

Is this Unfolding Faster than Expected?

QUESTION: Mr. Armstrong, you have been targeting 2021 into 2022 as a critical time. Do you think this is unfolding faster than expected, or is this yet another sucker rally to get people all trapped in again on a bounce and then slaughter them? I find it curious how people get so bullish at every high and it smells that way now. What do you see in the near-term? I saw Socrates traded the rally in gold very good, but the ratio just shifted and it did not make a new high. It looks like weakness is coming back. All these people clamoring that they missed the NASDAQ rally look like they will be separated from their money really soon. What do you think?

FP

ANSWER: You have to subscribe to Socrates for each particular market. I do not have the time to comment on every single market and you cannot make a comment of the Dow and apply to another index any more than gold applies to silver or platinum. They are all different. Socrates is there for a reason. It is objective without bias and is not written by any person – it is totally computer generated which is a good thing in times like this. We all have our prejudices that can get in the way of objectivity. That is why people sell the low and buy highs.

We definitely have to be careful here for it is true that only fools rush in where wise men dare not tread. With all the chaos in the world, these people who think they missed everything with the NASDAQ rally merely illustrates how naive they are to even think the market can rally from here with no problems because some states are opening up. They will simply become the fuel for the moves ahead.

Those are the people who inevitably buy the high because they get so caught up always at the top. The pattern which seems to get the emotions flowing the most is always the Knee-Jerk Reaction before the high. This is often the strongest type of move just before the high which sucks them all in at the top thinking this is it and here we go. They want to pretend to be investors, but then they want to really trade every move.

When we look at the German DAX, there we have elected ALL FOUR Monthly Bearish Reversals from the February high but we also elected a Quarterly Bearish Reversal at the end of March. This is a clear warning that we have a very serious shift in the trend moving forward into 2022. We have not elected any Quarterly Bearish Reversal in the Dow, there is obviously a major shift in trend within the US v externally even with the lockdown.

We are NOT ahead of schedule. June remains a Directional Change and July is the next key target. We then have the 2020 elections coming and that will have a major impact upon the confidence behind the dollar into 2022.

Nobody is capable of forecasting this type of market from a gut perspective. This is the entire reason you need to look at Socrates per market and not assume anything. This is something that cannot be judged even fundamentally because there are so many things changing only a fool will assume they can see the future reducing everything to a single cause and effect.

So far, there is nothing that suggests the trend has accelerated. The swings are still within historical movements. The NASDAQ is different for its low was 2002 not 2009. Obviously, you cannot apply the same outlook to the NASDAQ as you see in the S&P500 or the Dow. To each its own, as they say.

We are creating a new index with 30 stocks to reflect the Paradigm Equity Shift. We are working on a special report to cover this event since it is the first time it has taken place since the 1930s.

US Crowds Defy Lockdowns

Americans are defying the lockdown orders throughout the country from California to the Atlantic Seaboard. People have discarded their masks which the CDC originally stated will not prevent getting a virus of any kind. Politicians are going to find that at least 33% of the population is thumbing their noses at government and see this nonsense for what it truly is – hype by the left-wing media supporting Bill Gates and his entire agenda.

The same thing is taking place in the Netherlands. People are fed upon with this deranged attempt to suppress the people into a political fascist state of total control that has even been used in true Marxist fashion to shut down the freedom of Religion.

In the USA, Trump has come out in support of all religions and the NPR Survey shows that white Evangelicals view Trump as ‘Honest’ And ‘Morally Upstanding’ while many others see him as fighting for their religious rights against the corruption of the Democratic Party. Trump urged CDC to reopen churches saying religious institutions are “essential” to the nation’s recovery. He also criticized Democratic governors for deliberately stalling efforts to get back to work and worship.

This will be an interesting election. The Democrats have certainly tried to use this virus as the main point against Trump. What they have have ignited is a backlash against their own party.

Now Climate Change is Cause of Death!

Well. if they can record fake COVID-19 deaths, what’s next? You got it. Anyone who dies from heat exhaustion they want to have attributed to a death caused by Climate Change!

Why not! Your air conditioner broke, hey cause of death – Climate Change. Your heater broke or they cut off the fossil fuels, hey – that’s a Climate Change death! Sounds good for the election campaign.

Tapes Leaked showing Biden did What They Tried to Impeach Trump On

Leaked phone calls between Joe Biden and former Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko explicitly detail the quid-pro-quo arrangement to fire former Ukrainian Prosecutor General Victor Shokin – who Poroshenko admits did nothing wrong – in exchange for $1 billion in US loan guarantees (which Biden bragged about in January 2018).

The calls were leaked by Ukrainian MP Andrii Derkach, who says the recordings of “voices similar to Poroshenko and Biden” were given to him by investigative journalists who claim Poroshenko made them. The prosecutor Shokin was notably investigating Burisma, the Ukrainian energy company that hired Biden’s son, Hunter. Shokin had opened a case against Burisma’s founder, Mykola Zlochevsky, who granted Burisma permits to drill for oil and gas in Ukraine while he was Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources. In January 2019, in Shokin’s deposition, that there were indeed 5 criminal cases against Zlochevesky. They included money laundering, corruption, illegal funds transfers, and profiteering through shell corporations while he was a sitting minister. This is what Biden was protecting and Zlochevesky simply hired Hunter Biden as insurance.

