California Governor Reminds All Correct Thinking Citizens to Remain Committed to Scarce Energy Resource Allocation

Comrade Citizens, it is important we stop thinking wrong thoughts about increasing the supply of abundant, natural energy resources as a tool to offset the sustainability of human life which might include selfish pursuits of happiness.  Correct thinking citizens view themselves as parasites upon our great planet, especially in California.

To affirm equity needs of our collective society as the electricity resource becomes increasingly scarce, California Governor Gavin Newsom reminds everyone to change their habit for electricity use and embrace the new era of scarcity.  Habits must be changed comrade citizens if we are to collectively work toward our communal energy goals and climate change aspirations.

As dear leader clearly expresses in his plea for voluntary compliance, we can get through this transition and embrace the new scarcity mindset if we just accept our responsibility to the collective need of a better society, a place where the rules will always be in our interests.  WATCH:

Taiwan Panders to US with “Democracy Chips”

Taiwan’s President Tsai Ing-wen is eager to strengthen relationships with the US by producing more semiconductor chips. The US recently set aside funds specifically to build up domestic manufacturing, but shortages remain a serious problem. Taiwan’s growing relationship with America has angered China, and Ing-wen’s words will certainly be a subtle elbow to the One China policy.

“In the face of authoritarian expansionism and the challenges of the post-pandemic era, Taiwan seeks to bolster cooperation with the United States in the semiconductor and other high-tech industries. “This will help build more secure and more resilient supply chains. We look forward to jointly producing democracy chips to safeguard the interests of our democratic partners and create greater prosperity,” the president stated.

Democracy is exactly what China does not want Taiwan to have. After Pelosi opened the door, every politician seems to want to make a statement by visiting Taipei now. Arizona Governor Doug Ducey made an appearance in Taipei to discuss the aforementioned democracy chip venture. They also discussed helping to make the Indo-Pacific a neutral zone, which is unrelated to trade. The US continues to all but outright state they fully support Taiwan’s independence and China is taking note

Federal Judge Notes in Special Master Order a Quoted DOJ Citation That Joe Biden Ordered FBI Access to Mar-a-Lago Documents

Page #2 and Page #3 of Judge Aileen Cannon’s ruling cites a quote from the DOJ own legal filing, dated May 10th, that Joe Biden ordered the National Archives and Records Administration to provide access to the FBI to review the Trump records.  Note the quotation marks:

On May 10, 2022, NARA informed Plaintiff that it would proceed with “provid[ing] the FBI access to the records in question, as requested by the incumbent President, beginning as early as Thursday, May 12, 2022.”  [citation]

August 24, 2022, Joe Biden was questioned about how much notice he had regarding the FBI raid on President Trump’s home at Mar-a-Lago in Florida.

Question: “Mr. President, how much advanced notice did you have of the FBI’s plan to search Mar-a-Lago?“

BIDEN: “I didn’t have any advanced notice. None, zero, not one single bit.”

Angry Joe Biden Shouts He Beat Big Pharma This Year, by Providing them Billions and Forcing their Vaccinations on Americans

Joe Biden was in Milwaukee, Wisconsin today, to shout at forcibly assembled union workers and celebrate Labor Day.  In the middle of his prepared remarks to the crowd at Laborfest, where labor unions and their members gather annually, Biden exploded in an angry rant proclaiming he had defeated Big Pharma this year.

Even if you overlook the unstable nature of the delivery, it is somewhat of an odd outburst given the fact that his administration gave tens of billions to Big Pharma in the past 20 months, forced American workers to accept Big Pharma vaccines, and facilitated the biggest windfall profit for Big Pharma in history.   If that’s what Joe Biden considers “beating big pharma,” well, I certainly can’t fathom what winning would look like.  WATCH:

Federal Judge Orders Appointment of Special Master to Oversee Documents from FBI Mar-a-Lago Raid

U.S. District Judge from the Southern District of Florida, Aileen M. Cannon, has ordered a special master to “review the seized property, manage assertions of privilege and make recommendations thereon, and evaluate claims for return of property,” related to the FBI raid on Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate. There are interesting aspects outlined within the 24-page ruling that deconstruct the position of the Dept of Justice and media, including a footnote [fn5] stating Trump lawyers asked for a special master appointment on the morning after the raid.

