Murkowski Wins Alaska Senate Race with Support from Democrats
Posted originally on the conservative tree house on November 23, 2022 | Sundance
As expected, the insufferable Lisa Murkowski has won reelection in Alaska despite losing the first-round republican vote.
As a result of neither Murkowski or Tshibaka winning 50% in the first round, the ranking system then adds the second choice of all voters. Democrat voters chose Murkowski as their second choice providing her the win in the ranked choice voting system.

JUNEAU, Alaska (AP) — Alaska Republican U.S. Sen. Lisa Murkowski has won reelection, defeating Donald Trump-endorsed GOP rival Kelly Tshibaka.
Murkowski beat Tshibaka in the Nov. 8 ranked choice election. The results were announced Wednesday, when elections officials tabulated the ranked choice results after neither candidate won more than 50% of first-choice votes. Murkowski wound up with 54% of the vote after ranked choice voting, picking up a majority of the votes cast for Democrat Pat Chesbro after she was eliminated.
“I am honored that Alaskans — of all regions, backgrounds and party affiliations — have once again granted me their confidence to continue working with them and on their behalf in the U.S. Senate,” Murkowski said in a statement. “I look forward to continuing the important work ahead of us.”
Tshibaka in a statement posted on her website congratulated Murkowski but took fault with ranked choice voting.
“The new election system has been frustrating to many Alaskans, because it was indisputably designed as an incumbent-protection program, and it clearly worked as intended,” she said. (read more)

Former AG Bill Barr: Battered Conservative Voters Must Return to The Era of Compliant Victim Status and Dump President Trump
Posted originally on the conservative tree house on November 23, 2022 | Sundance
In an op-ed from the New York Post today, former Attorney General Bill Barr joins the not coincidentally timed call from Republican Club officer Paul Ryan to dump Donald Trump. New York Post and Fox News owner Rupert Murdoch smiles gleefully, but the organized effort is transparent.
According to the diatribe from Bill Barr, things were much better for the leaders of the ‘acceptable Republican Party‘ when the unwashed masses of the unrepresented middle-class were compliant in their role as victims to the GOP. Battered conservatives are so much easier to manage if they just listen to the high-minded pontifications of the professional political class, pull lever and get pellet.

The tone of Barr’s screed is condescending in the extreme, as if he is delivering his prose to the RNC corporate boardroom at cocktail hour. With a backdrop buffet of crustless triangle cucumber sandwiches and a masked waitstaff hurrying to provide the gentle ladies with white wine spritzer refills, you can visualize the words “hear, hear” coming from atop the crystal glasses.
As customary amid these conversations, titles are left unattributed for the unapproved. “Trump brought his wrecking-ball style to the task of governing the nation. He did not temper his disruptiveness and penchant for chaos,” says Barr, pausing intentionally to afford his eloquence time to settle amid the less intellectually capable.
“It took his senior staff and cabinet secretaries an ungodly amount of maneuvering to keep him on track,” Barr continued. Murmured noises and well-toned grunts from the assembly communicated their seriousness in understanding and agreement. Barr’s tenure was obviously a time of unimaginable horror.
Sympathy, shock and sadness afforded for Barr’s recounting of his survival. Moments later, furrowed brows from the audience.

Yes, this vulgarian uprising has finally become too much for the shouldered cashmere sweater crowd to continue accepting.
All of this noise about good paying jobs, sound money, respect for a class of workers that will never sit in Corinthian leather, it’s all just too much.
Mitch leans forward, speaking in the familiar tones without lips moving, we must act now, or we may lose control.
The weight of the moment stills the room.
A younger voice from the Murdoch clan seeks to support the former attorney general by pointing out, “They don’t even drive cars – they use trucks.” Almost immediately a reply, “Yes, and use gasoline,” from the affirming Perino, as widening eyes start to imagine it.
No longer content with patting heads and playing corporate pretenses to the base voters, now it is finally time for the well-educated to bring in the hired muscle and take control, even if forced evictions are needed. It’s all just too much, too much.
Collectively they turn back toward Barr as he continues: “The threat is simple,” he says.
The time for toleration is over says Bill Barr, Paul Ryan and the billionaires who really matter. The elite-minded self-appointed sovereigns have had enough.
“Unless the rest of the party goes along with him, he will burn the whole house down by leading “his people” out of the GOP,” shouts Barr. The open hand slammed upon the lectern, while seriousness of the statement catches even the waitstaff off guard as the entire room turns to hear.
“Trump’s willingness to destroy the party if he does not get his way is not based on principle, but on his own supreme narcissism,” Barr continues. “His egoism makes him unable to think of a political party as anything but an extension of himself — a cult of personality.”
Caught up in the lust of the moment a loud shout comes quickly from the back of the room, “REMOVE HIM!” is decried.
And just like that, the entire audience stares toward a stunned Ronna McDaniel, who was caught returning quietly to the buffet for another sandwich. Embarrassed and unable to turn around with full cheeks, she gives the room a thumbs up over her shoulder….