Biden simply represents the status quo in Washington. Career politicians have been running that town for far too long with no real accountability unless for some reason they capture the headlines like Burr and it does not impact the status quo since they can selectively prosecute and do not have to uphold the law.

RUMORS

The rumor running behind the curtain is that these tapes are coming out now ahead of the July Democratic Convention at the direction of Hillary. She is still running about 10% without running and if this scandal can prevent Biden from taking the nomination on the first ballot in July, then there are still hopefuls suggesting Hillary will be drafted and she will only have to debate Trump. Others fear that Biden is losing it and they are waiting for him to address the Lesbian community where they fear he will say they have to vote for him because they have a lot in common – he too likes women.

BTW, Hunter Biden has been subpoenaed in the Senate. The hopefuls are still there for Hillary.

A Biden Trump debate should probably be on Saturday Night Live. Even the Democrats are worried about such a fiasco.

Sunday Talks: Sidney Powell Discusses Issues Surrounding Judge Sullivan and Flynn Case – DC District Court and Now Circuit Court Have Intervened in Flynn Case…

Yesterday we noted a rather important, yet less discussed, motive for the strength of the DC Circuit Court position against Judge Emmet Sullivan.  I’ll expand after the video.

In this interview Gregg Jarrett talks with Flynn’s defense lawyer Sidney Powell about the rather unusual behavior of Judge Emmet Sullivan.  WATCH:

.

A DC judge hiring a well connected DC lawyer to write his response to a DC circuit court appeals panel is the part that’s interesting.  There’s no guarantee the appeals court will accept such a response; but that’s also another issue.   Bottom line: Judge Sullivan is importing a lawyer to represent his interests.  Very unusual.

CTH readers are smart; aware and smart enough not to get stuck in the weeds; so let’s stay elevated on this and look at the whole picture.  Consider this decision by Judge Emmet Sullivan through the prism of recent events surrounding Flynn:

♦ The DOJ, joined with the defense position and filed an unopposed motion to drop the case against Michael Flynn.

♦ A USAO from Missouri, Jeff Jensen, has discovered a trail of internal evidence pointing toward a corrupt originating prosecution for the case against Flynn.   Mr. Jensen has been revealing those documents and providing them to the court (and defense).

♦ Meanwhile DNI Ric Grenell has declassified and revealed documents showing a corrupt intent by the U.S. Intelligence Community (USIC) against Michael Flynn.

♦ On Friday (5/22/20) the FBI Director announced an internal investigation into officials inside the FBI for wrongful conduct specifically as it relates to a corrupt operation, now discovered and public, against Michael Flynn.

Additionally, we shall not play games and ignore the obvious.

Judge Emmet Sullivan is well aware of the reason why former Judge Rudolph “Rudy” Contreras was recused from the Flynn case; only days after accepting the first plea agreement, and less than 72 hours after the Peter Strzok and Lisa Page text messages publicly surfaced.

Lisa Page: “Rudy is on the [Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court]! Did you know that?” “Just appointed two months ago””..

Peter Strzok: “I did. We talked about it before and after. I need to get together with him.”…

Notice Strzok is saying he and Rudy had a talk about the judge joining the FISA court both before and after Judge Contreras was appointed.  There is a friendship connection, not just a professional relationship.  This will come into play later on.

Lisa Page and Peter Strzok even discussed the friendship between the FBI Agent and Judge Contreras being an issue that might cause a conflict of interest within the activity of Strzok as lead agent within the counterintelligence division within the FBI.

The issue was enough for Peter Strzok to say he was planning to discuss the conflict with Rudy.  Specifically Strzok was aware his work and Contreras position would likely lead to an investigation where the judge would have to recuse himself.

Agent Strzok planned to have this conversation with Rudy, and he preferred to have the discussion informally just days before Strzok official launched operation crossfire hurricane.

As the texts outline the issue of Rudy and Peter’s friendship is known to the small group in the FBI, being talked about internally, and Strzok is keenly aware he will have to approach it.  As Peter Strzok replies to Lisa Page: “M suggested a social setting with others would probably be better than a one on one meeting.”

The informal nature of a social conversation about it, with others who could corroborate if needed, would provide plausible deniability on both ends and dilute the toxicity of any issue that surfaced later on.  The conflict was enough of a concern to require a strategy.

Fast forward to the following year…

The special counsel investigation was absorbing 100% of the media’s attention.  Within DC all that anyone was talking about was the Mueller investigation and the “Trump-Russia” narrative.  The indictment of Lt. General Michael Flynn has led the news headlines for months.

There is no way a DC district court judge ; especially one that has sat on the FISA court during the time the DOJ and FBI were abusing the process; would be unaware of the investigation.  Additionally and more importantly, there is no way a DC district judge, FISA judge and good friend of Peter Strzok, would be unaware that Flynn’s prosecution was an extension of an FBI counterintelligence case against all of the Trump officials.