Within the ruling [pg 9] Judge Cannon outlines the issues at the heart of the legal matter, including the government taking President Trump’s personal medical records which has nothing to do with the nature of the warrant.

“According to the Privilege Review Team’s Report, the seized materials include medical documents, correspondence related to taxes, and accounting information. … The Government also has acknowledged that it seized some “[p]ersonal effects without evidentiary value” and, by its own estimation, upwards of 500 pages of material potentially subject to attorney-client privilege.”

The DOJ was previously questioned in court about justice dept leaks to media creating an unfair and prejudicial bias against President Trump. The DOJ lawyers denied leaking yet admitted the media reports were evidence that someone within the organization was leaking information to the media, thereby creating a framework of public opinion the defendant cannot easily refute. Cannon writes:

“the Court takes into account the undeniably unprecedented nature of the search of a former President’s residence; Plaintiff’s inability to examine the seized materials in formulating his arguments to date; Plaintiff’s stated reliance on the customary cooperation between former and incumbent administrations regarding the ownership and exchange of documents; the power imbalance between the parties; the importance of maintaining institutional trust; and the interest in ensuring the integrity of an orderly process amidst swirling allegations of bias and media leaks.”

Judge Cannon also cited examples of the DOJ review team failing in their duty to separate attorney-client privilege material.

In appointing the special master, Judge Cannon pauses the government from continuing to exploit the documents seized, writing, “Furthermore, in natural conjunction with that appointment, and consistent with the value and sequence of special master procedures, the Court also temporarily enjoins the Government from reviewing and using the seized materials for investigative purposes pending completion of the special master’s review or further Court order.”  The order, though, “shall not impede the classification review and/or intelligence assessment by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (“ODNI”) as described in the Government’s Notice of Receipt of Preliminary Order.”

In this mad rush to save the planet from total destruction from green house gas emissions from carbon base fuels the worlds politicians are dismantling Western Civilization. CBS Broadcasts Discussion with MAGA Republican Focus Group

The Demoncrats have nothing positive to campaign about for the 2022 midterm election cycle, despite what they consider legislative agenda victories.  The biggest legislative ‘win’ per se’, was the passage of a smaller package Green New Deal climate change agenda, which is not popular overall because it is further driving up the cost of energy prices.

All of the polling and generic focus group support shows the policy side of the Democrat agenda is a net negative for the party.   Their energy and economic policies, in combination with the spending, has driven inflation through the roof.   Main Street voters of all persuasions are feeling the impact of Biden/democrat agenda items.  With no positive outcomes, the only thing left is to frame the opposition and give voters something to vote against.  That’s the motive behind the political attacks on MAGA.

CBS Major Garrett broadcasts a focus group interview with three MAGA supporters as part of the larger media alignment with Democrat midterm strategy.  It would be interesting to see the full unedited segment, because Mary, bottom right of screen has some great points that you can tell were cut out of the discussion.  WATCH:

Whenever I review a focus group interview, it is always interesting to align the nature of the points delivered against where the possible group member would be gathering their information.  Obviously, I have no idea, it’s just a fun exercise. In this group it would look something like this: (1) a potential reader of Gateway Pundit; (2) a person who listens to Fox News and Sean Hannity; and (3) a deeper researched argument, and understanding with historical context, like CTH.

Charlie Kirk: Biden’s Speech Was a ‘Declaration of War’ Against Half of the Country

Speaking as Centinel2012 what Biden did in that speech exceeds anything done by Hitler, Stalin or Mao and they caused the deaths of over 200 million people during the social turmoil between Hitler taking power in Germany in 1933 and Mao’s Cultural Revolution in China which ended in 1976 with his death. Lets hope and pray that what Gates and Schwab and now Biden have started doesn’t go that far.