Climate Reparations
Armstrong Economics Blog/Climate Re-Posted Nov 23, 2022 by Martin Armstrong
The United Nations proposed a new method to funnel money out of developed nations during the COP27 meeting – climate reparations. The United Nations is still negotiating who will pay what, but rest assured, the US will likely pay the most. President Biden fully supports the idea in addition to the $1 billion he was granted last year to fight third-world climate change. China is considered a developing nation, according to the UN, and will not contribute to the global fund despite being the largest polluter in the world.
The ”loss and damage fund,” as it is known, would take money from rich nations in an attempt to change the weather and prevent natural disasters that would take place even if humans did not inhabit Earth. The funds would primarily be sent to countries in Latin America, Africa, and Asia. Fears are sparking that this would act as a confession, and developing nations could sue developed nations and/or businesses for additional compensation.
Trump attempted to get America out of the Paris Accord. The GOP-majority House will likely not vote in favor of this measure. Our best bet is to hope they kick the can down the road until Biden’s term has ended.
Ukraine Supporters & Denial of History
Armstrong Economics Blog/Ukraine Re-Posted Nov 22, 2022 by Martin Armstrong
I apologize, the proposal began in 1991 for Russia to join NATO. But the final agreement with respect to Ukraine’s nukes was not in Belgrade but in Budapest. History has been rewritten to support the war against Russia for climate change. I have never seen any account of history that reports NATO invited Russia to join in 1991. Some people are so pro-Ukrainian that it is insane. They are really cheering for World War III and no doubt believed in COVID, Weapons of Mass Destruction in Iraq, and Hillary’s RussiaGate. They refuse to open their eyes to see that they have been played for fools as always to justify war.
So cheer all you want. This war will NOT be confined to just Ukraine you can watch it on TV as if it is some video game. Ukraine was the 3rd largest nuclear power. That was a fact. The US paid them to surrender their nukes to Russia and they in turn provided nuclear power rods for electricity. James Baker warned about loose nukes and Ukraine was one of the three republics that ended up with nukes. The difference was, Ukraine wanted to use them on Moscow. All my sources back then were deeply concerned that Ukraine just could not ever be trusted. It was Ukraine that kept the cold war going. Zelensky has supported the Ukrainian Neo-Nazis who have even bragged that they feed the bones of Russian-speaking children to their pet wolves. I have fact-checked that and it is a true statement made to the press.
My dealing with Ukrainian governments has always been: Just show me the money. Ukraine is a corrupt black hole. History will show who is on the right and wrong side if any side survives.
Good luck with your hatred. Remember, there is a funny thing about what we call karma. What you wish on someone else may be what becomes your own undoing. So don’t worry. Your hatred of Russia will end that nation, but it will be a Phryic War and nobody will survive. So cheer the loss of your future. You will get what you deserve in spades.
The Polish Association of Memory of Victims of Crimes of Ukrainian Nationalists documented 135 methods of torture and murder practiced by Ukrainian Nazis. Poland officially called the Ukrainian actions genocide. The Ukrainians have been protected by the CIA for decades ONLY because they hated Russians. They continue to protect the Ukrainian Nazis only because they are waging war against Russia.
The Ukrainians were unprecedented in their war crimes during WWII and the sheer outright cruelty one would expect only exists in some B-Rated horror movies. This included:
- Running children through with stakes
- Cutting a person’s throat and pulling their tongue out through the hole
- Sawing a person’s torso in half with a carpenter’s saw
- Cutting open the belly of a woman in an advanced stage of pregnancy, removing the fetus, and replacing it with a live cat, before sewing up her abdomen.
- Cutting open a pregnant women’s abdomen and pouring in broken glass
- Nailing a small child to a door.
Ignore all the history you want to keep fanning the flames of war. When you lose everything, remember – you asked for this result.
Swiss Doctor Locked Away in Mental Asylum for Speaking Against COVID Laws
Armstrong Economics Blog/Corruption Re-Posted Nov 22, 2022 by Martin Armstrong
Dr. Thomas Binder is a Swiss cardiologist with over 34 years of experience in treating respiratory infections. He received a doctorate in immunology and virology, specializing in internal medicine and cardiology, from the University of Zurich. Binder is an intelligent man who was deemed insane by the Swiss government for speaking out against COVID regulations.
Dr. Binder has been an outspoken critic of COVID restrictions since the beginning of the pandemic. On April 9, 2020, the cardiologist criticized the government’s response to COVID and provided his own analysis of the virus. He posted his thoughts on his private website, and the post received over 20,000 views.
Three days later, a day before Easter, 60 armed police officers and 20 members of the Kantonspolizei Aargau’s anti-terrorism unit forcibly removed Dr. Binder from his home. Authorities searched through the doctor’s online activity and could not find anything to use against him. However, an emergency room doctor who was working with the authorities arrived and diagnosed Dr. Binder with “corona insanity.” He was locked away in a mental asylum for questioning the COVID narrative.
Yet, he refuses to be silenced. He is now a member of the Doctors for COVID Ethics and the German Physicians and Scientists for Health, Freedom, and Democracy. I applaud him for still speaking against coronavirus mandates despite the government’s pitiful attempt to silence him.
Reince Priebus Writes Letter Supporting Ronna McDaniel for RNC Chair Through 2024

Touting the successful business model of the RNC corporation, former RNC Chairman Reince Priebus writes a letter giving his support to current RNC Chair Ronna McDaniel to remain as head of the RNC through the 2024 election. [Source]
Given the yesterday’s statements by Priebus’ best friend and fellow Wisconsinite, Paul Ryan {Go Deep}, this letter today does not come as a surprise. This is a key decision within the battle for the heart of the Republican party. Both Priebus and Ryan are leaning heavily on the need for corporate funding to continue.