Holding a position of justification by saying DC district court Judge Rudolph Contreras would be unaware of the nature and circumstances of the Flynn case prior to assignment would be intellectually silly and obtuse in the extreme.   Contreras knew the case; perhaps not the granular details, but he knew the case and who was prosecuting it.

On November 30th, 2017, Mike Flynn signed a guilty plea; ostensibly admitting lying to FBI investigators.  The plea was accepted the next day by Judge Rudolph “Rudy” Contreras (who is also a FISA court judge).  Six days later, December 7, 2017, Judge Contreras “was recused” from the case without explanation.

It’s important to note that Judge Contreras did not recuse himself, he was recused by the U.S. District court for the District of Columbia. [Source]

The court made the public announcement that Judge Contreras “has been recused from handling the case.”

If the conflict -which required recusal- existed on December 7, 2017, wouldn’t that same conflict have existed days earlier on November 30th?  Of course it did.  And of course Judge Rudolph Contreras would be aware of that conflict long before engaging in the case itself.

The moment the case was assigned, Contreras knew there was a conflict for him.

Again, if the conflict existed on December 7th, the conflict certainly existed on December 1st.   So why did he accept the case?  Why did he participate in the case until the district court intervened and removed it from him?

There has been a transparent lack of media curiosity on this issue from the day the court announced his recusal.  Apparently those questions did not fit the media objective.

This context is important because the DC circuit court is now ordering district Judge Sullivan to explain his decision-making.  They are using very strong language toward Judge Sullivan and have surprised many legal experts in the way the circuit court panel has approach it.

The panel of circuit judges: Henderson, Wilkins and Rao, did not rule on the petition for the writ of mandamus; instead they “ordered” Judge Sullivan to explain himself within ten days.  The same panel “invited” the DOJ to participate:

I would suggest to you the reason for the strength in the circuit court position is entirely connected to their knowledge of the back-ground of the Flynn case which included the  recusal of Judge Contreras.  None of this, specifically the tone of the panel in their order, is disconnected from the larger background.

Whether they want to admit it or not, and they would never do so publicly, the DC court has to be keenly aware of the material behind this case.  They have to be aware of what DNI Grenell has exposed; they have to be aware the FBI is now investigating itself based on how the FBI handled the Flynn case; and this same DC circuit knows the FISA court process was abused by the exact same participants involved in this Flynn prosecution.

The media, and some DOJ and FBI defenders are playing too-cute-by-half in providing justifications for the DOJ/FBI activity.  But the bigger picture is in full sunlight.

The media ignoring it, and the legions of former DOJ and FBI employees attempting to be disingenuous about it, does not change our level of information about it; and certainly does not change the disposition of a DC court system that has watched this playing out in their back yard.

Sunday Talks: Andy Biggs Discusses “Why Now” as Chris Wray Initiates an FBI Investigation…

It’s a question that has been asked several times: why is FBI Director Christopher Wray now starting an internal review of those within the FBI who were engaged with the events around Lt. General Michael Flynn.  Why did he wait so long?

In this interview Representative Andy Biggs discusses that question.  WATCH:

.

The most likely answer is simply sunlight.  The corrupt FBI activity was clearly evident within the organization in 2018 and 2019.  However, the recent change is the public awareness of it with documented evidence.

Keep in mind there are dozens of currently employed FBI officials, agents, analysts and administrators who participated in the effort.  As a result of USAO Jeff Jensen reviewing the activity; and in combination with DNI Ric Grenell declassifying and releasing the information to the public; FBI Director Chris Wray has no choice.

Remember, despite his involvement FBI supervising agent David Archey was promoted and now leads the Virginia field office.  Additionally, one of the key actors, FBI Agent Joe Pientka, was transferred to San Francisco.  Both Archey and Pientka are part of a much larger network of FBI officials that remain currently employed and have never been held accountable.

Agent’s Pientka and Archey were coordinating their corrupt operations with several dozen FBI officials and staff.

Lastly there’s the list of 53 witnesses that Senator Graham plans on calling:

Trisha Anderson, Brian Auten, James Baker, William Barr, Dana Boente, Jennifer Boone, John Brennan, James Clapper, Kevin Clinesmith, James Comey, Patrick Conlon, Michael Dempsey, Stuart Evans, Tashina Gauhar, Carl Ghattas, Curtis Heide, Kathleen Kavalec, David Laufman, Stephen Laycock, Jacob Lew, Loretta Lynch, Andrew McCabe, Mary McCord, Denis McDonough, Arthur McGlynn, Jonathan Moffa, Sally Moyer, Mike Neufield, Sean Newell, Victoria Nuland, Bruce Ohr, Nellie Ohr, Stephanie L. O’Sullivan, Lisa Page, Joseph Pientka, John Podesta, Samantha Power, E.W. “Bill” Priestap, Sarah Raskin, Steve Ricchetti, Susan Rice, Rod Rosenstein, Gabriel Sanz-Rexach, Nathan Sheets, Elizabeth Sherwood-Randall, Glenn Simpson, Steve Somma, Peter Strzok, Michael Sussman, Adam Szubin, Jonathan Winer, Christopher Wray, and Sally Yates.
